sarms recovery stacking

I want to make my own recovery stack cause I cannot stand what I am reading about ostarine mk and how it makes you drowsy
I train 5x per week and I train hard. 45 years old and 187 pounds and 6’2’’
this is my plan:
S23 20mgs a day
YK11 10mgs a day
sr9009 20mgs a day
anything you would change?

it sounds like you have bad information because mk2866 does not make you drowsy at all... mk677 possibly can but you want to take it in the evening to mitigate that... keep in mind that mk677 should be ran a minimum of 6 months but a year is much more ideal... here is the layout

1-12 Mk677 (NUTROBAL) 25 mg day dosed once a day in the p.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 (ANABOLICUM) 10 mg per day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 Mk2866 (OSTABOLIC) 25 mg per day first two weeks then bump to 50 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.

Mini pct 13-16

Clomid 50/25/25/25 OR Nolva 40/20/20/20

Yea real mk-2866 (osta) will not make you drowsy. MK-677 made me drowsy but as dylan suggested take it at night its great for sleep.

Other options are TB-500 and BCP-157 although those are peptides not sarms they work great.

I guess for recovery are you injured?

Strange turn of phrase. More so, as Dylan points out, it's wrong. You don't have to like facts
 
Consider this recovery stack: MK2866-50mgs; MK677-25mgs(before bed only); GW-20mgs, all daily;plus add N2Guard for organs support, very important to your health
