Tren + masteron for recomp

34 years old and I've been training half my life
right now I'm 206 lb and I am 5 ft 10 in
I just did a cut where I came down about 15 lb. now i am under 10% body fat
I want to recomp from here
My plan is 75mgs of trenbolone acetate EOD
And then doing 100mgs of masteron propionate EOD. alternate the injections so one day tren and the next mast. Good plan?

tren and masteron are like peanut butter and jelly for recomping

if you are under 10% like you say then you will get really good results here.

I would just mix together and pin at same time. No need to be pinning everyday unless you enjoy it.

Excellent cycle design for recomp,I would have a test base,atleast 200 mg per week,test prop would be a better option in this case,good luck bro

you should do tren and mast together in 1 injection eod

so 75mgs tren ace/100mgs masteron prop in 1 shot add test prop 50mgs eod too

I would't recommend to use mast and tren without testosterone
add some testo prop 50-100mg EOD
also you can mix everything and pin at the same time

At 10% bodyfat and given part of recomp is getting leaner you're only gonna lose a percent or two

You need to add TEST prop-200mgs to your TREN and MAST, all in 1 shot

I would go with test at 300-350 mg per week and masteron at 500-600 mg per week

I agree. I would add a TRT dose of test to that cycle.
