What is the best way to keep training up after a cycle? By that I mean maybe I hit 500lb deadlift on cycle for a new PR, well now after the cycle my program says 5x3 at 75% of max. Well do I redo my maxes since they arent the same as before? is it just me that looses some strength after a cycle?

No. Let's imagine that previously it was 480lbs. So your percentages will have been from that. Your new peak is that 500lbs. So the next cycle uses that for percentages.

By way of example 480 x 75% is 360 for 5 x 3. Vs 500 x 75% being 375lbs x 5 x 3 reps

I keep all of my strength, it’s physiological if you keep training hard you’ll be fine. % are just guide lines. Just adjust accordingly, sarms is what I’m gunna start doing as a bridge to stay leaner between cycles ask the vets on here they’re pretty knowledgeable

I would redo max after cycle. After I'm done cycling I do a PCT 8 weeks then bridge with sarms 8 weeks, keeps me going strong in the 4 months between cycles.

I lower my PR to about 70% of max and I'm careful not to mess up or injure myself off cycle, really go slower.
 
I dont train in pct I recover try that
and I bridge with sarms
 
post-cycle go VERY slow because you have high cortisol
cardarine gw is perfect for cortisol levels

you should plan on doing a lower weight

bro i get stong sa fuck on cycle and lose 20% of strength off
 
You are expected to lower your max after cycle, train with lower weight, but more reps
