Background
SE Asian, 40, M, 5' 6" (168cm), 172lb (78kg) - thanks generics lottery....

AAS

I first started my cycle back in Oct 2025. I didn't feel the need to overkill the cycle so I started of at a fairly mild cycle of 250mg test e, 200mg primo with anavar 10mg on training days.

In Jan 2026, I had to drop to TRT cruise dose (120mg) due to an injury and completely removed primo & anavar.

By the end of Feb 2026 I attempted to start up a second cycle with small titration of Test P and NPP (@Southern Cross Labs had a really good deal going that I couldn't refuse). Grudgingly though, I had to cut the cycle short as my missus got annoyed and wants me off the AAS for at least 6months before hopping back on again (YES I KNOW! TRUST ME - I just don't feel like arguing with her...). Of course you need to listen to the missus, so I dropped everything and initiate PCT protocol (Last pin as of Mar 24th).

Now you guys are probably thinking "well - you could have easily went to TRT and conceive" much like @CypherOCE did - and that's a perfectly acceptable approach (again....missus). However for me, firstly I don't have much of a choice, and secondly I don't think I've been on AAS long enough, or severe enough, that I would need to consider TRT approach due to severe HPTA shutdown - so this approach back to natural production should be relatively easier (I hope...). We're on the train now so no point turning back!

Training

I've been consistently training since 2019 to this day. I'm very proud of this journey as it was the turning point in my life where everything about training, nutrition, consistency finally clicked in. I dropped from 85kg to 67kg in a span of 3.5months and never really got obese ever again.

I love everything about powerlifting style training but never competed. I did a couple of blocks and manage to hit the 1000lb club as natty. Since then I embraced AAS to potentially push my body to the absolute limits while trying to maintain as much lean physique as possible.

Unfortunately though, I got injured back in Jan. An adductor got slightly torn near the bone from a really basic warmup protocol (so sad...). This was the main reason why I dropped to TRT dose as there was no point maintaining a low dose blast while the body is in recovery mode. I had to skip legs indefinitely until recently, but hey, at least my upper body strength went up!

Right now I'm currently doing 4day/week training consisting of push mechanics (Chest, Tris, Shoulder, Quads) and pull mechanics (Back, Bis, Hamstring, Adductor). Other than the obvious slow re-entry to leg day, I had to dial down the training to maintenance intensity to support PCT (Max RPE8 and 10-12 reps).

Cardio currently sucks. The only one is my 10k steps a day. I'm not going to be surprised if my prolactin/ spikes next week in my blood test. Trying to start running again 30min a day in the morning.

Objective of this log

The primarily objective of this log is really to document my PCT journey and get some feedback from you great forum members on something I might have missed and may improve.

Equally important though is that I wanted to show this journey to others in this community and inspire those who may be considering stepping back a bit from the AAS scene, either because they feel they made a mistake or they're just wanting more research material into PCT.

As a secondary objective, we are living in the age of peptides. I wanted to show how these peptides can provide the support to that PCT journey, injury recovery, and lifestyle improvement and give further confidence to those who wants to follow in my PCT footsteps in the use of peptides.

Bro, I can see that a lot of thought went into this protocol, and I have been going through the exact same thing with my wife so I completely understand your situation.

I am glad to see that your are in the right path! Choosing to drop TRT is a big decision but can pay off if you can get it done quick.

I'm excited to watch this log and I wish you and your partner the very best.

When was you last bloods results? Its important to have a baseline to retest after 5/6 weeks post PCT.

No way! This guy throwing up a log 😍
What an awesome start so much detail, youve had some shit things happen to you with the injuries.

Diet and everything is great.

I'm ready to sponsor you when you're kicking off the first blast once the Mrs gives the greenlight 💪

Brother! No joke, your oils are on point and was so keen to kick start my 2nd cycle with your gear all the way! But yea family comes first for all of us!

Thanks for the offer brother! I'll be banging on your door to let me in when the time comes 👹🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

Training update:
Pull day with hamstrings tempo control 31X1.
Mood: 8/10 motivation was good. Didn't need for Semax today.
Post: 7/10 not burnt out. Satisfied

The romanian deadlift got a bit sketchy in the middle. I could feel the adductor slightly "pop" a bit on my 1st set so I had to lower the weight. Waiting for the KLOW to come through soon.

Hip adductor feels good with it's current weight. Could easily go higher but just wanting to chill for now.

Sleep Log #1 2/4/26

Current sleep protocol:
-Melatonin 10mg
-Magnesium Glycinate
-GH 2IU

Good sleep overall. Only woke up twice.

This is a nice baseline to compare DSIP against the two powerhouses: Melatonin & GH. Since I haven't received DSIP yet I'm going to temporarily remove melatonin and GH now. Hoping I still get really good sleep without them for a couple of days....

Sleep Log #1 2/4/26... Melatonin 10mg, Mag Glycinate, GH 2IU... removing melatonin and GH to compare baseline

Smart approach logging the sleep like this mate, having a proper baseline before adding DSIP will give you way better data to compare. Interested to see how you go without the melatonin and GH for a few nights 🙏

Hoping I still get really good sleep without them for a couple of days....
welcome fully to the EVO family now :D @OwEv751 you have been a member for some time and happy to see you share. You look really good, strong arms, nice chest and wide back impressive base.

do you have bloods going into this? :D

Current Protocol
- Week 1/2 - hCG 500IU EOD & hMG 75IU 3x / week <---I'm currently at the start of week2
- Week 3 - Small break (5 days) <---Blood drawn Monday this week
- Week 4/5 - Clomid 50mg/Nolva 40mg / day
- Week 6/7 - Clomid 25mg/Nolva 20mg / day
- Week 8 - blood drawn and MAYBE more clomid 12.5mg/nolva 10mg / day depending where we're at

Nutrition
I won't dive too deep into this one as I'll be in surplus. At bare minimum I'm aiming at 300C/190P/90F for 2680cals.
Definitely will have a good mix of:
- Two whole eggs per day

@OwEv751 nice start to the log. You have a great physique.

Plan Update 3/4/26:

Last shot of hCG 1000IU & hMG 25IU today 3/4/26. The plan was to give time for hCG acitvity to die down around 3-4 days before bloods to be taken on Tuesday. I don't think I've got enough time for hMG FSH activity to leave the system sadly.

Plan is to start Clomid/Nolva 50mg straight after bloods drawn. Also have Arimidex ready in case E2 spikes really hard.

On the Peptides side of things:

Peptides

Sponsored by @Prymal - care package arriving soon!
- Reta (1mg dose / week) (maintain good insulin sensitivity and GLP-1 benefits) - not yet started (been off for 2 weeks now)
- DSIP (nightly) - sleep support on top of melatonin now removed from this list for the new log posted - https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/threads/the-sleep-log.110216/
- KLOW (daily) - perpetual recovery for adductor tear and general training recovery - not yet started also intended to be used ONLY on training days (4x/week)
- Semax (Pre-Workout motivator) - have my own and will use this to finish then swap to new vial next week - also intended administration is intranasal

Other stack
- NAD+ (100mg weekly) - to eventually ramp to 200mg
- Mots-C (1mg) (pre workout) - currently experimenting as I'm having adverse reaction to Mots-c. Update in log later.
- SS31 (daily) - 1mg
- HGH (2IU nightly) removed to allow testing of DSIP in another log
- Selank (as needed day time only intranasal - maybe everyday :ROFLMAO:)

Future peptides to add for longevity:
- TA1 low dose 0.5mg 2x/week intended use: long term background immune modulation signalling, not blast and over activate it

Good stuff mate, just keep in mind HCG mimics LH but doesn't actually show up as LH on bloods so no stress there. This early in PCT your LH and FSH will probably still look suppressed anyway, thats normal so don't freak out when you see the numbers. Clomid/Nolva combo is solid, keep the Adex handy but don't jump on it unless E2 symptoms are really obvious. Keen to see the results 💪

happy to have you in the EVO family :D @OwEv751 waiting on bloods

Thank you brother! To be honest being the very first PCT, it's kinda scary and exciting at the same time! I've heard of horror stories as well but I'm going to need to self control and not jump all over the place when some reds come up.

Good on you for starting this log man, sounds like you’ve done your homework. Happy to help where I can and follow along. PCT proper sucks and we are here for the support.
Main question: did you pull bloods during the cycle? If LH and FSH didn’t get fully crushed (since it was a shorter run), you’re probably in a solid spot to restart your axis quicker and get back on track without needing TRT.
I’m kinda on the fence myself about jumping back on TRT and trying something similar to what Cypher did. First attempt in March didn’t work, and libido’s been all over the place.
Gonna give it another couple of tries, and if it still doesn’t happen, I’ll freeze sperm and then maybe go down that route.
I really like the sleep tracking, what device are you using? Been struggling with sleep since coming off the gear. Doesn’t help I’ve got bad sleep apnea and CPAP was a total fail, but the SomnoMed mouth guard actually keeps it under control.
I’ve messed around with an O2 ring to track sometimes, but that red light straight-up kills my sleep, so I only use it occasionally.

Shame to admit but no I didn't pull bloods during my cycle. Didn't know how iMedical worked earlier and was too scared to ask GP for panel. Stupid mistakes one after the other. Live and let learn.

The blood draw next week was supposed to be for the 2nd cycle but hey we're here with PCT 😂 I feel I need to at least experience the natural route first before reconsidering TRT. Firstly as my own punishment for taking aas for granted, and secondly for community data research.

I'm currently using Oura Ring 4 Ceramic. Comfortable to wear but yea sadly you still get the red and green light going off all the time. Lucky I'm a side sleeper so I can slip my hand under the pillow.

After coming off Test Prop and NPP 2 weeks ago, I did feel a crash around day 4-5. My body was aching hard, my supposedly already 90% healed adductors was throbbing and I was feeling random injuries on my knees and lower back. I would think 125mg test and 75mg NPP would keep stable for a while longer until hcg/hmg takes over but my god that didn't happen. Sleep was definitely disruptive back then.

It's definitely way better now though, so far, my sleep data is showing I'm now getting decent sleep (though to be fair I was riding GH and melatonin for abit).

If you can get your hands on enclo, do it, the side effects of clomiphene (due to the zuclomilphene in it) hit me hard and it takes a while to go away.
I definitely have enclo on hand, but I also have overstock of clomid 🤣 I was thinking of saving it until I can't handle Clomid anymore. Pray the peptides comes through to soften some of the sides....

Sleep Log #2 3/4/26

Current Sleep protocol:
-Magnesium Glycinate
-Ashwagandha
-Glycine

Felt abit restless throughout the night despite what Oura is saying. Woke up really groggy and feeling like didn't have enough sleep. What a brutal first night without GH and Melatonin....

Sleep Score: 6.5 / 10

Funny you say that, I’ve noticed the same thing. I seem to get injured more often after coming off, happened a few times now, and recovery is way slower too. Currently sidelined with a shoulder and neck injury.
If I were you, I’d try avoid clomid if possible. You really only need about half the dose with enclo vs clomid, especially if you’re already running nolva, more than enough already. Next weeks will be tough but hang in there mate.

Haven’t used peptides much so can’t say too much, only tried BPC-157 + TB-500 once for an injury and it definitely helped. Keen to look into it more though. One thing I’ve learned is not to overdo signaling during PCT more isn’t always better. But yeah, everyone reacts differently.

Felt abit restless throughout the night despite what Oura is saying. Woke up really groggy and feeling like didn't have enough sleep. What a brutal first night without GH and Melatonin....

Sleep Score: 6.5 / 10
are you taking any valerian root?

are you taking any valerian root?
I did think about Valerian Root, 5-HTP and L-Theanine but haven't bought them yet. I can add them to the stack and include DSIP as well. Just not sure at this point if DSIP would even be meaningful for peptide data gathering since there's now a few sleep beneficial compounds adding up.

Woke up a bit less last night, less groggy this morning and felt that I had a proper restorative sleep. My sleep onset was rather quick last night as well; probably because we're on long weekend here in oz so feeling 0 stress.

What looks to be freaky is my HR spike to wake me up at 2AM. Maybe my IGF-1 levels are too elevated at that time?

Try aiming to get up only twice a night.

Sleep Score : 8 / 10

Also may as well add some wake up BP data to same post. Nebivolol and Telmisartan can stay deep in the drawer for the time being 🤣

Sleep log is looking better mate, less groggy is a win! The 2am HR spike is interesting, could just be cortisol doing its thing rather than IGF-1. Keen to see how the DSIP changes things once it arrives 💪

Went to bed highly nauseated most likely due to overdosing my daily supplements at dinner then pre-bed (had to leave early in the morning yesterday and only just got back home in the evening). Lesson learnt: don't do that.

Oura might be saying it's ok but the feeling of nauseousness is still persisting even now. Sleep was definitely not as restorative this time round.

PCT Weekly Update:

Last HCG injection Friday @1000IU 3/4/26
Last HMG injection Friday @25IU 3/4/26

The past couple of days, my two friends were rock hard and came back to size (one slightly bigger than the other as well).

New acne flaring as well which might mean my natural testosterone came back and/or E2 symptoms? Currently using benzoyl peroxide wash with doxycycline to manage.

Otherwise no water retention as of yet but libido is super low. Mood somewhat flat and seemingly easily annoyed.

Plan for next week:
- Draw blood Tuesday 7/4
- Start Clomid50/Nolva40 straight after blood draw.
- Adex on standby
- Enclo on standby the next week in case above combo is severe.

Weekly Check-in

Peptides used this week:
PeptideDosage and FrequencyTotal Week volume (mg)
SS-312mg 7x14
NAD+25mg 2x50
Motsc (paused due to reaction - restart next week)0.5 2x1
Reta (@Prymal)------
GHK-Cu1mg 7x7
TA-11mg 2x2
KLOW (@Prymal)------
BPC-1570.5mg 7x3.5
TB-5002mg 2x4
KPV 0.5mg 7x3.5
DSIP (@Prymal )------
Selank1mg 5x5
Semax (Currently using own) (soon @Prymal )1mg 4x4

Food & Water:
Definitely happy at 2680 Cals. Very satiated with all my meals. Will definitely need to stop IF to 10AM though as I'm starting to struggle a bit with maintaining hunger - especially reintroducing low dose reta next week. Might also need to swap out some healthy fibre based foods out to more ultra-processed otherwise I'm seeing a struggle coming.
Water intake: 3L average

Training:
Went out to do a couple of runs this week. I signed up for a 14km marathon later this year so I need to get my cardio in shape now. First run 6km was horrendous - had to basically stop at every 10minutes due to poor endurance (and also didn't have my rapihaler with me). Second time 6km, had pre-workout, used @Raptor Labs SR9009 and @CladHQ Yohimbine to improve endurance. Difference was night and day; only had to stop like twice and only because of traffic lights. Definitely recommended for anyone looking to train cardio endurance.

Steps has been super poor effort. Was aiming for 10k steps a day but really not feeling it in the evening. Notice a few days I just slacked off. Need to do better.

Gym Motivation has been average. Feeling like I'm just going through the motion although still completing my sets just fine. Other than the PCT phase, I'm thinking I might need to up my calories a bit more, considering next week is when reta is back on the table as well.

Training program currently at tempo style 31X1, mostly on machine, RPE7-8. Trying to aim more at 10-12 reps but underestimated the brutality of 31X1 tempo training. Will need to dial down the weights a bit next week.

Mental State:
I took the past week off work to deload my work stress and finally kickstarted logging on evo. Definitely no complaints on mental state as there's definitely been heaps of R&R. Next week might be different though as I'll be back to my day job. Hopefully I can maintain my logging momentum here.

Thanks!

Little bit of volume because I was intending on doing 10-12 reps with 31X1 tempo. However, last week I overreached the weights so fortunately ended up lowering the volume by accident. Might just stick to 6-8 from now on.

I'm using myfitnesspal so don't have fancy food pics. Please see my sample meal prepped days

Looking good mate. Macros look pretty good too... Carbs maybe just slightly high for me but nothing major.

Meal prep looking solid mate! Good to see you're getting the nutrition dialled in alongside the PCT. Macros look pretty decent, how you finding the appetite with everything going on?
Thanks mate. To be honest it's much harder than I thought to keep the food down because the main carb sources are all high fibre. Just gotta size up to it over time I guess.

Great log you got going here bro and nice updates. You're really answering a lot of questions and getting help I see it's really nice to watch. Your pics look great too! Strong back, big arms and wide shoulder.

currently experimenting as I'm having adverse reaction to Mots-c. Update in log later.
See last quote below....

Sleep was definitely disruptive back then.
I hope the DSIP helps soon, nice that @LevButlerov has got some sleep supps on board and we're paying attention to this

Sleep Score : 8 / 10
Some nights good some nights bad

Lesson learnt: don't do that.
Haha this gave me a laugh... this is how we all learn brutha and it's nice to see it in action with a detailed log.

You sir have been added to our MOTS-c Community Research thread! https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/threads/mots-c-peptide-overview-dosing-and-reviews.110114/

Feel free to post your dosing struggles with it including any reviews it will help the entire EVO community and you can play a part bro!

New Mots-c combat plan:
-No Mots-c injection for 2 weeks
-Add Quercetin 500mg a day
-Add Vit-C 1.5mg split 3x a day
-Keep Fish Oil as is at 3mg a day
-Ketotifen 1mg nightly
-Increase TA-1 from original 2mg to 5mg a week for 2 weeks only. Still pulse at 2x shot a week.

Hopefully this will reduce my mast cell activation sensitivity.

PCT Update

So today I went to get bloods done early in the morning. Chugging down 1L of water was really not fun... anyways, standard panel BB3 v2 with Thyroid this time.

Today also mark the day I first start clomid/nolva. 25/20 at breakfast and within an hr I get flushed face and my balls got onset pulsing hypersensation. Considering I've been off hcg/hmg since Friday and over the weekend the balls were rock hard and sensitive, I have a really good feeling that clomid/nolva was able to kickstart my pituitary! Only time will tell!

I also want to come clean a bit because it's been biting my consciousness and PCT require critical timing, especially without an endocrinologist to assist. I had my bloods done earlier to allow compare. I didn't disclose until now because I first need to convince someone that it's ok to disclose personal bloodwork to a forum full of strangers without exposing sensitive information for someone to take advantage of. Let's just say that person is ok, but also not ok right now, if you get my drift....it'll take some time to convince that this is mandatory for PCT success as timing is so short. Another battle ahead 😭

To be honest I also wasn't sure how I was going to convey my new blood work tomorrow/Thursday. Anyways we're here now just in time for the NEXT bloodwork to compare!

Looking good brother. Very cool peptide stack too. Don't worry about posting blood work, the veterans are here to help. You've excluded all the serial numbers and identification stuff so you're all good.

Was this blood taken after your last shot? If yes how many days? It looks to be on the way down. Next bloods likely to be a lot lower.

I don't understand these results. Why is your T so low? You said you're starting PCT today. If these are from two weeks ago, shouldn't the T be higher?

Sorry I didn't think 464 ng/dL is that low 😅

I was on trt dose for many weeks on test e, switched to test prop intending to start a new cycle. Work callout unexpectedly so I had to head to site packing light. Came back home on Sunday and fast to following morning for the blood test.

Sorry to be clear. The bloods you just saw was from 2 week's ago. I got new bloods done today and waiting for results now. Will post once received (expecting tomorrow or Thursday)
I get it sorry misunderstood :D

Thanks for looking into my bloodwork! I thought they look ok at first but based on what you are saying, this is concerning?

I started hcg/hmg 2 weeks ago then stopped 4 days before my new blood work. Doing clomid/nolva right now.

Sorry to hear about the rough night brother, the itching could definitely be a histamine response from the clomid/nolva combo. Keep an eye on it. What did the bloods come back looking like? Keen to see how the HPTA is recovering, I know the feeling going from suppressed to trying to get things firing again 🙏

PCT Update

Finally got my bloods back. Shocked is to say the least. Even after 6 months prior, my HPTA kickstarted and is seemingly overloaded at the moment.

There are some great numbers and worrying numbers as well. I'm at the point where I think Clomid50/Nolva40 per day right now may not be appropriate anymore. Thoughts?

I can also see other scary looking numbers like super low Prolactin which might be a lab error?

Also why am I insanely insulin sensitive...?
