Hey all, been listening to this podcast for a while and thought I'd join up as I'm always happy for more knowledge and support in any way.
Started my first proper cycle 6 weeks ago. I'm 42 year old male and I've trained on and off since high school, but never seriously. Decided I wanted to really get stuck into some training and my mate is a powerlifter who put me onto my first bit of real knowledge about test and PEDs.
Started first 7 weeks ago on nandro test 400mg (240mg test u/160mg deca) which made me feel amazing and got some nice pumps. Decided to then really sort out my diet and I've now lumped up and even smashed a p.b. of 5 reps @ 100kg on the bench press.
I'm really enjoying my workouts and try to train with as much intensity as possible for maximum results. Gonna run this cycle for another 5 weeks and then get a solid PCT in.
Just one question, especially after chest sessions, my nips are tender, do you think I should grab some aromasin or e-blocker as a precaution?
