When I start the cut I'll run a log for that copying the info into this one. But here's what I've done so far (there's a few little bits left to do). The cut will be 4 weeks/28 days
Nutrition
I've stocked up on salmon. I've some frozen and a bunch of tinned (21 tins of 213g/approx 4oz). I've tray of frozen chicken breast and I might need a few more. I've bunch of brown and white rice. I'll be switching between that or all vegetables. The more veg I eat the less water I'll store. I'll either measure (using a cup) or weight my food which I don't do usually. I'll up my fruit a little.
Out of gym activity
I'll up my steps. I average two walks a day and over the week that comes out to 6000 a day. I'll try and up that to 8000 av a day. Less strolling along enjoying nature and more fat burning
PEDs etc
As previously discussed it's a ParaPharma Cut 150. As I've never used ANY of the AAS in the forms this comes in (Testosterone Prop 50mg/ml, Trenbolone Ace 50mg/ml, Drostanolone P (Masteron) 50mg/ml) there might be issues with either PIP (they're all shorter esters) or the tren side effects. So... I'll probably go with 1ml day 1. Just to see how I get on. The plan will then be to up it to 3x a week. I bought pins, syringes and a sharps bin from eBay and Amazon. I've a ton of stuff I can rub on my skin.
I suspect the real problems is gonna be actually pinning myself as frequently as will be required. It'll be more than I've done in the past. Then just plain being hungry lol. Followed my getting used to less carbs (esp when walking and training) and LOT cleaner diet. The pluses should be, ignoring any tren issues, just being lighter.
I'll take shirt and shorts on pics. I'm NOT (not for years) a bodybuilder but I will get (or should) leaner in my arms, forearms, quads etc. I can see separation in those now and that's with my power/ice cream belly. So seeing more muscle popping will be amazing. No1 aim is weight loss. I think 10lbs is the minimum (so an av of about 315lbs down from av of 325lbs at the mo). I'll stay on my current training prog on the saxon bar (cos that's just started) and if Tren is as good as others claim I might even see other lifts climb although, worst case, is I'll just try to maintain.
