Ya legs and glutes already sore from the workout yesterday.
I got up to only 7 plates per side for leg press so thats like.. 630lbs, and still have a good pause at the bottum and top of the movement. repped 8 good ones for that last set. I know its still very light compared to some of u guys, but I like having that pause to control the weights. My kness would be messed up fast if I went heavier and just moved the weight up and down with no pause.

Can't wait for my chest day tonight. Just got to work a little while ago, and just want it to be done so I can get to the gym, then come home and relax! :D

You guys/ gals are awesome!! thanks for keeping me motivated! ! :hulk:

Websy, I have been very into workouts lately beause I have been getting great pumps, and feeling big while workouts.

Tonights workout was the same, uped the weights a little bit and got my incline bench up to 225 for 8 with a pauses at the top and bottom of the movement. Still light weight from what I was used to a few years ago, but havn't done this weight for a few years. Felt great! And I ran out of n2kts, and I still have a big pump! I had to see, so took the tank off when I finished workout and I looked wicked pumped! Likemy chest was all swelled up. Freaking felt awesome!

Tomorrow is back day, and can't wait for that! :D

Feeling great, eating a lot and appetite is huge! Workouts have been awesome the past few weeks and just get huge pumped and feel as big as I was on my shredderr stack. Can't imagine how well I will do with my test cycle this spring :D Dont worry I'll post some befores and afters :) maybe have to run a little epi so I dont get bashed :P

Trying for 3200 cals. I believe I am getting them, always hungry, mayeb I should up them again to 3400 cals... :)

oats, yogurt whey in morning, next 2 meals is usually the same thing, either chicken , beef, buffalo, tuna and carbs form multigrain or rice usually, mostly multigrains, and a banana. I make sure I have some good fats these 2 meals and then pwo I'll have more. later its chicken, beef/steak and then last meal is usually a shake with milk, or like last night some olive oil, lol

It def helps during the week when at work to stick to a schedule.

As for the weekend, Friday night was awesome! We partied up big time! HAd some fun with Shan, my friends and bro. Saturday, the workout was eh, lol, basically went through the motions but I am sore in hammies and glutes. \

Lasts night chest workout was great though, nice big pumps.

Started HCGen today, so we'll see how this works out! :D

Haha, well I dont go into the extreme of measuring out my food... yet! haha
well some stuff I do like my oats.

Had a pretty good back workout yesterday. Upper body looking same leanness, nice and full during and after workouts. I love that feeling! :)

Made a big pan of chili for my 2 meals for lunch and the one after! 231 carbs ( just counting the kidney beans) in just those meals, and breakfast is usually around 70, so I am going to be having a few more carbs today than normal, lol. No pwo meal (shake) so this will hopefully keep me full for my last few meals, :)

Day 2 on HCGenerate. All I can say is that I woke up "wide awake" , lol. But thats pretty normal for any guy, hehe :innocent:

Nice on the carbs I have a hard time getting to 300, eating a few extra apples since a large one has like 30g in it.

Just finished chest workout, and it was nothing short of great! Huge pump, out of n2kts btw, just nice slow reps, high reps also. Funny looks! Haha

Doin 20 mins of cardio now. Replenisher next, forgot my shaker and that's what makes the replenisher so great, it won't clump up in a water bottle like some wheys might.

Over and out til Saturday when I'll be doing back! :D

Well Cheat meal last night was great with SBT!! Had a great hambuger! Started off with some chili and chicken nacho4k, and I of course had a nice tall sam adams winter lager :)
We then went and got some ice cream over at cold stone. I got the "cookie doughn't you want it" or sumthing like that.

Today we went to the gym, and I had my back workout. I killed it! Felt pumped after the first set and continued to get even more after each set. I felt great.
Did 20 mins of cardio after, and hit the road.
Makin some beef stew for us right now,which smells pretty damn good!! :D

Next workout is Monday: Chest. Starting my old routine of 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off. Its nice ! I like it, I like it a lot! ( Dumb and dumber reference, lol)
 
OH ya I almost forgot......................KILL THAT SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today there will be some killing... well a lot of killing!! Gonna Kill Those Weights!! Wokrouts have been awesome the past month or so. Been having my waist veins popping out the past few weeks, lol. and I've been eating more than when I was cutting!? Prob just lost water weight from that stack.

I have Chest today on NBD (National Bench Day) so we'll see how that goes, the gym is never crowded which I love. So I hope to sneak into a hammer strength or smith machine when I first get there, which I usually do :)

Weekend was great and relaxing. But monday is here and I am ready to go start KTS!! Focus on my summer goal, and nothing will stop me, I have my positive mind, All you guys, and the best GF a guy could ask for :D to help me through the way!
No more being anal about my weight, just eat eat eat like I'm suppose to and just be more positive then ever!!

Just concentrating on maintaining right now. The mirror is showing the same leanness, and size (possibly a bit more) after my shredder stack. Cutting starting the end of March for the summer. So If I could add a lb or 2 of lbm, and maybe lose a few lbs of fat, that would be perfect. I can feel by just adding a day or 2 of cardio that the fat would start coming off with my calories where they are. 32-3400. adding in burner and or something else and I would be in full meltdown! lol.

Just feeling great right now and workouts are great. Everything is Great!!
Bigger and leaner this summer, so look out!!

good to hear your keeping the leanness, you are at a nice sweet spot bf wise, you are lean and probably able to add mass slowly without the extra fat, and when you hit your next hardcore cycle you will be in the perfect place to go nuts :D

Good to hear man! As long as you're likin the progress! Yeah the fasted cardio and like 300-500cals off the diet and you should see some great BF drops!

Will keep the cals at the same point when starting the diet and cardio, they will be/ should be higher than what they are now. Also while on test, it will help use more cals for building and burning. :) Just want to gain a solid 10 lbs after that cycle and to burn a solid 20 lbs of fat to burn off in 10-12 weeks. I know I am very conservative on that goal. lol.
I will be taking some progress pics this weekend for some evaluation of where I am now, and where I will be at the end of March before the start of that.
Can't wait for the warmer weather to do some Nice AM cardio at 5:30am! lol. heck it'll still be cold til sometime in may that early,lol.
I'll lay everything out once I am positive of everything I'll be using. It's not much since it's a 2nd cycle. Just all the supps and whatnot I'll be using. clen? proviron? etc. Also has to do with is I'll be stepping on stage or not. so we'll see

I can go on and on, but won't bore you all right now, lol.

I had a chest workout last night. Um, more chest veins :D Ya, I guess the preworkout supp I took helps with vascularity, but it was so cool to have those new veins on my chest when I would pick up the DB's to go do presses, along with some cool tricept viens :)
Had a great big pump, and felt awesome! Nothing like a great workout! I wanted to do more when I was finished.
Did some cardio and then slammed my replenisher and took off, and finished the rest of the replenish in the car ride :)

BACK DAY today!!!! Another workout I cannot wait for. I feel up and energized!! HCGenerate?!?! :D

Little cardio after to finish up and then had a great treat meal cooked by the lovely SBT :D

Legs today, snow shouldn't be bad at all to keep us out of the gym!!

loaded up the leg press with the most weight i've done in a while, all with pauses at top and botttom of the movements. Only got up to 8 plates on a side (720 lbs) so there is still a lot of room for improvement, I just dont want to go heavy to get hurt, lol.

Yea, for that last set it was a little faster than my normal 3-4 seconds up and down, lol. But just tried my best to get that pause in, so I was pushing the weight up everytime from a standstill, not like most guys that use a lot of momentum to get it up. I love it. No issues on the knees :D
You should have seen me on hack squat tho, 1 plate on each side was enough for my slow reps! lol. murdered my quads tho, feeiling everything today! :)
 
Yup that's what I did on hacks the day prior as well! Followed by a 25 rep drop set! Definitely could feel the burn!
