Short press barbell 100kg X 3 sets X 3 sets
Lateral raise db. 17.5kg X 3 sets X 3 sets

Started to late in age. Started training at the age of 46 if I knew how I respond. Should have started early maybe got pro card. Just enjoying the training and lifestyle now

Adductors. 125kg X 15 reps X 3 sets
Walking lunges db. 30kg X 24 reps X 3 sets
Pendulum squats. 90kg X 12 reps X 3 sets
Safety bar squats. 180kg X 8 reps X 3 sets
Leg press 230kg X 20 reps X 3 sets
Hack squat. 150kg X 12 reps X 3 sets
Leg extension. 80kg X 15 reps X 3 sets
Standing calf raise. Stack X 20 reps X 3 sets

Legs are fried. Weight up to 104kg feeling good now 23 weeks out

Start posting up progress pics. IF you have the time add a little 'how I'm feeling' insight

I post up some progress pics when I get 15 weeks out and update every weekend. As for now I feeling good thought the cardio and training. Work for the next month's will be very physical so more calorie burn💪
 
Coming up to 18 weeks out from competition. Food now at 1850 calories 250g protein, 100g carbs 70g fats. 30 minutes every morning fasted hiit cardio. And 30 minutes post workout steady state cardio. Body weight is 107kg/235.8lbs. started prep cycle 200mg test P, 300 tren a. 400 mast P. Per week. 2 UI hgh fasted before morning cardio. Liver support. Evening drink of 1 cup chamomile tea, 1 table spoon apple cider vinegar, juice half a lemon and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Hope drop a pound a week weight.

Feeling good strong and energy high.
