That’s about 7 plates each side , I was Doing 6. That’s what I meant by I didn’t feel great, my first and second time leg pressing back in November I was doing 7 each side and 19 reps. I should be up to 9 plates each side really.
If you really want to get strong really fast do slow 8 count reps on them. It trains your body to feel the weight.
 
keep up with the diet and try some more spinach
 
get some fresh spinach and throw it in a rice cooker for about 25 minutes

I wouldn't go to an anti-aging clinic for an infusion those places are ripoff don't you have insurance?
 
It’s been 10 days since I last posted pics , I don’t see much difference myself . Weight dropped from 220/222 down to 216/217 from 12/1 to 3 weeks after . Still around 216 and strength not gone up much either as I haven’t been eating in surplus.
You need to force yourself to get stronger. Add weight to your main compound exercise. Always do your main compound exercise first. Warmup with a few sets and then do 3 heavy sets.

just make sure you don't overtrain your shoulders and tear something

Am definitely going to start with the notes again. With the buying everything and furnishing my apartment, I’ve just been in and out the gym.

Look forward to it, the pharmaqo was good, testing out the blue tops now. I love GH, I always feel the benefits in pumps and fullness from the first couple weeks. Specially not eating in a big surplus.

The pharmaqo was definitely good. The Naps blue tops when I bought the kit was only $170 but with a $50 shipping fee. Was going to order again but was now 190 or 210… plus the shipping fee it made sense to pay a little more and get much faster shipping with DS.
 
An update after months of not posting. I started to have problems eating and couldn’t even stomach 120-150g protein a day never mind eating enough to keep growing. Not sure if it was the weed I was smoking heavily or the Npp or just a stomach issue .. I kept trying to train but my sessions were mostly short, half assed as I had no fuel, naturally lost some fat but also stopped growing since I’d say December. Since I stopped smoking weed 2 weeks ago my appetite’s back to where it was last year but still not amazing, at least I’m getting 200~+ g of protein in again. Certain weights have gone up though; bench press 100kg for 12 reps without a spot incline bench a few less reps maybe. ( still chasing 2020 I was incline benching 120kg for 11/12) I’m now around 90kg ( was 98kg in my old pic I’m trying to level up to). I can now shoulder press 3 plates on the hammer machine but dumbell shoulder presses are still under 100lbs :/. Back on NPP 315mg p/w and Test P 525 p/w added on to my 200mg Cypionate dose. Been through 3 100iu kits of GH since December so not consistent, Beligas last 2 vials left now i need $$ to get more! Thinking to up the NPP but 350mg would give me heartburn at times and I feel that impacted my appetite so was counter productive. I basically do 0 cardio, I think I’d lean out well if I did. Sorry for the long wait fellas.

Steak chicken , eggs , some cheeses , not all .
try keep it natural foods , additives and stuff seem to make the stomach upset aswell .

As for weed , I really don’t understand why alot of people smoke weed and convince them selves and others it’s healthy .
It’s still smoke .

Im basically doing it ! Just not too strict.. I.e my go too is eggs, steak, chicken thighs, but I’m not avoiding rice, bread or potatoes. Because my appetite is still a work in progress though it’s mainly the protein and fat I’m consuming and not much carbs, for example food today was.. 50g whey protein, a cup of milk, 6 fried eggs and a small chunk butter, a cup orange juice squeezed with a lemon, about 70g protein from a large steak, 2 small pieces watermelon and 30g bread, I’ll have another 50g protein shake with cup of milk again and that’s it.

Thanks brother, I appreciate it! I feel like I can make a ton of improvement.. I’ve never managed to train more than 2 consecutive years in a row since I started at around 13yr old 22 years ago. And anything more than a year was 13 years ago, Im 10 months back into it now and just not pushing like I used to to avoid injury so I can stay training, still train pretty hard just used to go to extremes.
 
I've never smoked. So can't see why I'd want to. That said Dylan, for example, does smoke weed. However, the truth is only in moderation at best will anyone be ok. We're supposed to be trying to add muscle and weed can and does effect test levels.
That’s the thing Mobster, I was smoking a half spliff every night in 2020 and I was eating 5-6000 calories dong 90m cardio a day with no problems. This time it was all day and affecting me differently.

Thanks a lot! 🙏🏼 Id love to try it… but I’d really have to get disciplined. When it comes to prepping for example I’d have to be more dedicated than I’ve ever been, I’ve managed to get to where ever I was till now eating close to what I want really.. not that atm I have a ravenous appetite but still would need to dial in everything and be very calculated. See what happens from now!
 
Unfortunately weed and bodybuilding don't mix very well, we put enough toxins into the body with just the air we breathe and food we eat, don't want to add more into the mix.

Didn’t take a pic but first meal today was protein shake with 2x whey scoops-48g protein + 30g blueberries, 1 banana and 1.2 cup raw milk
Second meal and last just before I stepped in gym was 200g venison+ organ + grass fed beef mix - ~48g protein. Had a root canal earlier so had to wait to eat otherwise might have eaten my mouth as I couldn’t feel anything 😂 .
Was too hungry so forgot to snap the food before I mixed it and took a few bites! Will post up pics of some food from last few days also..

At the moment, when I say my appetite is coming back I’ve been managing to eat 2 proper meals most days and getting 2x 50-60g protein shakes in including the milk, so about 200-230g protein and about 2000-2600 calories.. effectively I can now eat like a preteen again 😂, past few months how I kept my weight up at 88kg is beyond me- some days I’d barley get in 1000 calories and 100g protein. I’m now ready to start getting 3 meals a day in with 2 shakes. Sounds so ridiculous. I was eating 5k 400/400 protein carbs few years ago.. it was tren Ace which first foukd my digestive system

Tonight’s meal, New York strip steak, sweet potatoes, maninis gluten free pasta, venison/organ mix with added beef, Canned tuna, watermelon. That’s 2 portions, my GF was dining with me. Managed to eat 3/5 of the steak, most the potatoes and just a little pasta and venison, could not get to the tuna 😞

I had to try and see if my appetite would improve… and it seems it did bro, I also found I struggled to eat on 350 Npp 350 test p and even so on 525/525 when I tried it for 2 weeks. I’m now on 725mg test ( 525 Prop and my 200mg trt Cyp dose) and playing around with the Npp, ~ 315-350, would like to push NPP up to 490-525 for a bit but worry about Heartburn and digestive issues.

Thanks brother, been working on it on and off since age 13. I’ll post a pic from 19 natural at 78kg and another one at 23 @100kg after just one cycle 500mg test, I still have never got to the size and strength I had then! Had pics from 16 too but they’re long gone on old computer!

Managed to eat 3/5 of the steak, most the potatoes and just a little pasta and venison, could not get to the tuna 😞

Thanks brother, been working on it on and off since age 13. I’ll post a pic from 19 natural at 78kg and another one at 23 @100kg after just one cycle 500mg test, I still have never got to the size and strength I had then! Had pics from 16 too but they’re long gone on old computer!
