Recomp cycle questions

I’m currently running my first cycle of test cyp only at 300mg a week. On my next cycle I’m aiming to recomp. I’m currently 220 at 24% body fat. I plan on eating in a deficit and continuing my weight training and possibly adding some cardio in at the end of my sessions. I’m considering running primo at 300 a week, test at 250 and possibly winnie but I’m not sure about the dose on the Winnie quite yet. What are your thoughts on this? I’m brand new to the PED side of things, I’m reading as much as I can but I work a lot right now so I don’t have as much time as I like. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks guys.

You’re on your first testosterone cycle, this is a positive start. However, we need to start seeing you journal your cycle via a log. It’s fast to do it; 15min to share your test cycle, diet training and history, and knowing about you will help us with your blast planning. We can guide you during this period and during the blast.

HOW-TO LOG?
  • To really guide you we need more info from you.
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Okay thank you. I will check out some of the logs you shared. If I’m being honest, I haven’t really kept track. I found these forums after I started. I will start keeping track from here on out.
If you didn’t keep track, no problem.
You can start the Log today, share what you have so far; eg cycle info pics with your plans, and the log will be your journal going forward.:) @Cdub9945
 
Winstrol 6-8 week cycle: I suggest pyramiding the dosage. Duration of the cycle: Week 1 - 20mg ED, Week 2 - 30mg ED, Week 3 - 40mg ED, Week 4 - 50mg ED. Then, gradually reduce the dosage back to 20mg.
