Approved Log 2nd Cycle Para Pharma Long Stack Test/Tren/Mast Log

How much are you taking of each and what are you thinking of bumping too?
I started with just .5ml of the long stack to see how I feel along with my .4ml of test c which is my normal trt dose. Looking to bump the long stack to 1ml and keeping the .4ml of test c.

Yes increase it. 1cc is still a relatively small dose so you should be fine.
 
Anyone that can tell me if two weeks is enough to see side effects? I’d like to bump up my long stack dosage now if it’s not a bad idea.
its about enough but I would wait until week 3 end @steadfastsavage

I’ve attached my injection schedule this far. All injections to this point except my last on on 8/26 have been ventro gluteal. Most recent on 8/26 was left delt and it is still sore. 🥴

Feeling great with zero sides. Should I go ahead and still wait and stick with the plan to do these smaller stack injections for another 2 weeks or would it be okay to go ahead and bump it up now at the start of week 3? Looking to bump up the ParaPharma long stack from .5ml up to 1ml and keep the same test c at .4.

Thoughts asap would be great as I do my injection in about an hour.

So… I did 5 row variations here. Which ones are you talking about when you want more volume? 😂

I haven’t been doing any cardio at all except walking for a warmup before my workouts. How much cardio would you guys like to see and what cardio do you recommend?

I’ll trust and listen here but would love to know more about the reasoning behind it. I figured I’d see sides by now if there were any. Seeing very small strength gains and recovery is better than I’ve felt it before so all that’s great. Figured I’d be okay to go up in dose now but sounds like you want another two weeks still at this dose. Just trying to maximize effectiveness while on cycle since I only have 12 weeks on. Figured higher dose would be better quicker if I don’t have sides.

i see I wasnt clear my bad, seated cables more about concentration than weights, get a deep high PR 6x set and drop set to 20 reps

You can go up in dose, but you know half life right? takes about 14 days to start leaving system, so around 21-25 days you really feel hormonal peaks. Going up in dose no issue now but I would at least give it 3 weeks deep, you can always add 1 week in end of cycle to make up for it. :) @steadfastsavage

Sorry. I’m still not clear. Are you saying drop the weight down and do 6 sets of 20 reps each set?

basically start with example
200lbs x 4-5
drop set
150lbs x 6-8
130lbs x 12
100lbs x 15-20
in one longer set, like a big drop set, it works with rows
but controlled movement squeeze
 
I don't use the Smith Machine very much because of shoulder possibility of Injuries being locked into one plane of movement, I prefer dumbells or machines.
 
This mornings leg day workout below. The Bulgarian set was from John Meadows called the Bulgarian Drop Set of Death. 6 sets on each side with an 8 second isometric hold 3/4 of the way down between each set and without any rest until the end of all six on each side are complete. It felt like I was going to pass out. 🤣

I don't use the Smith Machine very much because of shoulder possibility of Injuries being locked into one plane of movement, I prefer dumbells or machines.
Was there something you were referencing here? I’ve never used a smith machine.

Injection last night into right glute. Don’t know how you guys with much larger muscles than me turn around to do these injections unless you have someone else helping. It went fine but felt like I really wanted to try to use my other hand to stabilize the syringe as pushing the liquid. I think I was moving it more than I normally do in my ventro glute because my right cheek is sore. I guess we will just call it PIP. 😂

Ventro glute has been my go-to and works really well for me… I just need to figure out how to avoid the veins and blood vessels like the plague since that was the worst. My left delt still has PIP from Monday which seems excessive.

I'm lucky I have my wife give all mine every morning.

@steadfastsavage glute injections thats what you want, you'll get used to them :)
 
Just finished my workout today. Switched it up a bit and feels GREAT! Swapped the preacher curls with bicep curl machine work and gave me great stretch without hurting. Everything was amazing. Also incredible… recovery. Omg you guys. I smashed my legs yesterday and walked two miles today at the end of this workout! I normally wouldn’t feel like I could walk at all. Today is my birthday. No days off here. LFG!
