Hey guys,

So I started my first Ipam cycle 3 days ago. The purpose of this post will be to log my progress, dosing, results, etc.

A little background on me,
I'm 5'11" 170 lbs. Ex Navy rescue swimmer, brazilian jiu jitsu competitor, and I do olympic lifts almost daily.
Current stats:
255 max clean
265 match bench
5:30 mile

Nowadays I'm a white collar worker with a public license.

I've run a test cycle before when I was doing some Navy training but didn't take it very serious and only did it for a month. I'm also normally pretty sensitive to anything that I introduce into my body (caffeine, thc, alcohol, etc.)

I ordered same IPAM the other day from a well reviewed source. I'll go ahead and start the log now:


07/15/17: first administer, 1 x 100 mcg injection at about 5pm. noticed a head rush for sure. Felt more relaxed within a couple of hours. The sleep effects your hear about were opposite for me, I couldn't hardly sleep that night. But when I woke up in the morning I still felt pretty dam good considering my lack of sleep.

07/16/17: Decided to ramp up the dosage and did 1 x 100 mcg first thing in the am, and then 1 x 100 right before bed, just to see if that would help the sleep situation, it didn't. Again this night I didn't really sleep at all. The most noticable difference at this point is definite improved skin. I look a good bit younger already. Went for a run, felt a little more solid than I usually do. Definitely more level headed than usual as well. The next day I did some research and found out that maybe I should up the dosage some to help the sleep situation.

07/17/17: 1 x 200 first thing in the am. Noticing improved muscle definition, slightly larger appetite, better looking skin. took another 200 about 6pm. Slept MUCH better this night, finally got the vivid dreams I kept hearing about. I remember tghem all very clearly , one was zip lining from shpip to ship in the ocean for miles , it was sick! Another was I was an assistant to this super bad a$$ bjj legend. I went to sleep at like 10 and woke up at 330 though. I feel pretty good but still not enough sleep, but I can see that it's getting better.

07/18/17: 200 this morning. Noticing increased appetite still. I'll probably stick with this 200 two times daily for a while. I ordered some more IPAM, I also ordered some ghrp-2 that I am considering starting. I'm pretty confident that my body is getting used to the IPAM and my benefits and sleep will improve daily. I'll stay checked in! Let me know if you're finding this helpful.

Couple quick notes:
1. Just realized I meant to order CJC without DAC.
2. While sleeping/laying down last night 07/18/17, I noticed I had kind of a hazy feeling, it was almost like the same feeling you get if you've ever tried L-Theanine for sleep.

Where did you get your IPAM from? This is a source board so you are free to talk about sources.

The best way to use GHRP peptides is to stack them with 100mcg CJC w/o dac each injection.
 
Update

07/18/17 continued: Took another 200 at 545pm. Slept just a little bit better than the night before, but still not as well as i would like. I think my body is starting to get used to it slowly. I am definitely feeling some lethargy, but I went to lift around 3pm 07/18/17 and felt completely rejuvenated afterward. I usually feel more energetic after a workout but this was more so than usual. It was like it lifted me out of the "lethargic fog".

Also, before I started this I was reading an entire book about every 2-3 weeks. Since I started the IPAM I haven't really had the desire to read as much. Although I feel like that desire is slowly starting to come back.

I was thinking, I should probably state what I'm hoping to gain from this cycle. Basically I'm hoping to get better skin and hair, better recovery time, and better sense of well-being. i'm by no means depressed, but I think we all want that little extra edge.

Cool. I got it from IronMag. Yep that seems to be the consensus. I accidentally ordered the ghrp-2 so I emailed them and asked them If I could swap it out but I think it was too late. I'm going to go online and order the CJC w/out DAC today. Thanks for reading, and thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it.
 
Hey guys, so apparently my ipam source doesn't carry cjc no dac. Could someone drop me a good no dac source please?
 
My bad man! I had no idea, I assumed that when the moderator said it was ok to post sources that it extended to requesting sources as well, but we all know what assuming does! No problem, I'd delete that question if it would let me. I'll go ahead and move on .
 
Update

07/19/17 continued:

I went and worked out around 230pm and felt unusually sluggish, and tired-out more than usual, not sure why. I'm pretty sure I was having a harder time catching my breathe than usual. I still got a killer workout in though, and soreness doesn't happen to me anymore. I definitely see some recovery benefits. I went home and did another 200 around 530 again. Even though the weights experience left something to desire, I went to wrestling class at 6 and it was a total different story. I was moving quicker, making angles better, and when I left I had 0 soreness, which is rare especially for stand up wrestling class. I also felt more sturdy. I felt like a champ leaving class. I slept pretty good the night of 07/19/17, still not quite as good as normal, but still seeing slight progress.


07/20/17: This morning I decided to decrease my morning dosage from 200 to 100, just because the 200 AM dosage had been causing significant sluggishness and I may even dare to say laziness at work. I was having a bit of difficulty getting my work done like I need to. I do feel less sluggish so far this morning with the 100, definitely feel more like my unadulterated self. I'm considering decreasing the AM dosage to 50, and keeping the 530pm dosage at 200 starting tomorrow morning (07/21/2017). Thoughts? Thanks for reading!!
 
p.s. I ordered some no-dac, should have it in a couple days, it will be interesting to see what kind of difference it makes. I'll probably do 100 ipam with 50 no dac in the AM, then 200 ipam with 100 no dac in the PM when I get it.

07/20/17 continued:
went to work out during lunch. did front squats, rows, and long jumps. front squats 5 sets of 7 at 185lb, did the barbell rows 3 sets of 10 at 135lb, did a set of long jumps in between each one. The workout felt great, didn't experience the shortness of breathe I was referring to earlier in the post. Went home and did 200 ipam around 630pm. I didn't sleep well at all last night,I just had a lot of energy. It's funny, now I'm more interested in listening to Gucci Mane than reading. Maybe it has to do with the fact I'm newly single, or maybe it's the IPAM. Either way it's pretty funny.

07/21/17:
So I woke up this morning pretty groggy and tired having not slept well last night. I'm kind of frustrated with the sleep problems so I decided to reconstitute the GHRP-2 that i accidentally ordered lol. I'm going to give that a shot ., no pun intended, and see how it goes. did 125 this morning, no ipam. I'm starting to remember now, my mom used to tell me that when i was a kid that things that usually make people sleepy had the opposite effect on me (e.g. benedryl makes me hyper). I say this just so someone following this doesn't decide against IPAM because of the sleep issues, I think if you read around you'll see that it has the opposite effect on most users. Besides the sleep issues, I'm definitely seeing some great benefits with the IPAM, better sense of well being, definitely younger looking, and like i said, faster on the mats. So anyway, I'm going to continue using the ghrp-2 instead of the IPAM , at pretty much the same dosage and see how it goes. No dac shipped this morning , I'm expecting it in maybe 3 days.

It sounds like you are getting some really nice effects other than the sleep issues. I wonder why you are experiencing that issue. Either way, great update and I look forward to seeing the rest of this.

It's pretty odd that you are experiencing sleep issues. The peptides should be ENHANCING your sleep, if anything.

How confident are you on your peptide source?

Once you are done with your current peptides, you could give the SARM nutrobal a try. It's a HGH analogue just like the GHRP peptides but i have no sleep issues on it at all. In fact, I sleep way better when using nutrobal vs not using it.
 
Update:

Over the weekend i started doing 200 am, 100 noon, and 200 pm since I had the time. Had a great weekend. Definitely have more energy than usual. Sleep is still a small problem but becoming negligible, and probably more than offset by the increased energy. I've been hitting the mats hard, almost every day. I've had a nagging shoulder problem for a year or so now that is 95% gone now. It wasn't from trauma it was just from years and years of getting thrown around on the mats. My knees are also less painful on the mats. Not much to update on over the weekend. I'm getting the cjc no dac in today so I'm stoked to start implementing that. Also, ordered my last batch of IPAM from BlueSky so maybe i can get a couple days in with IronMag Ipam and bluesky CJC, before switching to Bluesky IPAM and bluesky CJC to do a source comparison, anecdotal as it may be. I didn't take anything this morning. After feeling cloudy throughout last week I'm considering completely doing away with my morning dosage. As I expected, I was much more clear and productive at work since I didn't take it this morning. I went to lift during lunch and felt pretty good (about like I did before starting the cycle). I might start carrying one to work and doing 200 around noon and 200 around 6pm. CJC 1295 no dac starts this evening.

started doing 100 shot of cjc1295 no dac with the ipam Monday. I've been administering 200 ipam with 100 no dac, once in the am upon waking, and once around 530pm. I can definitely feel more pulsing through my veins, definitely a bit more vascular, and still seeing skin benefits. My girl has made a couple comments about my skin being shiny, in a good way. I'd say I have more energy and more prone to stay up later. Slept pretty good last night. I think if i start going to sleep closer to midnight I can sleep better, which is what i did last night. No real noticeable change in appetite. Definitely toning up a little bit. Thanks for reading!

Update 07/28/17:
I ran out of IPAM like 3 days ago so I've been using about 200 of the GHRP-2 that I accidentally ordered, along with the 100 of cjc no dac, 2 x daily still. My IPAM from BlueSky should be in today so I'm stoked to get back to the IPAM, it just feels more clean. I don't like the idea of the prolactin and cortisol(as minimal as it may be) that I'm getting from the ghrp-2. Although, I have noticed a significant increase in appetite. I've been ordering footlongs at subway instead of 6 inchers like i usually do. I'm also still noticing increased vascularity. I weighed myself yesterday and I think I gained like 1 lb. I've also been supplementing with 100mg DHEA pills, and biotin daily.

Hit the mats hard Sat and SUnday. I've been slaying pretty hard on the mats lately. I've always got the occasional 'you're a beast" here and there on the mats, but I must say I get it twice as often now. I'
d say my jiujitsu and wrestling is benefiting from the peptides more than anything by far.

Saturday i changed to 3 x per day, sunday I stuck with the am, and pm only. The biggest thing I'd like to add is that I don't like the bluesky IPAM. I hate to say it based solely on anecdotal evidence but, as far as I can tell, and with my limited experience with peptides, the bluesky IPAM seems bunk. I ordered 4 more vials from IMR Friday and I'll probably throw away my remaining bluesky IPAM when they arrive. As a result, I've been using the GHRP-2 that I accidentally ordered, along with 100 per shot of cjc no dac. I do notice a definite increase in appetite when using the GHRP-2 as compared to IPAM. I feel like I'm putting on just a little more weight. I'll weigh myself at the gym at lunch and report back tomorrow. I'm also curious to see how the weights feel today at lunch since I've been on the no dac for about a week now and hitting the weights for the first time in a few days (usually dont do weights on weekends). Will report back later or tomorrow.

The workout yesterday was pretty good. I did my standard 5 x 5 cleans at 185, a couple sets of pull ups, and some dumbbell bench presses for the ladies. I have to say the cleans were probably just a little easier than they should be. by maybe like 5%. slept amazing last night. I think I did 300 ipam and 100 no dac around 630pm. skipped my morning dosage this morning because I have a lot of work to finish at work today and wanted to be non-lethargic. I plan on hitting maybe 300 ipam with 100 no dac again around 530pm today then going to wrestling class.

Great Log and yea peptides are so hit or miss I just stopped with them completely. Every company ive seen out there eventually gets too large and their product suffers or they switch suppliers of raw materials/raw materials supplier sends bad raws and what you buy is junk.

Last place I used was Toms from Dats forum and that stuff worked everytime but wasnt cheap (again you get what you pay for).

If you see the buy 1 vial get 1029849273245850 free its probably underdosed or junk.

With the GHRP2 you will see an appetite increase over the Ipamorelin. It doesnt compare though to GHRP6. Id take that stuff and literally eat everything in my house which wasnt a good thing so switched back to IPA, GHRP2, CJC no DAC, Hexarelin, and PEG MGF (not all at once just combos of those).

update:

ok so I did about 350 ipam and 100 no dac yesterday around 530pm. It was the bluesky IPAM. Given that most of the things I've read indicate that your body doesn't really desensitize to IPAM, I'm going to say that the bluesky isn't bunk, it's just not as strong as the Ironmagresearch IPAM. I got the same feeling with 350 of blusesky ipam as i did with 100-200 of IMR. Considering the bluesky IPAM is 2 for around $18, and the IMR is $23ish per vial, it kind of makes sense.

SO, i'm convinced that a little bit of THC stacked with the no dac and ipam is the ultimate stack for athletes. I thought yesterday was wrestling but it turned out to be no-gi open mat, perfect, since i'm obsessed with rolling. I've been more and more effective on the mats since dosing this. I was matching up with purple belts pretty fairly just a few weeks ago, now I'm tapping out brown belts from time to time, and this is one of the largest (if not the largest) gym in socal. I still have a long way to go on the mats but I'm excited to see what's to come.

Slept pretty dam good again last night. I skipped my dosage again this morning. As of now it's looking like my favorite protocol is one shot per day, maybe 300-400, and 100 no dac , in one pin, around 530pm just before jiujitsu.

in conclusion for the day, I'm definitely a big fan of this dosage and stack. I have been researching on mk-677 and it peaks my interest since it's oral. Can someone answer the below questions on mk-677 please?

1. how do the prolactin levels induced by mk-677 compare to Ipam and compared to ghrp-2?
2. since it's oral, is it hard on the liver?
3. can't seem to find a consensus on this, but my research indicates that mk-677 is comparable to ipam with cjc WITH dac, aka it causes a bleed , not a pulse like the no dac. can someone expand on this?
4. any other negative side effects besides swelling that I'm not aware of?

I used bluesky before. I agree their stuff was under dosed or bunk so stopped buying there. Never bought from ironmag.

Definitely gives peptide/HGH like results. I actually stopped all peptides and have 100% switched to Nutrobal. Can dose once a day because longer bleed.

Nothing personal at all man just trying to be smart and careful with my money. Thoughts/rebuttle?

update:
Went to the gym last night and rolled for a few rounds and then decided to spar some MMA with my buddy. It was a blast. I believe the IPAM w CJC makes me a little more aggressive, but not in a roid rage way, more like in a controlled and selective way. I don't really understand the science behind why it may or may not do that, but I'm telling you I'm definitely more aggressive. I think about fighting a good bit of my day now-a-days. Still doing the 350-400 ish ipam with 100 no dac once a day, around 530pm during weekdays. With the increased dosage I've noticed a definitely larger appetite this week.

My diet is on point,

for breakfast I have a HUGE smoothie with frozen berries, LOTS of spinach, some milk, protein powder, greek yogurt. and coffee.

For lunch I usually have sushi or a huge greek lamb and tri-tip bowl made from fresh ingredients (brown rice, almonds, hummus, lamb, beef tri-tip, tomatoes, lettuce). I'll eat some smoked sardines in olive oil, probably about 3 cans a week as a snack.

My dinner varies a lot. Last night I had Salmon with brown rice, brocolli, and carrots. After that we were still hungry so we split a large pepperoni pizza. Also had a ginger whiskey and a cigar with my buddy.

Hitting the weights during lunch today.

I ordered the MK-677 NUTROBAL from SARMS1.com . I'm guessing it'll be in by end of the week. I look forward to reviewing that stuff. Moderators shoot em an email and make sure I get a good fresh batch ;) I've read a lot of people do CJC with DAC with the Nutrobal. Is this a good idea? Thoughts? I'd prefer not to since the entire reason for making the transition is to get away from pins, but if I lose efficacy by not doing CJC then I guess one pin a week is better than losing efficacy.

Great weekend. Stuck with the 400 ipam plus 100 no dac 2 x daily for Sat, then Sunday I was only able to get the 400 plus 100 no dac once at around 4pm. Still getting good results.
Definitely a lot tougher, I sparred MMA for an hour before no gi class Saturday then rolled a while after the class. No nagging injuries, the shoulder pain is completely gone. No knee pain. I've been doing a lot more stand up grappling now, whereas before it was too hard on my body, now I can do it and have no nagging pain. Getting laid a lot more. I don't know if it's from the IPAM or if it was because the girl was really hot, probably a little of both, but I smashed last night 3 times over the span of about 1.5 hours, and almost finished a 4th. All hair is growing more, including my beard is coming in a decent bit stronger, and my eye lashes are longer too I noticed.

I'll continue with the 400ipam and 100 no dac at around 530pm for the week until the NUTROBAL comes in.

Should I order more CJC to go with the Nutrobal? If so should I order dac or no dac? Your thoughts/opinions are much appreciated!

Got thrown on my head yesterday doing stand up and my whole spine and neck is f^&* up. Literally the worst injury I've had in my 8 or so years of grappling. It healed a good bit overnight. I'm hoping/expecting it to be 100% within 1.5 weeks max, fingers crossed. I'm going to go back to my 2 x daily dosage while trying to heal this thing up. it hurts to sit. It feels like I may have re-injured my back where I compression fractured a couple places in my upper back in a moto accident a few years ago. I know what the doctor will say, whether it's a compression fracture or not all they can do is tell me not to do things that hurt , and to wear a back brace.

the most important thing is I got a killer double leg on this guy and put him straight on his back a few minutes before he threw me. ftw

I ordered the Nutrobal from SARMS1.com on Saturday 08/05/17 and they still haven't shipped my order (it's currently Wed 08/09/17). Not sure what the deal is with that but I'll try my best to reserve a negative review for after I try the product. Take it for what it's worth.

back to the once a day ipam and cjc since my neck is pretty much better, 500 and 100 respectively around 6 pm. Going to try to lift today during lunch . It feels like s^&* not being able to do any kind of workout for 2 days straight. Let's see how the weights feel today.

SARMS1 shipped the Nutrobal and it says the expected delivery date is tomorrow. Looking forward to trying it.

I've really been getting on a smoothy kick lately. I've upped it to 2 per day, it's kind of expensive but it's pretty much how I'm getting my vegetables. I get a huge cooking pot, and boil carrots and sweet potatoes together until they're soft enough to blend, then I throw them in the fridge and use them in my smoothies throughout the week, along with some combination of berries, protein powder, spinach, milk, coconut chunks, cinnamon, greek yogurt, etc. Again, I usually get a good portion of beef and carbs for lunch, and sardines every now and then scattered throughout the week.

supposed to be getting the Nutrobal in today. Perfect timing , when I get off in 30 mins I'm taking that girl I was mentioning earlier down to Mexico on my bike for the weekend. Good times to be had. I'm going to put 25 of the nutrobal into a gelatin pill for saturday.
I developed these workout for my friend and I and we've been hitting almost everyday during lunch before the weights. Today we did the following. Each exercise is for 50 yards, and in between each exercise is 5 burpees. It's a race!

We did the below all the way through, took a 2 minute rest, then went through the whole thing again:

Sprint 50 yards
5 burpees
Long jump 50 yars
5 burpees
One legged long jump 50 yards
5 burpees
wrestling sit outs 50 yards (this is the hardest of all of them)
5 burpees
Long Jumps 50 yards
5 burpees
5 push ups then Long Jump repetitively for 50 yards
5 burpees
Sprint 50 yards
5 burpees
Bear Crawl 50 yards
5 burpees

Slept like a baby sat night but Sunday I was still so tired that I literally laid around and watched tv all evening . Didn't hardly feel like moving. Took another 25 Sunday evening. Super tired today too . I'm probably not going to use it anymore because it makes me so tired. More to come

update:
It's Tuesday, I stopped taking the mk-677 due to the extreme lethargy that I was getting from it. I took off of work yesterday, large part due to the mk-677. I suppose I will save it for a later time, and try it at 12 mg maybe before bed. For now, I'm reverting back to the IPAM , 500 around 6pm. I ordered some more IPAM and CJC no dac yesterday . It'll probably be in in a few days. Will keep updated.

started taking the 1000mg tribulus, 1 ginseng pill, 100mg dhea, and 400 tongkat today and could def feel an increased aggression at the gym. you can get all 4 of those supplements from amazon at about 1/4 of the price of HC Generate.

also, i weighed myself and i've gained about 2.5 lbs since I started the IPAM (whatever the date of the first post in this thread is).
 
update:
still feeling good. still doing 500 ipam once in the evening. Getting stronger in the gym. Went 5 rounds with a multi time world champ and one of the greats last night. I also had an hour long straight death match with a naval academy wrestler/ team guy who was the strongest person i've ever rolled against. I was dead after the match, afterward I went out had a beer, could barely stand and walk back to my apartment i was so sore (hips, knees, general rigamortis feeling you get after a long long roll). I woke up this morning feeling like a champ, nearly 100% recovered. I am out of my CJC no dac from BlueSky, and almost out of my IPAM from BlueSky. I just received more IPAm and no dac from EVOLUTION peptides today. So far it's been a great experience dealing with those guys. I ordered it Tuesday I believe, and it was delivered this morning (Friday). I'm excited to try it out and do a comparison. So far IronMagResearch is my favorite peptides, hopefully EVOLUTION will be even better. We shall see. More to come.

update:
didn't get my Evolution ipam and no dac delivery until Monday so I used the 677 Fri, Sat, and Sun night. I laid around literally all day Sunday in a "Derhh" state. Thankfully it came in Monday so I was able to get my 500 ipam and 200 no dac in Monday evening at my usual time. This new batch is from Evolution. So far I have to say I am impressed. My muscles looked fuller and more vascular within 15 mins of administering. Slept great last night. I do feel kind of foggy this morning (which is expected). Also, I added 100mg(or mcg) of Huperzine A into my supplement stack as I heard it helps keep your body from destroying excess GH. I'm going to hit the weights at lunch today. Let's see how it goes. so the evolution stuff is definitely legit. If someone is following my posts and wondering which source to try, I would recommend evolution for IPAM and CJC no dac.

However, i've definitely noticed a marked decrease in energy and mental clarity (i.e. the fogginess I've mentioned here and there throughout my posts). My sleep is good, but i don't ever feel quite rested enough, and have a general feeling of tiredness from the peptides. I can definitely tell it's negatively affecting my effectiveness at work. That being said, my work is extremely mentally taxing and difficult mentally. If you have a job that is challenging in other ways I don't see the fog being a problem. Like I said it's made me quicker and stronger on the mats. Due to these conclusions, my current plan is now to only administer on the weekends. I might end up changing my mind. we will see how it goes. more to come!
 
Update:
So it's Wednesday now and it's been a few days since my last post. Since my last post I've put away the peptides and starting administering the mk-677 at about 25 per day, as a last ditch effort. Note that this is my first time to do the mk-677 more than 2 days in a row. As of now I've been doing it about 4-5 days in a row. I believe the lethargy is beginning to subside. My appetite has picked up a lot. I'm probably eating almost twice as many calories as I was before the mk677. I've gained another pound, so now I'm at 174, and I definitely look fuller. I'm going to keep doing the 25 of mk677 once per day and see what happens. more to come.

also, I'm still training hard. I hit the mats Sat and lifted Sat, I hit the mats sun, I lifted monday, I lifted and hit the mats Tuesday, I'm taking today off so I went to the sauna and did 100 push ups in the sauna and sweated my ass off.
