Brother if u are coming off a shoulder injury I'm not so sure a blast is the best thing for just coming back.

Make sure you take it very slow and really pay attention to your shoulder and what is causing the issue, if u get to strong to soon you can injury that shoulder again.

Just be smart and safe about it brother, welcome back 😎 💪

Ok good just want to make sure I had one that required surgery hate to see someone push to far to fast and risk it
 
Shoulder injuries are common in our game. Avoid anything overhead or incline

Make sure you are warming up before and stretching post.

Improve mobility with yoga. Look at Eagle pose. 🦅

I wish I had known about this at ur age or I wouldn’t have tore mine 10 years ago!

they take the body too far
 
it's up to you to be disciplined and use proper form
bad form leads the most injuries
 
good job on the leg training
you also want to watch out for me and hip issues if you over-train the legs
 
yes you will learn as you get older to train smart
it's a learning game but trust me you'll get more results long-term doing it that way
 
if you like to over-train and push the envelope then do more low-impact cardio
things like swimming and things like yoga which really are good for your heart and your body
 
Glad the shoulder is feeling better. If you end up with an injury like that in the future, just continue to focus on training lower body and diet.

Hey guys been off gym for 3-4 weeks now cos of a bad shoulder it’s getting better now. I’ll start a blast to make up for lost time haha
@fatboy999 take care of the shoulder bro.....yoga will help improve the condition.........

Good update on the MENT. Glad things are going well so far. I know not a lot of people use it on here but there is always interest when it comes up in discussion.

Don't make the mistake of over bulking because you'll throw off your insulin sensitivity
 
Only time and bloods will tell. We have all encouraged @fatboy999 to get bloods done which he has agreed to. Everyone runs gear differently but he has a great bunch of guys looking out for him.

@Gains Man sure, a full organ liver support would help him or any other steroid user, lots of guys walking around with very high alt/ast/creatinine/BUN they should be slamming organ liver support like n2guard daily but they are not

we joke about this but Asians have smaller bones great genetics for bodybuilding, they grow leaner and bigger :) its just a fact I've trained 2 champions like this already
@fatboy999 just needs to watch the foods and do cardio and lean out, he's Huge already looks amazing
