Not posting anything of real value. On my second cycle ever. My first one was a test only cycle and consisted of just a nolvadex regimen PCT. I admit I was under-researched, and lost most of my gains. I’m nearing the end of this second cycle of Test/NPP/Proviron, and looking forward to a proper PCT. I have to tell you how refreshing it is to see someone running a complete and thorough pct... it honestly puts a smile on my face to see someone listen and do things the right way bro... this post DOES have a HIGH value of importance to say the least because you are showing how it should be done!

So here’s my update.

For a few various reasons, I decided to start my PCT about 5 days early. I hit myself with my last pin Friday, May 7th. Today is 1 week in.

Running this last week, and for the next week:
- Cardarine 20mg ED
- N2Generate ES 6 tablets ED
- N2Guard 7 Caps ED
- Aromasin 15mg EOD

Mood/Feeling:
So far, my lifts have been almost as strong, but FAR different mood and intensity at the gym. I don’t have the “More gas in the tank” feeling that I’ve come to love while on cycle.

Shoulder and elbow pain that I had prior to cycle is slowly creeping back in. I attribute to the NPP washing out of the system.

I definitely feel like 2 weeks is a long time to wait before shoving Nolva, Clomid, and Osta down the throat, but I’m trying to stick to the plan. So far I don’t feel any estrogen issues creeping in yet.

Diet:
Eating at, or at an average of maintenance calories. I carb cycle still, but the weekly average calorie net would be close to ‘0’.

I don't see a SERM here, are you planning to get nolvadex or clomid into the mix? or are you going to wait 2 weeks?

In those 5 days thats prepct? I like that idea might try it next cycle like prepct the pct.

I termed the pre-PCT as part of the ‘PCT’. So yes, 1 week into pre-PCT, which I’m 1 week after my last injection. Someone let me know if I’m doing this wrong...

So I have Nolva and Clomid SERMs and Osta ready for the 2 week mark after my last inject.

This is how the perfect PCT outlines it, correct?

What are all four bottles? I see Two of them.

The SARMs are 3 bottles of Cardarine 20mg/ml and 1 Bottle of Ostarine 50mg/ml. Purchased the SARMs from Sarms.forsale.

The pill bottles are 2 bottles of N2Generate and 2 bottles N2Guard.
 
2 days away from starting SERMS and Ostarine (the 2 week mark from last injection).

Yesterday was the roughest day since my last pin. Sleep was very poor quality, and I felt absolutely NO motivation; just wanted to be on the couch all damn day. Wasn’t hungry, but just craved all my cheat food. I gave in a bit (Oreos if you’re curious). Took 2 short naps, but felt no reprieve. It was an off day for the gym, so thank god for that. It would have been a shitty workout.

Today is better... still little motivation, but made it to gym... cardio is still on point, lifts are almost as strong. So I can’t complain.

Still holding mass okay. Dropped about 5 lbs, but it was obvious to me that it was water weight. I’m looking dry, but not quite as hard. As a side note, I felt pretty hard running Test with NPP and Proviron. I can’t compare to anything other than when I ran test only, but my muscles were significantly harder with the stack..

Definitely a harder crash this time versus my first cycle... but yesterday was a one off so far in my Pre PCT.

I've addressed retaining gains multiple times. It's not based on more drugs

^^^Yup. The supps are fine to get you to make a smooth landing , but obliterating your estrogen will not help you in any way. A litle a-dex is all you need in that regard. I know it's old school but I still like a little HCG to get the balls to wake up and start producing test on their own. And look into avenacosides A&B.

I like oreo cookies myself haha, I understand you. Dont train too hard in PCT, keep it smooth and slow, let your body recover.

Stable, not super motivated, but also not weak or tired. I’m normally a pretty passive person, but get the usual rage on cycle when something upsets me... My trigger is a little more sensitive still, but it’s coming back to normal.

Work Outs:
Normal. Strength is still there; lifting at the same maxes I had while on cycle. Definitely no gas in the tank afterwards, but very happy with the strength retention.

Physique:
Less hard and less full. Learning to say goodbye to some of those gains. Down 8lbs. BF up slightly 1.5%.

Diet:
Same as before, carb cycling, but weekly caloric net would be 0; eating at maintenance.

Sex drive:
Hard to say... I was a overdriven sex monkey on cycle, so I can’t say if I’m just back to normal or if it’s low... best way to put it now, I am not looking for it and don’t think about it, but if the wife is in the mood then I’m ready to go.

Sometimes PCT just flat out sucks. This is why so many guys just want to stay on year round. Stick to the plan and make some diet changes. I would lower carbs a bit to prevent more fat gain.

Mentally sound. No anxiety or depression. Thoughts are clear; no cloudiness. Overall way more stable than on cycle. On cycle, I have to check myself and remember what is the underlying cause for any abnormalities in mental behavior or tendencies.

Honestly, having the sex drive go down has been a nice reprieve.. on cycle, it was an itch that wouldn’t go away no matter how much I scratched it. Which might be fun when single and have plenty of available women, but when you’re married... the poor wife can only take so much lol!
So I’d say the overdriven sex drive is fun for a bit, but just becomes annoying (especially at 3am). So, I’m okay with it being low for the time being. Like I said, if the wife wants to, the man downstairs knows how to stand at attention and perform. So I’d say ‘lower sex drive’ not ‘no sex drive’, and it’s been a while since I haven’t had it overdriven, that I don’t remember what normal felt like... but I’m okay with it now. If it comes back up a bit after the PCT, I’ll welcome it, it can take a break for a while and ‘recover’ lol.
 
lower your SERM dosages and up your herbals

Lowering Nolva as scheduled by Perfect PCT today. On week 2 of serms today... reduced Nolva to 20mg while Clomid at 50mg still.

Nothing adverse here for me in my check-in, just covering all the bases that are seemingly effected for most users.

Thx brutha... feeling pretty good. This is a way better PCT experience than my first (this is my second cycle and second time PCT).

I’ll look into adjusting carbs... I just didn’t want to put myself in too much of a deficit in Pct in effort to minimize gains loss. I’m not competing... well, I’m competing with myself, so an extra 1.5% I’m fine with for now... if it tends upward, I’ll pull back on carbs most definitely.

Woke up feeling dry this morning... decided to take my BF measurements. I use calipers (say what you will; I’m old school).

In my last update I said I was up 1.5%... I must have been a bit bloated that day, Bc my BF is cruising pretty healthily now... see attached screen shots of calculations...

Hey brother this is a good sign with your metabolism and everything, naturally you're going to wake up dry as we all do but if you're really feeling it that means you're on point with your diet and your metabolism.
When you're in that fasted state and you're feeling nice and tight and lean, that means you're on the right path.
Keep the furnace burning and keep doing what you're doing, during the first couple weeks you're going to feel it but as the weeks progress you're going to see it.

I didn't read the whole thread so correct me if I'm wrong -- you took aromasin, nolvadex and Clomid? If so, I'm not surprised you have no libido. I'd be surprised if you weren't completely impotent.

Ironically, PCT is suppossed to support libido. Looks like you killed it and whatever recovery you're making is due to the supplements and time.

Sorry to bump my old thread from last year. I figured I'm already into my next cycle, and I wanted to follow up with how this PCT ended, since I abruptly left it unfinished. Thanks for all of you who were following this last year and providing commentary. I apologize for not finishing it; I had quite a bit of life happen towards the end of this PCT and I didn't find the time to post an update.

I finished this PCT holding onto about 95% of my strength gains and 100% of size. After about 6 months from my last pin, I was still about 90% strength retention and about 60% of mass gains. I felt pretty happy about that result. As a reminder, this cycle was Test and NPP.

As you can see by this post, I did PCT by the book. There was a week in the PCT where I felt very insecure, depressed, and emotional; almost PMS symptoms we get to witness once a month from our significant others. coincidentally enough it only lasted a week for me. I researched WTF was going on, and it appears that Clomid can cause PMS and menopausal symptoms in its users. Well go figure. Armed with that, I was able to remind myself that its hormonal and medication induced symptoms that are making me feel this way, so I was able to rationalize my way out of those feelings. After a week of that, I didn't really notice anymore of the anxiety/emotional/depression. I'd say that I did have some libido issues throughout and even after about 4-6 weeks AFTER the PCT, but it recovered. It was more lack of desire, I could still get an erection, but I could careless about using it. lol

Yea clomid can make you emotional like a girl for sure lol

No bridge… I was going to bridge with SARMS, but some of that ‘quite a bit of life’ I mentioned earlier was a very spendy operation for my significant other. She’s all and well, but financially speaking, buying gear wasn’t justifiable.

All good now.
