I already know that you shouldn’t cook protein powder as that can degrade it
and I know it’s not good to mix it in with something hot like coffee or making it with pancakes Etc
what are some other common mistakes I should be avoiding when it comes to protein powder to get the most out of it?

protein powder you can cook it if egg protein
get that it works better

You really have to be careful because protein powders are usually full of sugar and other additives

No clue I don't drink protein shakes

stick to a real food that's the real protein

I don't think it's gonna make a difference it's still going to be a powder either way

if you cook it at too high of a temperature it will degrade

seems kind of silly to mix it with pancakes

just mix it with milk or water don't make it complicated

make sure you're getting a high quality version that's what you should be most worried about

You want one with the least ingredients possible. Or just get plain pure whey. I actually prefer not having shakes at all though. Just stick to real food. There are tons of options between chicken, beef, eggs, nuts, etc.
