I found my ratio at almost 1:2 but that was me personally.
I know a few other boys run it that high
so many differing opinions on primo dosages some guys will never go above 200mg a week

Now all this rave regarding primo and mast etc like it some essential compound, we made mad gains 20years ago without these exotic stuff
I think they are popular now cause a lot more people are on Peds and the discussing around safe use is becoming more prevalent. For me when I started using I did the typical test Deca d-bol stack for bulking and tren for cutting. Now I just rely on test,mast and primo with a little bit of nadndrolone
