Feeling much better this morning. Dosed up on a few of the suggestions plus a bunch of other stuff I had in the cupboard and am on the mend. Will be getting a few hours of work in the morning and then depending on energy levels am aiming to go for a short walk just to get the blood pumping. Provided I can increase food today and get hydration up and energy is ok I’ll work towards a light gym session tomorrow.

Weights were down a little on the lifts and i was breathing very hard on the higher rep sets but it felt good to be back after what felt like nearly a week off

Had to rerack at the bottom of the next rep which is why i cut the video short lol
Silly of me to try go for it after being sick but no injuryies so no harm done

Was a struggling and shaking mess on the 5th rep lol
Great form brother, nice pumps there. Good to hear you're eating again and a relative quick recovery for you so thats good as well. Ease back into it, listen to your body and you'll know what to do. Will you be tracking your diet moving forward? Macros etc?
