How I run the intra, I sip a quarter during my warmup then IV the Lantus in the locker, always 10g+ carbs per IU. The sodium is necessary with this dose of tadalafil and Sildenafil.

I rested today as I fell asleep at 3:30am yesterday, my weight is normalising as the stress reduces, 100.5kg yesterday am and 102 today in the pm it was above 103kg earlier this week, I am Soo exhausted I feel like I can barely move.
I am hopeful hood things ahead just burnt out and sore, my friends are sadly not free to hang out at this time and they honestly don't seem interested to check in on me.

Given how chubby I was in highschool, God has vindicated me in front of my old bullies. In my eyes I think man you guys can go out and party and do what you want, but I have this gym.
We all have those areas of our lives that aren't improving quickly enough, you have to give those to God in prayer, bring your worries and requests before him daily I believe. What sets Christianity apart is the grace of God his favour in our areas of weakness, when Abram was Childless and with no heir at age 80 God changed his name to Abraham, that is the principal God sets out for us, I may not be huge yet but by calling myself that I speak it into existence... And given we are designed after God we too have power in our tongues, be careful what you say to a friend![]()

There was a time I couldn't tolerate trt without aggression or sleep issues, when I was first prescribed test at 18 having low test all my life. I promise you now I don't feel anything from a shot of 150mg. If health markers are reasonable why would I not keep the dose high? Besides a higher resting heartrate I don't suffer side effects, when I told a nephrologist my ancillaries of choice, irbesartan and empaglaflozin she said my GP is switched on, I SUGGESTED THEM.You need to slow down and lower your dosages of EVERYTHING. Your level of abuse rivals that of the late Monstro.

Small update just taking a deload as I start a new job this week, sleep has been very poor but I am trying to stay active and awake on my induction
Some meals from the last week, some blood pressure readings and my referral for a blood test today, I am feeling weak and shaky right now as I have skipped some test and mast shots and my blood pressure is too low today.

I agree, but I would put sleep ahead of both, hence I just received my Retartutide in the mail and I am getting bloodwork as we speak. I find I wake 3-5 times a night and that is something I would like to resolve, initially retartutide helped but I believe there is still room for improvement. I am looking into mirabegron to reduce my night time urinations also.Well worth a try for sure. Regardless diet is No1
@Connorflex getting sleep is crucial broThat is true,I guess my biggest issue honestly is poor sleep -> leading to eating off plan. Going forward given I am back to work I cannot afford to take pre-workout in the evening or stay up late getting steps in.
I realise it's better to get up early get them in then crash in the evening. This new job is 8 till 4, Monday through Friday. It's in aged care cleaning so heaps of walking hallways and not much actual dirty stuff to clean because Arcare in particular is very diligent to keep stuff clean, the job is low stress and high step count.
So far today I have walked since the start of my shift, but I ate breakfast first thing, 3 scoops of whey and two cups of strawberries, meal 2 was 1.5 cups of kangaroo a teaspoon of MCT and a small handful of veg, and meal 3 was pictured below, 1.5 cups of roo, veg and a half cup of rice.

I warmup for 15 min and I'm aiming to train for 75 min so ideally 6:30m eat meal #4, 8:15pm meal #5 and at 10:00pm eat meal #6 shower and get to sleep.
I don't have my license or a car or money for that matter at the momentI had to use food vouchers this week. So I will be carrying a duffel bag with food, my gympin, seatbelt, wrist wraps and my insulin pen carry bag.
I am just prepping a couple kilos of meat tonight and my syringes for tomorrow that way I can just get up and start cardio ASAP. The job has heaps of walking and 3 breaks so I could get 4 meals in before the gym, however I feel as though if I eat breakfast at home I can have a more restful day at work and just eat more in the evening, which is more my style anyway.
All coffee is is $2.50 at the work cafe so I will probably use my shortest break and go break at 10:00am, using the opportunity to fast from 7:45am breakfast at home until 12:00pm my lunch break and dose up on 10mg yohimbine and two shots of espresso, the job is very physical and involves numerous walking. I have two meals for work with a touch less than half a cup of sushi rice each, 1.5 cups kangaroo and 150g coleslaw each, and breakfast will be a chicken breast with a handful of coleslaw and one teaspoon of MCT
Today I had 60g whey and 60g cream of rice before my nap with some blueberries, below is my dinner also of which I had two identical meals.
Meal 5 & 6 aka dinner:
one chicken breast, 200g organic cooked coleslaw, half a teaspoon EPA oil and 70g organic Rye sourdough. Cinnamon, cayenne and Celtic sea salt to taste.
This one no pipi used test suspension once, it was pretty brutal with PIP

I guess it comes down to what stims, how much and how much benefits do you personally get, we all have a different genetic response of course.I always prefer cutting without stims. The amount they actually help with fat loss vs the side effects just isn't worth it.

Coleslaw can be fried and for me it's a personal preference, or carrots finely diced, well cooked till dry and slightly charred and caramelized, that complements a meal with sourdough, cinnamon and honey.so those are some nice food choices

I actually have cut irbesartan it's dropping too low on training days when I use Sildenafil or tadalafil, my preference is tadalafil as I have a prescription so possession is less of an issue, but I got gifted 100mg Sildenafil the blue diamondsgood job updating your blood pressure

Yep, using 600mg glutathione and 1.5g injectable vitamin C whenever inflamed, BCP-157 at least a milligram a day, empaglaflozin for heart health, retartutide for heart health and DSIP prebednumbers look good keep up with your support supplements

500mcg of IGFlr3 from Popeye and 100ng test suspension sited into my chest bilaterally an hour pre-workout.
4iu Lantus IV before my first working set and 2.5mg ipam and 2.5iu an hour beforehand.
Cheeky orals today: added some Anavar 20ng and proviron to ensure an awesome pump, 100mg Viagra and 80mg Cialis for pumps and BP control.
I will probably take 200mcg DSIP and 2.5iu and 2.5mg ipam prebed and site some Ghk cu and BCP into my chest once more, probably 10mg & 2mg.
I definitely agree I love getting packages lol, but it's been a while, only overseas packages recently are from a fortnight ago and where delayed. still waiting on 20 bottles mast P.
