Just wanting to check with you, just did my first sub q test injection last week, 23g x 12mm needle .2ml and ended up
with a very large lump so tried again on other side and had the same issue only not as large.
What did i do wrong?
@spike get a 25G 1 inch and go IM. if it keeps happening then it might be your injection technique, maybe take a video and post it

That's why I dont suggest subQ injections too many issues with lumps and swelling @spike how about going to IM?

and hows your training diet going?
I've always done IM just wanted to try subq, not anymore.
Also pic of diet coming soon.

@spike bros should not get lumps when you inject all the time. maybe once in a while. so something gotta change

@spike could be the 400mg gear too. try 200 or 250 next time

Yes, i have always done IM with 23g needle just though i would try subq and 23g needle is all i had,
if it was ok would get 27g needles.
The GH subq works Just fine so must be the carrier jn the test.
cheers.
@spike yes I always use insulin pins and maybe try less oil

@spike you will not be able to keep injecting this way and getting these lumps.
Eventually one will get infected and you'll have to have it drained.

Sub q u can use an insulin syringe 1inch or 1/2inch, you wont have nearly the amount of lumps or knots, 23g is huge for a small sub q injection that is not needed at all. You can do a 27g slin pin for sub q

IGF-1 is 36 nmol/L after 5 months on TRT and HGH, normal is 17/28, I don't have a test result for pre HGH
so maybe someone can tell me if this is high or not?
Not sure why Growth Hormone has gone down from 6.4 /mIU/L pre HGH to 1.0 on HGH.
Also worth noting PSA has always been 0.02/0.05 for the last 11 years, but on TRT and HGH it's gone up
to 0.22 that's 5 times higher, not sure if that's the testosterone or the HGH.
Anyhow i have taken another pic after 5 months TRT and HGH, I can see a change
when looking in the mirror, but I'll let you be the judge, let me know?

Yes, I had a prostate opp 11 years ago when PSA was very high and they found 13 spots of cancer, so had that fixed
with radiation, that's why PSA was down to 0.02/0.05.
So still below normal range for someone with a normal prostate but is high for me with a prostate the size of a pea.
Might have to try a different supplier for HGH.
Your wright i do need to do more cardio.

and cardio is going to be key for you.

@spike I think if most people got that type of testing done, they would also notice some stuff going on. I think I read a statistic that 50% of men over 40 will end up with some sort of prostate cancer. It's kind of a crazy number.

I would tell you that everything looks pretty good, just make sure you keep track of it and you update us down the line.

@spike Sometimes it can be hard to really get a good read on your growth hormone. Numbers growth hormone will fluctuate quite a bit after you inject it.

I think it is time to rap this log up, just had my last hgh yesterday so nothing else to add.
I hope this information here will help someone around my age if they are thinking of trying TRT & HGH.
Thank you for all your comments and information, especially Lev Butlerov i took it all on board.
I will be doing it again, have ordered my next lot, will be here sometime this week and this time i will be
adding peptide BPC157 & TB500 to the mix just to see what will happen.
Thanks for following.

Finally got the buckwheat, will be adding it to my porridge.
I won't take a pic of it that would be a bit boring.
Took you a month :D come now post it up @spike

@spike can you start a new LOG journal with your bpc and tb500 in the mix please?

I will, i think it's good to know results for people reaching my age if they want to try this.
I think many can learn from someone at 71 still on the grind. :D @spike

Yes sub-q is fine, easy to do as well. @spike
Iโ€™m 72 and what I would say is check your labs for RBC. I am on TRT also and would like to go higher than the 100 migs of Test Cyp but when I do that my RBC goes outside of the range( dangerous since heart attack/stroke zone begins at that point) so I am thinking of using gh to create a cocktail. As far as high RBC I also use Eliquis as a blood thinner, a means of a safety outlet to lower the viscosity of the blood I want to mention also that Iโ€™m Type 2 diabetic so I will add to that cocktail insulin (Novolog short acting via pen).

@Bang It seems @spike is away for the moment and he only posts about monthly so it's best you start your own log as this sounds like you could use some guidance but I think it's great you're taking your endocrine system seriously at your age. Once we know more about you we can help you out more but for now I would say stay at 100mgs Test Cyp and if you wanted to try GH start at 1iu at night before bed. Bloodwork will be key in your case so that as often as you can.

Your diet is likely in check if you're eating for a Type 2 diabetic but there's a lot more we can learn from you and suggest like supplements for your A1C for example and keeping that as low as possible. Here's a quick how to...

I would put your age in the title of the log as it will attract attention from our older members who need help as well. Something like "72 year old TRT and GH log". Also, any exercising you're doing can be put in your log.

HOW and WHY TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?
Accountability, pride, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you wonโ€™t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and thereโ€™s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
Please post a Log Journal ASAP for us

There are almost a quarter million members on here and almost two million posts with over a thousand podcasts so your Log Journal will be taken care of here! Evolutionary.org is the most visited steroid community in the world (fact!).

Here's how:

Please click the anabolic forum

top RIGHT you will see: +POST THREAD
click that

In Title: write your cycle name, like> My _____ Cycle Log

example: My testosterone cycle Log
In body: write your planned cycle or cycle you doing now, your diet, training, your body weight, supps, etc and we will help you along on your cycle or help you decide when it's time.
