Napsgear split my order

I made a big order from napsgear. What I am upset about though is they split up my order. I ordered $2,000 worth of stuff and he only sent me half of it in the mail. Imagine opening up your Christmas gift and finding half of it missing. That's what I went through. Now what am I supposed to do? Keep waiting? I was supposed to start my cycle on new years!

That seems like standard protocol for most sources. Splitting reduces risk. Maybe don't order 2k at a time. Learn to be patient

you need to contact a rep or customer service and also understand what you are getting in the mail and perhaps this is to protect you!! SMFH... what an asshole! I cant stand ungrateful people such as yourself

Sometimes packages are split in half, 1/2 first pack 1/2 2nd, that's normal relax.

I prefer my orders to be split in half. My orders tend to be on the larger side at times and I ask Naps to split the order, if possible. My larger orders, especially from the Ukraine, are always split. Split orders equals less risk. I know it sounds backwards but in this case, it’s not backwards.
