First of all, you DID NOT get your arteries cleared out.. thats not possible.. so that in itself i completely false.. they can stent you and open them up but they cannot just clear them... you should not even be considering steroid use.. you should count your blessings you are even alive and your only focus should be on incorporating as health of a diet as humanly possible and doing exactly what your doctor tells you to do
I wouldn't recommend doing them without your doctor being in the loop.
Better to keep your family in the light!
I would t recommend steroids if you’ve had a heart attack not worth it
