That's awesome to hear bro. It's so important for us guys to have an outlet where other people listen. We've got a couple of men's mental health walking groups locally
Yep just doing upper body with nothing to do with legs and after a few more weeks I'll head to physio for some rehab before easing back into iti once had a buddy break his leg and just train upper body for 4 months until the leg healed. just train around it
you look really good already but I think full carnivore might shred you up broThanks brother. I've cut down a few more calories per day to try drop some more weight before my blast but not dramatically.
Can't beat a good steak!
I was on full carnivore for about 5 or 6 weeks last year. I had to tap out broyou look really good already but I think full carnivore might shred you up bro
same for me lol bro i had to eat a salad, you can do carnivore 4 weeks and add greens after @Wheelhouse87I was on full carnivore for about 5 or 6 weeks last year. I had to tap out broit sounds glamorous but by the end of 6 weeks I was craving a salad and vegies with my meals.
Bit of a delay with updates from last week.
House move is all done and I hosted our annual mens mental health fundraiser event on Saturday.
Time has been freed up so it's full bore ahead.
Shoulder, chest and arm workouts over the last couple of days have been good.
Starting to get FOMO seeing people train legs whilst I'm still letting the calf injury heal properly.
Few food shots.. mainly steak lately as we have just needed quick easy meals.
Have a good week everyone![]()
@Wheelhouse87 looking jacked bro! Food is on point love steak!Bit of a delay with updates from last week.

Yeah mate it makes me feel good trying to help others. It's important to me after losing too many mates and seeing others lose close ones and the ripple effect it leaves.@Wheelhouse87 thata awesome you host an event like that. Mental health is often overlooked especially in men.
Thanks brother@Wheelhouse87 looking jacked bro! Food is on point love steak!
@Wheelhouse87 welcome back to the EVO familyMissed an update this week due to just being absolutely snowed under with Reno's and getting the house set up for the family.
Getting my routine back this week finally after setting up my supplement cabinet, gym gear, food prep cabinets etc.
I'm a bit OCD and like to have all my stuff set up exactly how I like it to stay in routine.
I had a good full body workout just to catch up on a couple of days off. Had an unfortunate event of falling through the back staircase which is rotted (im replacing it and the deck whilst renovating) so it didn't help my torn calfprobably lucky I didn't break a leg though either.
We have been on high alert with a cyclone due to hit north of us yesterday morning which didn't really eventuate but the supermarkets had barely anything on the shelves since people weren't operating the last couple of days. Managed to get 1kg of chicken mince so I made some Chicken, pineapple and broccolini rice.
I like adding pineapple every now and then for some digestion help.
Lots of garlic, ginger and chilli flakes with a light soy bone broth sauce.
I haven't added it into my tracker like normal but I know similar meals are around the 55g protein and 600 calories a serve.
Still running Tb,BPC and GH for my calf and elbow niggle. I've just been rotating between the 2 sites. I'm really happy with the recovery so far on my calf even though it's sadly copped a rough week of moving house and falling through the stairs
Booked in to start physio in 2 weeks.
Have a good weekend legends

Thanks brother!@Wheelhouse87 welcome back to the EVO familyhappy to see you back even with this cyclone situation.
The meats and foods look very Vietnamese and clean, we love it.
Saw the pics you look amazing still and actually nicely growing and leaning out.
Thank you bro!Solid
training is very pumped up bro @Wheelhouse87 and we happy to see you back updating the FamilyHey Evo Fam,
Been a big 5 days for me renovating my new house.
Shovelled tons of dirt and gravel, cladded the house, planted about 50 plants and made new garden beds.
Safe to say I got my workouts inits been stinking hot here too so I over did myself a couple of days. Luckily kept about 5 litres a day of electrolytes up since I was sweating profusely.
Did re-tweak my elbow area little bit shovelling which is a bit of a bummer but I haven't jumped off my TB,BPC and GH so hoping it keeps helping along with limiting forceful exercises.
A few pics from last week's sessions.
I was a bit pissed off with the elbow as I love shoulder day, especially Lateral raises or Y-Raises but it loads my elbow up.. I found the Lateral raise machine puts no strain on my elbow because the pads sit above my elbow, taking the leverage on it out of play. Happy boy again.
Reverse raises don't seem to hurt my elbow because my wrists are turned out.
After a massive few days at the house it was good to unwind down at my wifes parents house on the lake around the corner from us (quick video attached) and a BBQ for dinner.
This week's mon/Tuesday meal prep was a quick throw together and was just grass fed beef mince, onion, Thai red curry paste (homemade), some lite coconut milk and bone broth.
Have a great weekend everyone
Thanks bro.. yeah that view is where my In-laws live. The beach/ocean is directly on the other side of that lake where the Sandbar is. Normally paddle board over to it and go for a swim.training is very pumped up bro @Wheelhouse87 and we happy to see you back updating the Family

No new sponsor for this log.. I'm Ronin. But regardless I'm going to run this log with Beligas & Ultima as even you guys in the states use it. I already have all the gear for my blast and I'm confident in the product. The log is essentially about me and the product I'm using anyway
