So I started my first Ipam cycle 3 days ago. The purpose of this post will be to log my progress, dosing, results, etc.
A little background on me,
I'm 5'11" 170 lbs. Ex Navy rescue swimmer, brazilian jiu jitsu competitor, and I do olympic lifts almost daily.
Current stats:
255 max clean
265 match bench
5:30 mile
Nowadays I'm a white collar worker with a public license.
I've run a test cycle before when I was doing some Navy training but didn't take it very serious and only did it for a month. I'm also normally pretty sensitive to anything that I introduce into my body (caffeine, thc, alcohol, etc.)
I ordered same IPAM the other day from a well reviewed source. I'll go ahead and start the log now:
07/15/17: first administer, 1 x 100 mcg injection at about 5pm. noticed a head rush for sure. Felt more relaxed within a couple of hours. The sleep effects your hear about were opposite for me, I couldn't hardly sleep that night. But when I woke up in the morning I still felt pretty dam good considering my lack of sleep.
07/16/17: Decided to ramp up the dosage and did 1 x 100 mcg first thing in the am, and then 1 x 100 right before bed, just to see if that would help the sleep situation, it didn't. Again this night I didn't really sleep at all. The most noticable difference at this point is definite improved skin. I look a good bit younger already. Went for a run, felt a little more solid than I usually do. Definitely more level headed than usual as well. The next day I did some research and found out that maybe I should up the dosage some to help the sleep situation.
07/17/17: 1 x 200 first thing in the am. Noticing improved muscle definition, slightly larger appetite, better looking skin. took another 200 about 6pm. Slept MUCH better this night, finally got the vivid dreams I kept hearing about. I remember tghem all very clearly , one was zip lining from shpip to ship in the ocean for miles , it was sick! Another was I was an assistant to this super bad a$$ bjj legend. I went to sleep at like 10 and woke up at 330 though. I feel pretty good but still not enough sleep, but I can see that it's getting better.
07/18/17: 200 this morning. Noticing increased appetite still. I'll probably stick with this 200 two times daily for a while. I ordered some more IPAM, I also ordered some ghrp-2 that I am considering starting. I'm pretty confident that my body is getting used to the IPAM and my benefits and sleep will improve daily. I'll stay checked in! Let me know if you're finding this helpful.
