lets up the cardio to 15min can you?No, cardio hasn't changed, 10 min treadmill 4 days a week, cycle 7KL about 3 days a week.
@spike Impressive progress! It's great to see you adapting your training and seeing positive changes in body composition and strength at 72. Slow and steady progress is key for long-term health and sustainability. Keep up the excellent work!12-week update on TRT & GH on my 72-year-old body.
I have dropped back from 3 sets to 2 sets and feel more comfortable with that,
Reps have gone from 12 reps on 1st Jan to 1st Feb, 15 reps on 1st Feb to 10 March and
20 reps from 10 March till now.
Weights have increased by 4kL across the full range since Jan, although i know that's not much
for most of you, but for me i think it's pretty good.
I've lost about 2 KL body fat and my weight has gone from 82 KL to 83.5 KL up 1.5 KL
and my skin seems to look a bit better (for my age).
There doesn't seem to be any negatives only the water retention at first but that could have
been some outside influence.
Workouts now at this range are no harder than back at the old 12 reps so I'm happy with the
progress but would still like it to be a little faster.

Check your IGF levels, check testosterone levels, check estrogen levels, check progesterone levels. @spike17 week update on trt + hgh.
Not much to say this time, been sick for 2 weeks so had a week off.
I don't feel any better being on hgh as i thought i would not sure why although i am
still losing a lot of body fat around 4kls now but body weight hasn't changed so must be adding muscle.
Still doing 2 sets 20 reps and added 2-3 kl to all weights.
Not sure if it is the trt or hgh that is doing the hard work, so having bloods done in 2 weeks, maybe that might
give me an insight into what's working.
As for the blood test can you tell me what test shough i ask for to check ghg levels.
Will do, thanks.Check your IGF levels, check testosterone levels, check estrogen levels, check progesterone levels. @spike
please also post a few food pics for us. thanks
Waiting on some pic updates tooWill do, thanks.
Ok will take some.Waiting on some pic updates too![]()
Yes, i have always done IM with 23g needle just though i would try subq and 23g needle is all i had,I can't speak much on why you're getting the lumps as I don't have much experience with subq injections but I have read that it's not for everyone, maybe try an IM shot and see how you go. Could be a reaction to the carrier oil. Also a 23g for subq is thick.. I suggest a 27g
That's why I dont suggest subQ injections too many issues with lumps and swelling @spike how about going to IM?Just wanting to check with you, just did my first sub q test injection last week, 23g x 12mm needle .2ml and ended up
with a very large lump so tried again on other side and had the same issue only not as large.
What did i do wrong?
