Approved Log TRT & HGH at 71 years old Log

Thanks for changing the photo.
Food that i eat.
Breakfast : Large porridge with protein power, toast, peanut butter, coffee.
Lunch : Large whole meal rap with ham, cheese salad, fruit, coffee.
Dinner : Meals as listed above, usually steak, fish, pork with vegies, rice, pasta or salad.
Snacks : Yogurt, fruit, small tins tuna, protein bars.
Sups : Protein power, creatine, Magnesium malate, multivitamin, fish oil.
Before workout : pre workout 101 with creatine.

I have both oats and mixed grain, i alternate mix them up.
1 cup of premixed peas beans carrot corn potato and i do add rice to that and soy sauce.
Actually that's what i am having tonight with 1 chicken breast.

Try to mix oats and buckwheat, it's a killer mix for high fiber. @spike

Too late for tonights meal, already eaten. try for tomorrow, never had Buckwheat, will get some and it try it soon.

Is buckwheat in porridge or is it in separate bag.
whatever you can get up, final product the porridge is best for pics :D
 
I think it is time to rap this log up, just had my last hgh yesterday so nothing else to add.

I will be doing it again, have ordered my next lot, will be here sometime this week and this time i will be
adding peptide BPC157 & TB500 to the mix just to see what will happen.

Finally got the buckwheat, will be adding it to my porridge.
I won't take a pic of it that would be a bit boring.

I will, i think it's good to know results for people reaching my age if they want to try this.
I think many can learn from someone at 71 still on the grind. :D @spike
