This was a big PR for me. Previous PR was 375 on a trap bar. I was feeling strong. I’d post a video but seems the file is too large. 🤦🏻‍♂️

This was a raw lift. No straps, no brace, no chalk. Just simple.
 
I’ve attached my injection schedule this far. All injections to this point except my last on on 8/26 have been ventro gluteal. Most recent on 8/26 was left delt and it is still sore. 🥴

Feeling great with zero sides. Should I go ahead and still wait and stick with the plan to do these smaller stack injections for another 2 weeks or would it be okay to go ahead and bump it up now at the start of week 3? Looking to bump up the ParaPharma long stack from .5ml up to 1ml and keep the same test c at .4.

Thoughts asap would be great as I do my injection in about an hour.
