I received my order from UGFREAK early last week, which came in really fast so I super happy about that. Today I start my cycle. Right now my weight is at 204lbs and. I've been cruising at 150-175mg of test for almost a year now so it's time to hit the gas full throttle. I'll be running 250mg test cyp and 200mg tren ace for the first 4 weeks with 50mg proviron. Then for the last 8 weeks I'll be at 300mg test, 300 tren ace and still 50mg proviron. I order some bpc157 from umbrella labs last week for a little shoulder work so we'll see how that goes because I have yet to hear back from them after I placed my order. This picture is my starting point witch was taken this morning. 204lbs @ 5'6

So for my training. Right now it's six days a week. Mon/thur- chest/delts, tuesday/Friday - back/bis. Wednesday/Saturday wheels.

For the past almost 10yrs my first 5 meals have pretty much always been the same.
Breakfast 50 grams oats or Farina, 100 gram banana and 10 cracked egg white.
Meals 2-4 6oz boneless chicken thighs or breast, 5oz jasmine or basamati rice and 4oz veggies.
Meal 5 6oz of some sort ofblean red meat, 5-6oz potatoes and veggies.
I have a huge sweet tooth for cakes and cookies that happen at night so on thos run I'm just trying to cut all that out.
I'm a union roofer so for me doing cardio at the gym it's usually on 10-15mim before I train

ok diet its good but i would add more omega 3 fats and fiber
besides you can do more protein imo at least 50 grams more

Day 3 wheels. I am a big advocate for heavy squats and not in that 1-5 rep range cause let's face it, we're trying to build muscle and strength. So I keep everything in the 10-20 reps range. Today after pre-exhausting my legs with leg extensions and leg curls, I did 5 sets of barbell squats of 315lbs/15 reps. All five sites that exact way. Leg press I start worh single leg and pyramid up to were both legs come on which was 7 plates a side 10-12 reps. 5 sets 85lb dumbell RDLs 10-15 reps. It won't let me post the full length ls of my videos cause they are to big and long

So you want to gain size and strength and you think 10-20 rep squats will do that? I disagree. I think 5-8 will do much more for both size and strength. You should try 405 for sets of 5 and hit depth. I assure you that you will get much bigger and stronger with your entire body vs cardio squatting.
5-8 reps is for strength. Look at platz and all the real classic bodybuilders, all their rep ranges where in that 12-20 rep range. The quality of muscle and definition is unparalleled

I can squat 405 for 12 reps for sets of 4-5. I hit legs twice a week so one day I go a little lighter then the next

This was last week 415lbs/11 it won't show whole thing though. I do legs twice a week one heavy high rep day and a heavier medium rep day but never in the 5-8 rep range. The quality of muscle and definition you get in that heavy high rep range is unparalleled to thay lower end powerlifting like rep range

You should train for a powerlifting comp. Would hate to see the strength go to waste. You could probably place in the top 5.

Day 4 and my second chest day of the week. I never really do flat bench but since I was feeling good I went for it and hit a little PR of 353lbs. I also hit 331lbs/2 then 225lbs/15 Larsen press. Went back to Incline with 5 sets 115lb dumbells 12-15 reps. I also started my Bpc-157 from umbrella labs today. I'm doing 500mcg daily for about 12 weeks. Around 9nweeks I'm gonna see if I need to continue. It's about to be all gas no brakes🤘

Wake up weight just a little over 207lbs. I just got the call last night that work is starting up again so I'll be training fasted at 3:30am Mon-Friday.
Today 3:30am back day. To grow you have to row. Everything 5 sets 10-12 reps all with the same weight. 225 barbell rows/10-15 reps. 5 sets single arm dumbell 85lb rows 10-15 reps. 5 sets 2 plates each side reverse grip rows 12-15 reps. I did alot of cable pull downs and pull overs as well

Day 10 and I'm definitely starting to feel it running through my body. Strength and aggression is definitely starting to kick in.

Today's chest day. I had some fun on Incline throwing the 130s and 140lb dumbells 5 sets 8-10 reps. 5 sets Incline hammer press 3 plates each side 10-12 reps. Flat bench 315lbs/2 then did some NFL combine 225lbs/21 reps. Bodyweight weight around 205lbs
