I think thats where if you find the right dose to lose fat but not muscle. High protein uptake and some peds and she be right. 💪
Yeah I’m going to try it. My biggest struggle is maintaining enough food when I’m busy at work. It’s hard to do. I’ve had employees lose like 100 pounds in a year.

I to am busy at work. I take a protein carb shake to work and drink that through the day to help with getting the extra calories in. Post workout is also good. Wow thats awesome, I know a few people who have had the same results. Its an amazing compound.

Great to them go to studies so we can all understand them better. Still so many that need the same kind of attention. Technology and medicine is fantastic. Changes lives for the better 💪👍🙂
we have access to some good shit today. who knows where we will be in another 10 years

It came out a few days ago @LevButlerov check it out (just a summary on Eli Lily main page) https://investor.lilly.com/news-rel...st-retatrutide-delivered-powerful-weight-loss

And they just started a long study of people using Reta who are overweight but with no diabetes or any otherwise unwanted conditions relating to obesity here ➡️ https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT07357415
I'm trying to find a full version of this https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT07357415 :D @HarleyGuy

Social media post comes from two completely separate medical announcements that were released concurrently. [1, 2]

1. The 28% Weight Loss Data (Retatrutide)
The "Phase 3 data" claiming a 28% weight loss comes from Eli Lilly's TRIUMPH-1 Phase 3 clinical trial. [1]
  • The Study: Eli Lilly's TRIUMPH-1 Phase 3 Obesity Trial.
  • The Findings: It evaluated retatrutide (a triple hormone receptor agonist targeting GIP, GLP-1, and glucagon) over 80 weeks. At the highest 12 mg dose, participants experienced an average body weight reduction of 28.3%. [1, 2]

2. The Cancer Metastasis & Tumor Data (GLP-1s)
The statistics regarding the 12,112 patients, 7 tumor types, and the massive drops in metastasis (like lung cancer spreading dropping from 22% to 10%) come from a completely different study led by the Cleveland clinic.
  • The Study: GLP-1 Receptor Agonists and Metastatic Progression in Obesity-Related Solid Tumors.
  • The Lead Author: Dr. Mark David Orland of the Cleveland Clinic's Taussig Cancer Institute.
  • Where it was presented: This real-world analysis utilized data from the TriNetX Global Health Research Network. It was featured as an official abstract preview for the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting.
  • The Findings: The study matched 12,112 patients with stage I–III obesity-related cancers. It found that patients taking GLP-1 drugs (like Ozempic or Mounjaro) had a 31% to 50% lower risk of their cancer spreading to Stage 4 compared to those taking older diabetes medications (DPP-4 inhibitors). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Official Medical Source & Abstract
  • The ASCO Official Publication: You can share the official data breakdown directly via the ASCO Daily News Report, which Details how Dr. Mark Orland’s team mapped the 31% to 50% reduction in metastatic progression.
  • The Press Release: The broader, public-facing announcement with full context on the 12,000+ patient study can be shared from the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Press Center. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Summary Articles (Easier for non-medical readers)
  • The ASCO Post Article: For a highly reputable medical news summary that is easy to read, use The ASCO Post News Release.
  • The Oncology Central Report: For an article that breaks down the specific numbers per cancer type (like the lung cancer drop from 22% to 10%), use Oncology Central. [1, 2]

please add a link to the study for us :D @sampsacus
