Hey guys,
I’ve been lurking, researching, and learning from this forum for a long time, and now I feel it’s time to share my journey and get some feedback from people who actually know what they’re doing.

Stats
Height: 183 cm
Starting weight (Oct 2024): 106 kg
Lowest weight (cut end): ~82 kg
Current weight: 85–86 kg
Estimated BF at leanest: ~13%
Diet & Training Overview
Cutting phase calories: 1800–2000 kcal
On-cycle calories: 3000–3500 kcal
Training: Consistent resistance training 4-5 times a week throughout, progressive overload focused
Cardio: Used primarily during cut, reduced significantly on cycle

Background
I started my weight loss journey in October 2024 at 106 kg.
By June 2025, I was down to 82 kg — roughly 24 kg lost in about 8 months. At that point, I was very lean, probably ~13% body fat, and training consistently with diet locked in.
That’s when I decided to step into the PED world — after a lot of research.

First Cycle (Testosterone Only – Extended)
After reading extensively and speaking to experienced users, I kept it simple:
Compound: Testosterone (Enanthate → later Cypionate)
Dose: 300 mg/week
Start: End of May 2025
Planned Length: 16 weeks
Actual Length: 20 weeks
Injections: 2x per week
Bloodwork:
Week 4
Then every 6 weeks

Estrogen Issues
I quickly realised I aromatise heavily.
E2 was high, symptoms showed up, and I had to run:
AI: ~2–2.5 mg/week (split)
Once dialled in, everything stabilised.

Adding Anavar (Last 6 Weeks) 20mg first 3 weeks and up to 30mg last 3 weeks.
At week 14, I added Anavar for the final push:
Effect:
Muscles hardened noticeably
Vascularity came up
Physique looked dry and dense
Strength was solid
Overall, very happy with the result
Weight Progress
Start of cycle: ~83–84 kg
End of cycle: ~91–92 kg (yes, some water, but also real tissue)

Post-Cycle / TRT Transition
Cycle ended: 12th October
One week before end: Started Retatrutide
1 mg/week for first 4 weeks
Then increased to 2 mg/week
Still running 2 mg/week

TRT / Cruise:
Currently on 100-150 mg/week

Bloodwork:
Just done last week
Waiting on results to see where my levels sit on this dose

What’s Next
I’ve already purchased everything for my second cycle:
Testosterone Cypionate 250/ml
Primobolan (200 mg/ml)
Planning to start end of February or early March depending on bloodwork and recovery.

What I’m Asking You Guys

Given:

I’m currently cruising

What would you suggest for Cycle 2?
I am thinking of going 500mg/week Test with 200mg/week Primo as AI strategy.

I’ve been lurking, researching, and learning from this forum for a long time, and now I feel it’s time to share my journey and get some feedback from people who actually know what they’re doing.

Stats
Height: 183 cm
Starting weight (Oct 2024): 106 kg
Lowest weight (cut end): ~82 kg
Current weight: 85–86 kg

Diet & Training Overview
Cutting phase calories: 1800–2000 kcal
On-cycle calories: 3000–3500 kcal
Training: Consistent resistance training 4-5 times a week throughout, progressive overload focused
Cardio: Used primarily during cut, reduced significantly on cycle

I haven’t seen 200mg/ml primo in a while. Any touchdown pics?

I had some in that concentration before, it was painful. I don’t mind normal pip but it was a bit much. If you have that issue I’m sure someone will have a solution for you👍

Well I thiiiiink there are things you can do to make it bearable. Like smaller more frequent injections in different sites and diluting it by mixing it with your testosterone. Idk about Chinese grey market primo 😬

Thanks. I have thought of that approach of doing 2 pins a week. Not sure about mixing Test with Primo. Can both be drawn in one syringe?

I live in the UK and it is quite popular here to order from China. Folks even get it tested at Janoshik and came out clean so can be relied upon.

@IronLog183 proud of you on this log. You are showing the EVO family how it's done. 20 weeks is a very long cycle though. Just be aware of the risks involved with doing something like that. I personally would consider lowering it to 12 to 14 weeks.

Height: 183 cm
Starting weight (Oct 2024): 106 kg
Lowest weight (cut end): ~82 kg
Current weight: 85–86 kg
Estimated BF at leanest: ~13%
Diet & Training Overview
Cutting phase calories: 1800–2000 kcal
On-cycle calories: 3000–3500 kcal
Training: Consistent resistance training 4-5 times a week throughout, progressive overload focused
Cardio: Used primarily during cut, reduced significantly on cycle

Background
I started my weight loss journey in October 2024 at 106 kg.
By June 2025, I was down to 82 kg — roughly 24 kg lost in about 8 months. At that point, I was very lean, probably ~13% body fat, and training consistently with diet locked in.
That’s when I decided to step into the PED world — after a lot of research.

First Cycle (Testosterone Only – Extended)
After reading extensively and speaking to experienced users, I kept it simple:
Compound: Testosterone (Enanthate → later Cypionate)
Dose: 300 mg/week
Start: End of May 2025
Planned Length: 16 weeks
Actual Length: 20 weeks
Injections: 2x per week
Bloodwork:
Week 4
Then every 6 weeks

Estrogen Issues
I quickly realised I aromatise heavily.
E2 was high, symptoms showed up, and I had to run:
AI: ~2–2.5 mg/week (split)
Once dialled in, everything stabilised.

Adding Anavar (Last 6 Weeks) 20mg first 3 weeks and up to 30mg last 3 weeks.
At week 14, I added Anavar for the final push:
Effect:
Muscles hardened noticeably
Vascularity came up
Physique looked dry and dense
Strength was solid
Overall, very happy with the result
Weight Progress
Start of cycle: ~83–84 kg
End of cycle: ~91–92 kg (yes, some water, but also real tissue)

Post-Cycle / TRT Transition
Cycle ended: 12th October
One week before end: Started Retatrutide
1 mg/week for first 4 weeks
Then increased to 2 mg/week
Still running 2 mg/week

TRT / Cruise:
Currently on 100-150 mg/week

Bloodwork:
Just done last week
Waiting on results to see where my levels sit on this dose

What’s Next
I’ve already purchased everything for my second cycle:
Testosterone Cypionate 250/ml
Primobolan (200 mg/ml)

Make sure you keep up this hard work. It's looking really good and I like that you are responding well to testosterone and anavar. Those are two of the best steroids out there and you can use them in just about any cycle. @IronLog183
 
Thank you, mate. I am on retatrutide and bpc 157 tb500 hence not going for GH this time. May be next time for sure.
Good man 🤝 re. PIP some small practices can go a long way. Warming up your oils before administration, massaging the bolus once administered and/ or heat pack on the injection site.

Would go with a trusted supplier next time though! Though imports and home-brew is cheap as chips, it comes with its own risks.

Diet -

High protein diet of 200+grams of protein, 60 grams of fat and rest carbs during cut of 1800-2000 calories. Main sources of protein would be chicken 500 grams, whey isolate 2 scoops, eggs 6-8, protein bar for pre workout and some protein desserts. 400-500 grams stir fry vegetables every day.

250 grams of protein, 75 grams of fat and rest carbs in 3200 calories diet.

Training - 4-5 times a week. Average of 4 times a week over the whole year.. 2 body parts a day. Train high rep range. Compound movements at 10-15 reps and isolated at 20-25 reps.

Cardio - occasionally treadmill but training intensity of high reps does the job well.

Supplements- Vitamin D, Creatine only. For fibre I have High Bran (26 grams fibre in every 100 grams) and it does the job of keeping my gut clean and flowing..

Thank you. When I researched, I read articles saying 12-14 weeks is now short. 16-20 with proper blood work and e2 management should be good enough.

Since I am not and don't intend to do professional bodybuilding, I feel Test Primo and Anavar are good enough anabolics for me along with Reta and supplements. My goal is to keep lean muscular athletic physique and capability.

I got my bloods recently as I am on a cruise of ~100mg/week. I pin only once on Sunday with ~0.33 ml of Test C 300mg/ml. The blood was taken on Friday morning so after 4-5 days after the shot.

Cholestrol - LDL is higher but total cholestrol is low with HDL being 1.23. LDL has fallen in last 6 weeks from 3.45 to 3.24 as shown in the picture. I will continue with cruise for another 3-4 weeks and then start my planned blast.

I was away for a while mate. Taking it easy. I have been cruising at 100mg/week and keeping my workouts going as it is. Diet has been good with high protein. Haven't been counting calories for last couple of months but minding what I am eating. Weight and waist size has remained stable so I was going with that as an indicator to not get fat.

I was pinning 0.33ml of 300mg/ml test so that was 100mg but I was pinning it once a week for convenience. I am pinning twice from this week.
