RAD and LGD while on TRT

I am currently on testosterone replacement therapy and I'm 42 years old
my height is around 5 ft 8 and I weigh around 190 lb
my goal is to drop somebody fat and also concerned my muscle
I am doing 125 mg a week of my TRT
how much rad 140 and lgd 4033 should I be running in this cycle and for how long

here is the layout

1-12 Rad-140 (TESTOLONE) 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 (ANABOLICUM) 10 mg per day dosed once a day in the a.m.

i actually would recommend either adding GW to that or swapping 1 of those sarms out for it. GW is great for fat loss is why

For trt, add 25mgs rad140 and 10mgs lgd4033
