Looking at doing a second cycle. My last was a test only cycle. I’m currently on a TRT dose of 200mg a week and was doing a cycle of 500 a week for 12 weeks up until about a month ago. It went well with my main side effect being some acne on my back which wasn’t fun and I’m still dealing with.

Trying to plan what’s next and when. I went from 158lbs at about 7% bf to 201 and now down to 191lbs at about 12% bf. Looking to continue bulking but want more or a lean bulk/recomp than this last cycle. Test has me feeling and looking more puffy than I want and the acne on my back is something I’d like to avoid if possible.

What’s next? I was looking at Tren E to combine with the test in a 1/1 dose with my existing TRT base. Is that even a thing?

Supps will remain the same:

Multi
Fish oil
Nguard 7 caps
Vit d

Just starting the planning. Would love to keep injections to 2x per week if possible and open to orals if there is something that would be a good. Looking for recommendations on what could be good for a second cycle based on these parameters and when I may want to consider starting.

Tren is an advanced steroid. I would hold off until you have a little more cycle experience u see your belt.
How about test/eq or test/deca.

That’s exactly why I’m here. You guys all guided me very well with my diet, cycle and training last time and I want the next level now that I know how I respond to the test c I’ve been on. I’ll do some research on EQ and Deca to start with based on this suggestion.

If you plan on utilizing a Nandrolone compound I would look into Npp and adding in atleast 25mg of proviron balance out the dht/dhn in the body.

Npp reason being is if it doesn't agree with you it's a shorter ester and can clear the system in a few weeks time, decca however can remain for months in the body, just something to think about.

Many people sleep on proviron it is a powerhouse component that I would recommend adding into a cycle.

EQ is a slow burn and you need to run it ( imo of course atleast 16 weeks for a real true benefit. EQ is great for a recomp or lean bulk if done properly and diet is on point.

I would look into Test/EQ/Npp/proviron and add in aromasin as and AI I think that could be a damn good cycle.

I'd set it up like this, and it will vary for everyone.

Test E or C 300/350mg a week
EQ 300/400mg a week
NPP 200-/300mg a week
Proviron 25mg

that will give u some wiggle room, i typically run lower dosages for all my compounds, but that is just me.

Imo it's not how much mgs you take it's the synergy you create with utilizing all the compounds

personally I'd opt for the the 800mg total for the Test/Eq/Npp

300/300/200/25

We aren't looking for the home run here we are looking for gaining more experience and a quality hassle free cycle with minimal sides. Is my logic on that.


I would definitely hold off on tren it isn't something you should run out the gate, experiment with the less harsh compounds first get alot of experience in, then decide if tren is the right move for you.

Remember this is a marathon mo a sprint, long term steady gains we can keep is what we are after here.

As far as time off, a good rule of thumb is time on should be equal to time off. That being said you should also be making sure your bloods are good before proceeding even if it takes a little longer

Excellent catch gentz I got so caught up in explaining it, I forgot to mention how important bloodwork is and imo is mandatory. Thanks adding that.

I think you can easily do a 500mgs testosterone cycle it would be perfect of a fit with your TRT if you ask me

+testosterone for high test
+anavar light 4 weeks to feel it 50mgs ed
pin 2x/week mon/thur

on the diet training

The test made me get moon face and just feel puffy everywhere. I added in aromasin for an ai and went 12 weeks but this time, I’d like to keep the trt dose and do somethinng else that may be a bit stronger with a leaner/harder look. Its been about 7 weeks now that I’ve been off the blast and back to my normal 200mg/week.

Well masteron or winstrol will give u a grainy harder look but u got to be 10% bodtfst or lower for that. Don't overwhelm yourself pick compounds that line up with your goals.

Nobody wants me to use Tren. 😟 Last time I was posting, it seemed like everyone was on the Tren train. Everything I’m reading seems like Tren is incredible. Really still thinking about it. If I’m trying to get max gains and fat burning, is it really just not worth it with the sides? Sounds like there can be some mental health issues but by running test and a lower dose, it sounds like it helps keep that in check. Potential hair loss and acne (sounds the same as test) and Tren cough which sounds to be combatted by adding in caber? What else am I missing here? I’m never coming off trt so test production and needing to reproduce is not a thing for me.

Looking to really understand the risk vs reward here.

Was really considering trying a1/1 dose test c and tren e at 300mg per week each. Thinking tren e due to desired injection frequency of 2x weekly. Looks like I can also grab some accutane from para pharma to keep the back acne in check. Not sure about caber frequency or dosing as I’m expecting you guys to talk me out of this. 😂
 
mast and winstrol are good options
but save those until you get your body fat down
 
I like both primo and equipoise in your situation
it both are good for lean muscle and body fat loss
 
definitely add in some fasting
they'll get your insulin sensitivity back up

@steadfastsavage long stack is nice test/tren/mast not bad, you can do 1/2 mls but remember blends can have PIP and some injection pain

Okay. I’m pinning 200mg per week (2x per week at 100mg per injection) of test c currently. I’m also taking 1 25mg tab of Arimidex on each injection day for an ai.

Why would blends have any additional pip or injection pain? I figured it was far easier this way than trying to combine things myself in one syringe.

If I decided to go with this long stack, is there anything you would do in addition?

I have not tried any vitamin protocol for the bacne. Didn’t know about that. Just figured the accutane would be okay since I’m on n2guard for liver protection.
 
Here’s lunch and dinner details and a picture of my dinner. Lunch was not ideal as I had to go to a lunch meeting I didn’t know about. Definitely don’t love eating out but at least they had macro info to guide me (within reason).

Not everyone needs to adjust.
 
long stack from para pharma is fire if you want long esters
they do the blend for you

fasting is a great way to get some good benefits
autophagy will help you grow more size too
 
i'm not a big fan of blends
i prefer to do on my own but a lot of guys like them
 
accutane works well for most
But some people don't like the side effects so watch out for that
 
nice food updates keep up the good work
try and avoid eating out that's the Killer
 
if you're set on your dosing then Blends are fine
you can always switch things up regardless
 
good updates you're starting to put things together
this is the time to try some new things with this log

Okay. Been doing a ton of research and went ahead and placed an order with UGFreak today. 😳

I’m going to go hard with this. I know it’s probably overkill but I never did anything fun as a kid so I need to make up for it now. 😂

My cycle:

4 weeks of 2ml weekly of long stack by para pharma followed by 8 weeks at 3ml per week if all goes well. Will start with 2 injections per week at 1ml per pin and will move to EOD as I titrate up to the higher dose after 4 weeks.

2x per day accutane tab for 250 days (gives the correct overall dose and will apparently prevent current and future acne problems).

Bought more aromasin (thinking I’ll run this at 1/2 tab per injection day unless I have any symptoms)

I need to get bloods done before going on cycle. Any recommendations?

Lunch and a snack log for today attached along with the ugfreak order. 👍🏻

Anything else I’m missing here?

you should use TRT and get extra into the mix

I’ll keep you updated for sure.

You think I should do 1ml for 4 weeks then 2ml for 4 weeks and then 3ml the last 4 weeks if it’s going well?

Since trt dose is currently 200mg weekly, for the 1st 4 weeks if I do things like laid out here should I do 100mg of my test cyp along with this cycle to start or what do you think?

I figured I should get bloods since I haven’t done any since starting trt just over 5 months ago. My trt is ugl as well so I only had doc to look at initial bloodwork and got a prescription and never went back as I went ugl.

Morning weigh in this morning was 189.4. Yesterday was a rest day but I’ll be going to the gym with all 6 kids in tow in just a bit and I’ll post the workout. 🏋️

You guys think my calories and macros are good at 3030 calories and 300c/300p/70f? Want enough to build good muscle but don’t want to gain weight as fast as last time.

Dinner log and photo from last night attached.

Morning weigh in this morning was 189.4. Yesterday was a rest day but I’ll be going to the gym with all 6 kids in tow in just a bit and I’ll post the workout. 🏋️

You guys think my calories and macros are good at 3030 calories and 300c/300p/70f? Want enough to build good muscle but don’t want to gain weight as fast as last time.

Just ordered my N2Guard for the next 3 months while I’m on cycle. Getting excited! Let’s GO!

Can anyone tell me more about Caber and if I should be adding this to my cycle? UGFreak didn’t have any and looks like Para Pharma doesn’t even make it which makes me feel like it can’t possibly be important. 😂

Long stack from para pharma. Figured it has Tren in it so it’s worth discussing the why behind caber and if it’s needed.

Also, is 25mg a week of the aromasin a good place to keep my aromasin?

oh I just checked back right you added the tren/mas/t mix from para pharma :)

you might not need cabergoline with low dose, you going to do 1ml/week?

I’m going to start with 1ml for 4 weeks, 2ml for the next 4 weeks, and if it’s still going well, I’ll do 3ml for the last 4 weeks. Total of 12 weeks for the cycle.

Still not sure if I should keep my 200mg weekly trt dose or drop that while on cycle.
 
caber is overrated
it was a big thing 20 years ago but fell off
 
you only need caber if prolactin gets super high
here in most situations it's not going to be needed
 
you will be fine with or without it
important thing is you keep estrogen on their control
 
caber is a good one to have on hand
worst case pick it up from napsgear or domestic supply
 
I think you'll be fine I wouldn't worry too much
prolactin isn't a big deal unless you are on steroids a long time and abusing them

Here is lunch and dinner logs from yesterday with photos of the food. The dinner was homemade beef stew so I did my best to track but it was probably a bit heavier on the macros as the meat was from our own cow we had butchered so a bit heavier on the fat.

N2Guard is awesome man. Caber really isn't necessary unless you have a history of abusing nandrolones or lactating nipples, lol. It is nice for sexual side effects though. Lots of porn stars use it.

Have any of you used the “Long Stack” from Para Pharma? Looks like a 1/1/1 blend of test e, Tren e, and mast. I’m guessing it’s not recommended to do blends like that since individual doses can’t be adjusted?

I’m manifesting 50lbs of added muscle and dropping down to 5% body fat in 12 weeks. Sounds good? 😂 Highly unrealistic but a man can dream right? Haha.
