I used to use a lot of steroids when I was younger from about 20 years old all the way to 45 years old I was your prototypical gym rat who went to the gym just about every day and lifted weights. Some Cycles I was using easily 1500 to 2000 mg per week no problem.
Now I am in my late 50s and I’ve not used steroids in about 10 years. My goals now are more about conditioning and anti-aging and feeling good with energy and that sort of thing. I’m around 238 lbs and I’m around 5’9” so I got a little meat on my frame
