Yeah it's hard to jog the dumbbells gets very busy midweek so I can only do circuits on the weekend, my shoulder was just feeling tender so I tried something different! I am incorporating more collagen and vitamin C for joint health. I am trying to avoid more than 50g whey at one time

Started off with a late start, weighed in at 95.8kg I had a cheeky whey, fruit and cocoa snack last night, but weight still dropped regardless!
Metabolism is cranking. Felt rundown however I opted for 25min of stairs this morning20mg yohimbine precardio + coffee and 20mg of gw-0742
I went for two walks today totalling only 6k/10k steps but I am content I will just adjust my macros, sometimes when you feel fatigued less is more, no Pilates or sauna today just chilling
Over the day I had 200mg of 5amino1mq in my water, 1.5g injectable l carnitine and 500mg mast P split over a couple different sites. I also took 8mg of ipamorelin and 1.5 mg CJC over 3 shots, precardio, before walk #1 and before walk #2
I injected 1g vitamin C + 5mg bcp-157 and 50mg copper peptide into my recently trained quads and triceps, I did the hamstrings earlier this week.
For breakfast I ate;
A cup + 1/4 cup of kangaroo mince + half a tbsp MCT oil, cayenne pepper and veg mix, after all that yohimbine I believe that extra quarter cup was pushing it, I really struggled to chew this
Snack #1;
- Scoop of aminos
- Celery juice 1L
For lunch I ate;
-A cup of kangaroo mince + half a tbsp MCT oil + cayenne and middle eastern spice mix + veg mix
-Immune juice
the juice of two lemons + 2 TBSP raw honey 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper and a lot of ginger juice
For the two evening meals I ate the same meal split 9pm and 11pm;
[ Evening meal X 2
- half a frozen watermelon@ 9pm and 11pm
- Rice Farina 60g, 1.5 scoops of whey, one serves of collagen from ATP science, 1 heaped tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and 10g glutamine ]
A fairly restful day besides family arguments lol, I love them though
I plan to take 4iu prebed with 1-2mg of dsip

btw why do you inject vitamin C? I'm looking back not clear. You can get all the vitamin C oral just take higher dose.

I was doing 1g with every meal and injectable blew it out of the water, it allows me to have more room for other capsules like shilajit etcif you take it oral no need to inject it, seems overkill imo

NPC have you tried any of the injectable pre-workouts yourself? I have used orals pre-workout a lot and I have used the syntheselen from synthetic or injectable AMP from the vet...
I am looking into amino asylum the American company for some blends
I will take a break from updating today as I am weary of the typing ATM, 101.1kg this am, skipped all the supplements and rested today.

100.5kg this AM, had a good sleep, I ran out of melatonin, I think it has been counterproductive.
Did 50min fasted cardio @ level 12 and trained abs in the AM
- 3 rounds of 20 reps crunches 8 full reps off the bench, rest 5 seconds, another 4 full reps, then 8 partials in the top range.
-2 rounds 20 of leg raises same principle off the bench, however the 8 partials where in the lengthened Range.
Then I booted my pre-workout lol, breakfast shortly after

Underhand single arm row Hammerstrength:
Line Up the body with a slight lean "Sam style" as seen on his IG and control the weight while allowing the elbow to track down then out forward in the eccentric, followed by "dragging" the elbows down and towards the spine at the end range.
Really grinding through the last reps. Rest pause set extension is in use here 10seconds rest, then go again.

Pulling high to the chest, a upper back focused row, really focusing on tension and weight here, no tempo goal. I used the gympin seatbelt as seen in the image

Full range preacher curls with a slight elbow flare of maybe 5°. Last set I come shy of full range the last two reps. We are employing a 10 second rest pause here. Form is improving with full range so no personal records here.

Last two reps a Pr this is a very niche movement and involves almost rotating into the machine using your legs to get the correct seat angle, I Focus on tempo here with a 2/1/2/1 tempo and control of the weight.
I know it looks like I only did 7700 steps today but I took the watch off in the gym
180mcg ace-031 2mg of ipamorelin and 1mg CJC pre-workout, I used CJC and ipamorelin twice before today, I caught up on some missed shots and shot the last of my primo 300mg of E, 500mg of mast P and 80mg of test E. I used 4iu of Lantus IV before my first working set of pull-ups.
