Good Day everyone did Shoulders today. was ok but feeling tired and drained had blood work done so will have that soon. Had BP go up and had to take half a tablet of telem to be safe . been keeping a eye on it and has been good so far. will be adjusting dosage to blood work.

Been a bit slack the last week. Busy with IRL stuff/ work also changed Gym so have access to better equipment. Yesterday football training did a Beep test got to lvl 7.1 not the best will be doing more to get better. Will be having First game this Saturday so extra Running and tackling. Will try get some photo's. also Getting a Coach to help me with my goals so will keep you's updated.

Little bit of A football Update Played our 1st game today lost 16-6 but was a fun hard game. beginning with a Coach on monday so will update when i get food/workout plan.

@OmaD good football day you must have gotten ton of cardio
played 50min. so sore today feels like i been hit by a car lmao but i enjoy it. Might be stopping the cycle soon as my BP keeps spiking every now and then to 140+ every time i get a headache not shore whats doing it. thinking it may be because of my body trying to heal from gym then me doing football and having to heal more or the HGH. I will post up some blood work from a week ago

@OmaD well I checked your bloods your kidneys and liver are over loaded, I suggest you use a strong organ support like n2guard
or you need to work on cleansing liver kidneys , its not too bad but i suggest starting now dont wait too long

Started with the Coach today so i have some proper direction in the GYM and food intake. doing some progress pic today and will update some food pic tomorrow

that N2guard looks the goods but out of stock every where. started taking 1100mg Tudca and 1200mg NAC as i just got some more my last ones where just 250mg tudca so was only doing 500mg a day.
