Both blood test were taken aprox at 9:30 am. All other values of the test where normal except the following:

My work outs were a lot like Serge Nubret, hard cardio was done for 30 mins 2 to 3 times per week.
Other days I just took a slow hike or bike ride for 60 mins. I did not notice any strength increase, nor decrease.
My calories were 1500, 1800 or 2000 depending on what I was working, with a refeed day once per week of 2500 cal
I & others notice I was getting more defined and a harder look. I did not think I lost any muscle, and even though
my cals were low, I felt great and had lots of energy most days. Other notice my calfs were getting bigger.
I had begun to train them in 25 to 30 rep range for up to 15 to 20 sets. And sometimes doing century sets
as JP wrote me about. My body weight went from 227lbs to 220lbs in those 23 days. I did not notice any
greater pumps then before. I feel rad140 with the triple did save the muscle while my calories are so low.
For me Sarms do not drive my appetite through the roof the way juice does! In the future some time, I'm going to see
what kind of results I will get if I use Rad140 & LGD with the triple for 12 to 16 weeks. 23 days is really not
much time to fully see what rad140 will do.
