Nice list of supplements and you're taking maybe you can tell us a little bit more about some of them they aren't very common.

I would like to know, especially about 5. Bergamot
6. Natokinasse
I take these as precautionary

Nattokinase: Studies show that nattokinase helps dissolve blood clots — which helps maintain good blood vessel structure, improves blood flow, and lowers the risk of heart disease. It can also help lower your blood pressure, reducing strain on the heart that can lead to heart attacks. It inhibits angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE), leading to vasodilation and reduced blood pressure. Clinical trials note significant antihypertensive effects, particularly in individuals with hypertension. As observed in animal models, by reducing oxidative stress and improving lipid metabolism, nattokinase suppresses arterial plaque formation and intimal thickening. In chronic sinusitis patients, nattokinase shrinks nasal polyps and thins mucus, improving airflow and reducing inflammation

Citrus Bergamot: Bergamot's unique polyphenols (brutieridin, melitidin) reduce total cholesterol by 12–31%, LDL ("bad" cholesterol) by 7–41%, and triglycerides by 11–39%. Its antioxidants reduce oxidative stress and inhibit plaque formation in blood vessels, supporting endothelial function and lowering atherosclerosis risk. Polyphenols enhance nitric oxide production, promoting vasodilation and improved blood flow.
Studies show 15–25% reductions in fasting glucose and HbA1c levels, likely by activating AMPK to improve insulin sensitivity and liver glucose metabolism - Tbh, I reckon this is why I have normal blood sugar after my diet and HGH use for years. Also reduces fatty liver deposits by lowering hepatic triglycerides and improving lipid metabolism

I get them off IHerb

So today was Leg Day - Brutal.

1. Leg press: 4 sets around 250kg for 10 reps, but slow tempo 3010 and deep stretch.
2. Seated Hamstring Curls, four sets, 10 reps each, slow 3110 at 80Kgs
2. DB RDLs: 4 sets of 10 at 38Kg dumbells, slow eccentric
3. Narrow stance hack squats, slow again, four sets at 10 reps each. Was around 140Kgs
4. Walking lunges with occlusion ( bands around thighs to "trap" blood ) in the quads
5. Cable pull-throughs, four sets, slow tempo at 40, focusing on getting a good stretch.

I have around 2 minutes of rest (max) between sets.

Keeping in mind that I have developed sciatica for no fucking reason! So, I am still a bit sensitive to any hinge movements. But today was better. I guess I'm getting old.

Today's RPE was around 8.5, but overall, it was a good session. It focused on the mind-muscle connection and ensuring my form was on point. These aren't crazy weights, I know, but I find that leaving my ego at the door and doing them correctly is just as effective.

Diet
That is on point, although I'm always hungrier during the day after my legs.
Hydration could've been better today, but sometimes, at work, it's wild

Ah, here are some pics
