we had a guy from northern alaska who was logging his meals on another one of the forums.

he basically has his own mini oven and cooks his own food and meal preps. do you have access to a mini fridge ? you can also get one of those small george foreman grills. you only need a plug

@tbone95 welcome to the EVO family I am not a fifo worker but I do train guys that do remote jobs like fracking in the US here.
I suggest a lot of prepackaged foods, tuna packets, protein bars, shakes and protein chips, as well as nuts and seeds.

what cycle you on ? can you share with us please.

bro i work on tanker. sometimes we go in by boat or helicopter.

we got X amount of food, when we run out we don't eat for days lol. but i sneak on tren no problem.

I would say that you can do a really good job of eating a lot of the same Foods you would normally eat it just depends on what you can take with you.
