Hey everyone,

This log will detail my diet and training through the next few months. I’m 5'7", currently 181 lbs, not drinking, and focused on reaching a solid 190 lbs while staying lean.

I’m currently living out of my van, so cooking all the time can be a little harder — I usually meal prep every 5 days and cook all my protein in batches for the next few days.


Current Cycle (weekly):
  • 180mg Test C
  • 250 IU HCG
  • 1mg Retatrutide
  • BPC-157/TB-500 blend
Planned Cycle (starting soon):
  • 250mg Test C
  • 350mg Primo (give or take) for 16 weeks

Daily Diet:
  • Morning (pre-gym): Coffee + 1 scoop whey protein
  • Post-workout: 1 scoop creatine
  • Meal 1: 6 eggs (3 whole, 3 whites), 1 serving Bibigo white rice, 1 small avocado, 2 Honeycrisp apples
  • Meal 2: Coffee + 1 scoop whey protein
  • Meal 3: 8 oz bison (sometimes chicken), 7–8 oz veggies (bell peppers & squash), 1 serving Bibigo white rice
  • Meal 4: 1 can tuna + 1 scoop protein (some days I skip this)
  • Meal 5: 8 oz bison or chicken, 7–8 oz veggies
Estimated Macros:
  • Protein: ~230–250g
  • Carbs: ~180–200g
  • Fats: ~55–65g
  • Calories: ~2,400–2,600 total

Training:
Currently running a Push/Pull/Legs split — training 5 days a week, planning to bump to 6 once I start Primo. Sessions are high intensity, focused on progressive overload.


Goal:
Looking to harden up and add quality lean mass through this upcoming Test + Primo cycle. Last bloodwork came back solid — all markers in range, feeling great and ready to push.

Appreciate any feedback or suggestions on my cycle layout, diet, or training — and any recommendations for reliable sources for quality Primo.

Luckily I have a hanger where I have a black stone that lets me cook my meals in bulk.

The primo I bought from steroidswarehouse.com, which I’m going to retest before taking it, not sure if I’m going to take it. Sucks I ordered 5 vials at once and might have the throw them away. I’ll attach a picture.

If you’re saying add more protein, I will up my protein to 10oz per meal . I’m drinking close to a gallon of water a day and pissing like a race horse.

Supplements I take are.
Men’s multivitamin
Vitamin C
Magnesium and Zinc
Just ordered Magnesium Glycinate 500mg
-not sure what else to take?

I tested the promo with a roid tester. Test B was a bit darker than the color sample, and test D was almost black — dark, dark purple. I did add way too many drops and did it in a dark van.

I didn’t know about any other places to get primo from. Wish I wish I had done more research and found this forum a few weeks ago. I was listening to my buddy about everything.

I’ll get whatever I need to, supplement-wise, to be safe and healthy. I’m not balling out, but I’ll spend what I need to for the right supplements. Not trying to half-ass anything.

I can up my protein shakes, easy.

Can you tell me, or give me a link, for the best supplements to buy?

Also, not dead set on primo. I’m still new to all of this. If there’s another stack that is cleaner and safer, I’m all ears to follow it to the T.

Being 100% transparent, I have very little experience or knowledge about anything. Researching anything is hard, since there’s so much info out there about everything — I just don’t know who or what to go by. That’s why I was taking advice from my buddy.

I just started TRT a few months ago with a company called Matrix. They have been supplying my test, HCG, as well as getting my blood done every couple of months. I’m not sure if it’s worth it or not, $165 a month. I just don’t know where to get reliable info/gear.

Like I said in your original thread you should shitcan that primo you have and order a new one off of any source on here and no we're not paid to say that. If it turned black that's not putting too much oil in. You can only put too much crushed orals in roidtest. In my opinion there's no way some rando company with apparently no brand name has access to primo right now (or deca).

In your bloodwork from July your total test was sky high yet your free test was practically in range. I think you'd do well to add proviron to your cycle 25mg ED to lower your SHBG and increase your free test and let the compounds do more of what they want to do and bind to those androgen receptors!

Your e2 was also high in July so I'd have aromasin on hand and ready to run 12.5mg e3d if e2 comes back high again.

I was talking CJC1295 no DAC w/ipamorelin, IGF1 LR3, T and I took everything the day before my blood test -- that maybe why the test levels were so high.

Use NAPS and ED means "every day", sometimes you'll see e2d or e3d and that's every two days or every three days. You'll learn the lingo fast here.
Same dosages? Can I get that on naps?
I would start with a 2:1 ratio of test:eq so if 300 test then 150 eq for example

That is a lot of water for sure. A gallon is a big number. @mynameissean123 Don't forget though, you get water from your food too. So overdrinking isn't really that beneficial.

Was doing some reading about EQ and how it thickens your blood, do you need to donate blood often while taking this?

@HarleyGuy is awesome with all the info on supplements. I thought peptides etc was expensive, but these supplements are insane lol.

I’ll attach a picture of the test bottle. For $165!/ month they give me a bottle of T, ever 3 months, HCG every 3 months, Anastrozole pills and bloodwork from labcorp every 3 months. Once I get a bit more knowledge, I’ll gladly stop using them, get my own lab test, test and whatever else I need.

not at all man! free test can be sent through the roof with hormones. that has no bearing on your sperm count or pituitary glands or your testes health. so if you care about fertility you better get that tested.

This log will detail my diet and training through the next few months. I’m 5'7", currently 181 lbs, not drinking, and focused on reaching a solid 190 lbs while staying lean.

I’m currently living out of my van, so cooking all the time can be a little harder — I usually meal prep every 5 days and cook all my protein in batches for the next few days.


Current Cycle (weekly):
  • 180mg Test C
  • 250 IU HCG
  • 1mg Retatrutide
  • BPC-157/TB-500 blend
Planned Cycle (starting soon):
  • 250mg Test C
  • 350mg Primo (give or take) for 16 weeks

Daily Diet:
  • Morning (pre-gym): Coffee + 1 scoop whey protein
  • Post-workout: 1 scoop creatine
  • Meal 1: 6 eggs (3 whole, 3 whites), 1 serving Bibigo white rice, 1 small avocado, 2 Honeycrisp apples
  • Meal 2: Coffee + 1 scoop whey protein
  • Meal 3: 8 oz bison (sometimes chicken), 7–8 oz veggies (bell peppers & squash), 1 serving Bibigo white rice
  • Meal 4: 1 can tuna + 1 scoop protein (some days I skip this)
  • Meal 5: 8 oz bison or chicken, 7–8 oz veggies
Estimated Macros:
  • Protein: ~230–250g
  • Carbs: ~180–200g
  • Fats: ~55–65g
  • Calories: ~2,400–2,600 total

Training:
Currently running a Push/Pull/Legs split — training 5 days a week, planning to bump to 6 once I start Primo. Sessions are high intensity, focused on progressive overload.


Goal:
Looking to harden up and add quality lean mass through this upcoming Test + Primo cycle. Last bloodwork came back solid — all markers in range, feeling great and ready to push.

Appreciate any feedback or suggestions on my cycle layout, diet, or training — and any recommendations for reliable sources for quality Primo.

Moved out of my place, was living with the ex between trips, now we’re done and I’m basically living out of my hanger, figuring out if I’m staying in CA or not. Been in the solar industry for 8 years, super grateful for the opportunity but burnt out. Need something exciting again

Good to hear that you're a listener of the podcast. i would not use hcg in pct ever. it will actually prevent recovery that is the issue. and using an AI in pct isn't good either unless you have high estrogen. stick with hcgenerate + nolva/clomid @mynameissean123

It's not going to auto thicken dont worry and not at low doses. And you should donate every 8 weeks.

If you're going from one cycle to another I don't see the need for HCG on cycle. Your current e2 was in range so you seem to be getting away with it so you can run it until your next bloods if you really want to.

This is likely why your e2 is okay currently. Whatever you were running during 07/03/2025 you definitely didn't need HCG and your e2 was through the roof.

What the difference between test E & C
If you dose your weekly dose in two shots a week it won't matter between E & C. Each of their half lives are only about 2 days apart. I use TestE myself.

Here in Canada (Ontario) it's free every few months. If you wanna go private they're each between $20-$60 but if you haven't had bloods done in a while a doc should be able to give you a requistion online. In Ontario we have teletest.ca
