Rehab Cycle!!
Hello everyone I am new, and thank you !
I’m 40 years old, I weigh 198 pounds and I’m 6.06 ft tall.
My rehab cycle is:
W 1-12 Prop test. 200 mg/w
W 1-8 Nandro blend300(Deca/npp and cyp). 100mg/w
W 1-6 proviron 50mg ed
W 6-10 winny 25mg Ed
W 1-10 Arimidex .5 mg EOD
Pct:
W11-15clomid 50/50/25/25/12.5
Nolva 40/20/20/20/10
W11 for 20 days: hgc 500 ui e3d
Diet w 1-8 bulk : 2500 kcal/d
W 9-16 restraining 1900 kcal/d
On exercise, 3 days for my wrist down and to for my wrist up.
w 1-8 I will do 8 to 10 repetitions for every excercise of the entire body. but since I want to develop all the insertion points of my muscles I will divide the timing of flexing and extending like this:
W 1-4 : 4 seconds flexing and 4 seconds extending
W 4-6: 3 seconds flexing and 7 seconds extending
W6-8: 7 seconds flexing and 7 seconds extending.
W 9-16 same thing but doing 15 repetitions of each excercise
I am looking to rehabilitate myself with my tendons and generate muscle doing it safely for my arteries which have been inflamed, i was taking alopurinol (block IL-6) and aspirin for that, and it has been so helpful because I don’t feel chest pain any more, the inflammation stopped. I’m waiting the arrival of: vit k2, red yeast rice, omega3, coq10, bergamot and berrys as supplements for my heart and arteries as well. Why? Because I was a big time drug addicted.
Only at once I made 4 months of exercise with a cycle miss leaded when I was 24 y. Other than that I have never exercised, but I was always stronger than others, all my life I’ve been like I’m using steroids as I had a heart issue that made my body being accelerated all day long and my biggest issue was not sleeping witch leads you to depression and memory lost; so as I was so confident of my super hero strength I made serious drugs and end up doing myself rcp against a wall with a can of jam. It’s all in the past now, I’m done with recreational drugs but my body it’s damage…
So I have been reading a lot of this subjects and I’m almost getting it. But I don’t have experience at all, I couldn’t find N2 guard or NCGenerates over here but other than that I can find most of the supplies we need to make this right.
So my questions are
1.- is this fine???
2.- Can I stack also Var in my first 6 weeks? It’s just because my dealer went out of what I did ask an end up as a mistake witch I had to restructure the cycle and I don’t have any money left so I was wondering if I can use it instead of wasting it.
My labs are fine and I will do a colesterol and estrogen test by the 4-5 weak
