I've been using the oil based test suspension every day for the last 12 weeks. It has PIP.

Am workout 30min stairs and 15min Pilates abs

4iu Lantus IV with 50 grams of carbs and 25g EAAs intra 5g glutamine, 2g Celtic salt and 2g potassium
How I run the intra, I sip a quarter during my warmup then IV the Lantus in the locker, always 10g+ carbs per IU. The sodium is necessary with this dose of tadalafil and Sildenafil.

I have secured a 8-2 position working at the local aged care facility, my NDIS application cleared and I am able to start working! 😊💪🏽💭🌄

I am Soo happy finally I will be able to contribute again to my family's income. It seems the home has quieted down and apologies have been said also. I will get back to being diligent with this log.

The job is very bodybuilding friendly which is what I want as I pursue my dream of representing Jesus in bodybuilding, my favourite bodybuilders are Derek Lunsford, Kevin levrone and Ronnie Coleman. Big inspirations especially Derek a true man of faith.
 
Physique update 100.5kg today photos new on the left to old on the right. I was looking nutty in the gym today very full and lean, just gotta drop some fat to get that dug out grainy look.

My final meals tonight, shooting for a slight deficit 400cals probably 400c 400p and 55f by the end of the night, meal 5 is the one with kale I am only having 5 tonight l, haven't eaten it yet... Weight is 103kg appetite is high due to stress bug that is okay we will get out life 🧬 together with God's help

I rested today as I fell asleep at 3:30am yesterday, my weight is normalising as the stress reduces, 100.5kg yesterday am and 102 today in the pm it was above 103kg earlier this week, I am Soo exhausted I feel like I can barely move.

I am hopeful hood things ahead just burnt out and sore, my friends are sadly not free to hang out at this time and they honestly don't seem interested to check in on me.

Very cool seeing someone openly speaking about God you don't see it much these days, I belive in the lord as well, keep up the great log brother, looking shredded as well.

I was raised in church my whole life and I can see God's grace and Mercy on my life throughout my childhood, even the things he allowed like severe bullying led to blessings in other areas, I believe if I wasn't bullied so much I never would have made it this far in bodybuilding.

Given how chubby I was in highschool, God has vindicated me in front of my old bullies. In my eyes I think man you guys can go out and party and do what you want, but I have this gym.

We all have those areas of our lives that aren't improving quickly enough, you have to give those to God in prayer, bring your worries and requests before him daily I believe. What sets Christianity apart is the grace of God his favour in our areas of weakness, when Abram was Childless and with no heir at age 80 God changed his name to Abraham, that is the principal God sets out for us, I may not be huge yet but by calling myself that I speak it into existence... And given we are designed after God we too have power in our tongues, be careful what you say to a friend ❤️🙌🏽

A bit late to update, massive high carb day yesterday and a leg session, am session was abs and 30min stairs level 10

3 sets of 10 crunches coming real high off the bench

1 set of leg raises 8 reps, no arch in the lower back, followed by 4 partials in the bottom range

4 rounds of vacuums hanging off a pull-up bar, to normal hands on knees vacuums to abs and thighs pose. 5-10s each as I don't have great endurance yet

I didn't weigh myself in the am but the midday weight was 102kg at the gym.

I like to backload my carbs intra and post workout and keep my morning meals lower in calories, so over the course of the day the morning meals are a deficit per hour as they contain easy to store data and the evening meals are lower fats and a surplus.

I make sure my highest insulin time of day is intra workout. Today being legs I ran 75g carbs and 35g EAAs intra with quite a lengthy warmup, and 4iu slin Iv pre-workout plus 5mg ipam and 350mcg ace-031, I have found a low dose is ketotifen helps with the histamine issues from ace-031; 1mg ketotifen orally prebed from the over the counter eyedropper.

Today I caught up on some missed MLS I took
800mg mast P 300mg test E and 600mg l carnitine from premiumsupps

Macros for the day
450g protein ( EAAs including)
1000g carbs
44g fat

Meal 1 👇🏽 a small chicken breast, half a tbsp MCT oil and 300g mixed kale cabbage and carrot stir-fry.
65g protein 13g fat and 15g carbs

pre-workout meal
Cream of rice (white rice version)
1.5 scoops and 1.5 scoops of whey
40g carbs and 45g protein

Intra
80g HBCD 50g protein (including citrulline etc in the pre-workout)

Post
1.5 scoops cream of rice (Brown rice version) 2.25 scoops whey protein, 3g magnesium taurate and a tablespoon of cinnamon, 4 prunes

Meal 4 half a 500g jar of honey 🍯
1.25 cups of kangaroo mince 4 large slices of organic rye/ spelt bread and 300g veg mix stir fry again cinnamon ofc

Meal 5 half a 500g jar of honey 🍯
1.25 cups of kangaroo mince 4 large slices of organic rye/ spelt bread and 300g veg mix stir fry again cinnamon ofc

Meal 6 cream of rice 3 scoops (Brown rice version)
Whey protein 3 scoops, cinnamon a tablespoon Stevia heaps, and 600g blueberry and blackberry mix Frozen

Between meals 4&5 and 5&6 I consumed 3g magnesium mixed into coconut flavoured EAAs with ice cubes 🧊 this is to increase my protein and magnesium intake. I also use 4g betaine HCL before each meal to improve digestion. 600mg ashwghanda with meals 3 & 4 & 5

Finally a cheeky 100mg melatonin 1mg ketotifen, 75mg belsomra 8iu hgh and 300mcg DSIP prebed.

Someone made fun of me at the gym for taking selfies but hey I have to keep the log updated. Cinnamon on honey + sourdough is a goat combo.

I often mix the four supplements below into my immune and leaky gut friendly cocktail a TSP of each and aminos to taste.

controlled form seat adjusted correct

Perfect form coming just shy of lockout on 9 & 10

Hamstring curls seated using the seatbelt
Slight pause in the stretch.

2 lighter sets prior not recorded

The last two reps of the 8 where half reps so a true 6 the +2 and +2 afterwards are after 5 seconds rest and are also half reps

I will definitely utilise the chain going forward as the leverage on the machine is very heavy in the stretch

Hammerstrength Leg extension single leg John Jewett style seatbelted in and leaning back

Completing 10 on the right then the left followed by immediately another 8 on the right and then the left.
Knees and toes pointed as far out as possible biasing the teardrop. Tempo is slow on the negative.

26kg*12+8+3
Completing all rest pause sets one leg at a time, as the set goes on the knee drops deeper into the pad, so reps 11/12 is more of a press than an arc type motion. Tempo is slow on the negative.

Pendulum w counter lever
20kg-10kg for 15 controlled repetitions
30kg-15kg for 8 repetitions
30kg-15kg for 10 faster repetitions and then a rest 5 seconds rest pause of 2 reps ( hips came off almost missed the rerack)

40kg-17.5kg for 8 repetitions almost missing the rerack hips coming off,.made the lower pin
Adjusted two the higher pin then completed by another rest of 4 reps assisting with hands on knees

this time after adjusting to the higher safety pin, this almost missing the rerack again ( the rest was maybe 10-15s that is why I achieved more repetitions in comparison to set 3)

Standing pin loaded calf raise
( tippy toes ball of foot in front of body)
2 second eccentric and hold at the bottom, one second hold at the top and concentric. I stretch my hamstrings on a nearby leg press between sets.

3/4 reps unless specified biasing the stretch. Feet parallel wider than shoulder width. Combining a slow eccentric with a pause in the stretch and the 🔝

You need to slow down and lower your dosages of EVERYTHING. Your level of abuse rivals that of the late Monstro.
There was a time I couldn't tolerate trt without aggression or sleep issues, when I was first prescribed test at 18 having low test all my life. I promise you now I don't feel anything from a shot of 150mg. If health markers are reasonable why would I not keep the dose high? Besides a higher resting heartrate I don't suffer side effects, when I told a nephrologist my ancillaries of choice, irbesartan and empaglaflozin she said my GP is switched on, I SUGGESTED THEM.

I plan to update more as I go, 3kg of hydrolyzed whey arrived, I will show you guys the brand, it was a reasonable $120aud, I am day two as a cleaner so I am learning the ropes of aged care etc.

I plan to end the deload tomorrow and get back to Cardio and Training, I had some ideas for a fairly aggressive approach but I am looking to keep stress reasonable, 700mg-1gram of test and 2.5g mast is more than adequate for this cycle and I don't believe I need excessive stimulants this cut, I wanna focus in on reducing visceral fat and improving insulin sensitivity.

to be honest you need to do more fasting instead of more drugs for fat loss
fasting+cardio will work it way better for you long term @Connorflex bro :)

That is true, 😅 I guess my biggest issue honestly is poor sleep -> leading to eating off plan. Going forward given I am back to work I cannot afford to take pre-workout in the evening or stay up late getting steps in.

I realise it's better to get up early get them in then crash in the evening. This new job is 8 till 4, Monday through Friday. It's in aged care cleaning so heaps of walking hallways and not much actual dirty stuff to clean because Arcare in particular is very diligent to keep stuff clean, the job is low stress and high step count.

So far today I have walked since the start of my shift, but I ate breakfast first thing, 3 scoops of whey and two cups of strawberries, meal 2 was 1.5 cups of kangaroo a teaspoon of MCT and a small handful of veg, and meal 3 was pictured below, 1.5 cups of roo, veg and a half cup of rice.

I agree, but I would put sleep ahead of both, hence I just received my Retartutide in the mail and I am getting bloodwork as we speak. I find I wake 3-5 times a night and that is something I would like to resolve, initially retartutide helped but I believe there is still room for improvement. I am looking into mirabegron to reduce my night time urinations also.

Regardless I don't see caffeine being a big part of my evening in future

On rest days and weekends I can, I did today, I had a nap at 6:50 until 7:40 however on training days I am going to be leaving work at 4:00pm, catching a bus and arriving at the gym At 4:45pm.

I warmup for 15 min and I'm aiming to train for 75 min so ideally 6:30m eat meal #4, 8:15pm meal #5 and at 10:00pm eat meal #6 shower and get to sleep.

I don't have my license or a car or money for that matter at the moment 😂 I had to use food vouchers this week. So I will be carrying a duffel bag with food, my gympin, seatbelt, wrist wraps and my insulin pen carry bag.

I am just prepping a couple kilos of meat tonight and my syringes for tomorrow that way I can just get up and start cardio ASAP. The job has heaps of walking and 3 breaks so I could get 4 meals in before the gym, however I feel as though if I eat breakfast at home I can have a more restful day at work and just eat more in the evening, which is more my style anyway.

All coffee is is $2.50 at the work cafe so I will probably use my shortest break and go break at 10:00am, using the opportunity to fast from 7:45am breakfast at home until 12:00pm my lunch break and dose up on 10mg yohimbine and two shots of espresso, the job is very physical and involves numerous walking. I have two meals for work with a touch less than half a cup of sushi rice each, 1.5 cups kangaroo and 150g coleslaw each, and breakfast will be a chicken breast with a handful of coleslaw and one teaspoon of MCT

Today I had 60g whey and 60g cream of rice before my nap with some blueberries, below is my dinner also of which I had two identical meals.

Meal 5 & 6 aka dinner:

one chicken breast, 200g organic cooked coleslaw, half a teaspoon EPA oil and 70g organic Rye sourdough. Cinnamon, cayenne and Celtic sea salt to taste.

I always prefer cutting without stims. The amount they actually help with fat loss vs the side effects just isn't worth it.
I guess it comes down to what stims, how much and how much benefits do you personally get, we all have a different genetic response of course.

Coleslaw can be fried and for me it's a personal preference, or carrots finely diced, well cooked till dry and slightly charred and caramelized, that complements a meal with sourdough, cinnamon and honey.

I like to save kale for meals with less carbs and either season spicy with cayenne pepper etc or just no seasoning so it digests quickly. At the moment I am doing no more than a teaspoon of added fats per meal and none pre and post workout.

I actually have cut irbesartan it's dropping too low on training days when I use Sildenafil or tadalafil, my preference is tadalafil as I have a prescription so possession is less of an issue, but I got gifted 100mg Sildenafil the blue diamonds

Yep, using 600mg glutathione and 1.5g injectable vitamin C whenever inflamed, BCP-157 at least a milligram a day, empaglaflozin for heart health, retartutide for heart health and DSIP prebed

I am out of NAC and tudca though
So I will probably grab tudca and berberine when I have some dosh, I am trying trajenta instead of berberine and it synergizes really well with everything. Berberine can be used to inhibit Cyp3a4 and get more out of almost everything we use in bodybuilding and Ddp-4 inhibitors can do the same but for Peptides.

I have seen some good data on nad+ and liver health, my friend had AST and ALT in the high 300s and he brought it down with nmn and lifestyle changes, how much was the nmn I don't know, but he got them in range.

If you see meat meals for me it's 60-63g from meat direct sources and veg is an additional 3-7g and that is it basically, if I happen to train and have bread as well it's only 5g more so 63-75g per meal with bread and meat, I will log consistently for now on, I just adjusted to a new job

Intra 55g HBCD as I added IGF I wanted some "buffer" over the classic 10g per IU rule
30g EAAS 10g creatine and 2g of potassium

Post workout meal: 60g brown rice cream of rice and 3 scoops of whey and one Apple

Today I took 1mg anastrazole and

.5ml test E 300 (yesterday also as the adex came)

1.5ml of mast P as i ran out of it and was rationing it out last week took none (1.5 yesterday also)

2ml l carnitine split precardio and pre-workout

500mcg of IGFlr3 from Popeye and 100ng test suspension sited into my chest bilaterally an hour pre-workout.

4iu Lantus IV before my first working set and 2.5mg ipam and 2.5iu an hour beforehand.

Cheeky orals today 😊: added some Anavar 20ng and proviron to ensure an awesome pump, 100mg Viagra and 80mg Cialis for pumps and BP control.

I will probably take 200mcg DSIP and 2.5iu and 2.5mg ipam prebed and site some Ghk cu and BCP into my chest once more, probably 10mg & 2mg.

I definitely agree I love getting packages lol, but it's been a while, only overseas packages recently are from a fortnight ago and where delayed. still waiting on 20 bottles mast P.

No cardio in the PM and a complete rest day today just steps, it's my sister's birthday 🎂🎉 yesterday however 30min fasted before work and the volume is actually less than usual, I did only 3 sets of direct work for delts and triceps.

Try say if you do chest and tri. Inject the test suspension 0.5ml ea pec and mgf ea tri or vice versa. The carrier works off inflammation. Just do it you'll see what I mean and trust me you will be Abel train with eeze I have done this same has @Pigsy there is no pip to this suspension its pure devine

I was doing 1ml pec injection, no pip

I feel it this morning this amazing soreness 🤩 like DOMS but with like a fullness too it chest is pushing through my skin 🤣
