Everyone would have to blow off the diets for a few days and eat everything

I am finally starting to be happy with hiw my body is chsning. It just takes sooooo fucking long to see the tiniest gains. I got my arms to maybe 15.5 if I measure flexed immediately after a bi tri pump. That seems so small
I want this big arms like 18
How long does it take at 69 years old to add three inches of muse to my arms? Seriously it’s like scientifically impossible
When I wake up like right now with no pump. My arms don’t look like anything . It’s just very depressing

Turns out this is actually a quarterly party. So there will be another one end of summer o can keep making progress and show it off there.
I need to not be intimidated by these guys.
They may be bigger but most them are just naturally built bigger than me and most them have fat bellies they are “bears” bear bodies Thick.
They def work out but they are not same league as evo bros There are very few abs in these website pics.
I’m spoiled. I want all men to like Evo bros.

Yes. San Francisco women… it’s a challenge.
Well you younger generations function differently to begin with and the overwhelming immersion in the tech industry here It’s socially weird to my generation ( we hate it to be honest)
But finding beautiful women here , hmm. First I’d say if you like Asian women you’re all set. But all the women here are very strong. They are not pushovers nor easily impressed. They won’t care about your muscle or your money. ( go to LA for that) They want you to be smart, funny, socially adept, progressive, strong but not toxic,
And they will hook up and toss you out when they’re done.
So just fyi.

Todays lake fasting walk.
Turns out they have paddle and row boat rentals here. I went to check prices. There’s an old white lady Karen in there losing her mind and screaming at the counter gal. lol. ( this particular town is mainly oLd rich white folks) people on the train could hear her lol.
I think she needed some hormone therapy or vitamin D.
Anyway rowing g around the lake would be a fun upper body cardio workout .

i would stay hard on digestive aids like probiotics and psyllium husk so you can stay less bloated for the upcoming fun muscle party

Yes generally. She was hack g a meltdown. I think she was planning a picnic area rental and had to wait too long for the person to help her.
She probably has an imbalance. Meds diet hormones It makes people crazy. I mean I’m bi polar with adhd and when I’m out of balance I’m crazy too. But she was screaming at the lady everyone on the trail could hear her. lol
It’s a great little town look at the contrast if small tone and it’s literally only 20 miles from downtown SF completey different environment and different weather
This is why the Bay Area is a great place to live.

I think she was trying to set up a picnic area reservation for a party. And wasn’t getting the level of customer service she expected.
I have noticed that old women have been losing their minds a lot lately. And I seriously think it’s a pharmaceutical and hormonal issue.
I don’t say that to be mean, I just mean I think it’s a medical issue. Something is going on with females over 65. From the boomer generation.
It’s a combination of medicinal and entitlement clashing. Prescription drugs create as many problems as they solve.
Hormones or lack of, makes you crazy as everyone here knows from using steriods.
She very clearly was feeling rejected and ignored. ( i know that feeling ) the response is usually either depression or anger. I don’t see the screaming outbursts in older men as much as females.
You know the 70 yo women with shoulder length gray hair that they don’t bother brushing and no make up. … it’s them.

I won’t get any bigger in ten days but I’ll keep trying to cut as much as possible.
They can take this or leave it. I’ll do more than well when I get to Palm Springs next month.

That’s why I’m in a panic over aging. Especially when looks / bodies are such high priority for gay men. I know my days are numbered.
I’m getting all the

And I’ll still only have 15 inch arms.
Oh yeh well I see it all the time I've been in front line customer service jobs literally for 43 years.
Generally “people=problem” I avoid them except my small social world that has its own set of issues.
Also you get tired when you’re old. I’m always tired. All the time. Everything is an effort. Never feel well rested.
Please come out here. If you bust the city I’d be happy to spend a day showing you around. If you like walking hiking it’s great

I wish all the bros would come out here for fun trip. It’s such a great outdoor space with the coast and the hills plus everything fun in a big city. Sf is not overwhelming like New York. It’s really easy to nabagafe uts quite small and has a small town feel. It’s just a collection of neighborhoods surrounded by water

1. PS homes are high but surrounding communities are affordable
2. They get only a couple inches of Rain ( December January . It’s basically summer year round .
