Starting the morning with a banana before hitting the gym early morning hitt and AB’s session 20 high intensity cardio

I will say that this session was a tough one I’m feel a lot carpal tunnel pain from the hgh muscle pain I’ll definitely push myself though this because I want to fucking grow 💪💪💪

Mate I’m just trying to blow up as best as I can, no plans on competing at this point but I guess you never say never
Me and my coach will probably aim to get me to about 90kg this time with as much lean mass as possible

Hey bro i actually had a massive last 2 weeks that threw me off a bit. I got a full neck tattoo which I’m still healing from very stiff and sore and a broken routine that really made me a tiny bit depressed. But I did managed to get a first session last night on legs which I was really happy about. I’ll be hitting the gym later on today.

Hey mate my apologies I should’ve been a little bit clearer about what I was talking about

I fell off the rails a little bit because I wasn’t handling the sides from HGH as its the first time using Hgh and I wasn’t sleeping very well, and trying to maintain my balance in my gym routine and my personal life,
While I things pop up in my personal life I at times feel like I wasn’t finding the time to train instead my time was needed in other areas,
So my routine was broken and I didn’t feel good about it or the best way to address it.
I’m a young father and family man all these things are and will always be apart of my life I just need to learn how to manage it and move forward in a positive direction

Ok. Suggestions:
1) Train early. It allows you to do whatever else is needed through the day
2) Structure. Like a cast iron routine.
3) Analysis of PED use, effects etc. That's for the log. Even reading back over it yourself. HGH ought to have made the sleep better.

Yes I’m now back to a healthy sleep pattern, I’ve adjusted well to 8iu of Hgh now
 
That's a lot. I'd suggest 2-2.5ius max per day
Your probably right, the best part of it now is that I’ve got past the worst part of it, things are still going forward as well as things are I’ll keep on going but if things take a turn for the worst I’ll definitely drop it back

The morning started off well
Breakfast was 4 eggs and toast followed by a protein shake
It was pin day today
Test e .70ml
Deca.40ml
Eq .70ml
15iu lantus
4IU hgh
Unfortunately this was my last pin of Hgh I had a doctors appointment to remove a nail that could be melanoma but won’t know until I get the results back so to be sure and safe the HGH must stop

I manage to hit the gym for a pull session feeling good and strong, it was a little different from my normal program as I had a little bit on my mind

Lunch was a beef burger with sweet potatoes

Protein shake and fruit

Afternoon snack was a chicken salad

Tonight dinner will be a lasagne and protein shake

you can get melanoma on a NAIL? like a finger nail the physical cartilage ? @Rough_soul

I searched it of course bro :) but so surprised a nail can have it, aint skin right
The nail itself not skin, I think it grows under the nail, just doesn’t stop turning the nail colour changing

how long did it take to look like that? we talking months or years?
I woke up about two months ago and noticed it, didn’t think much of it until we noticed it had grown
 
but before 2months nothing there? this is something for EVO family to learn :)
No nothing before, at first I thought ok maybe I bump it on something and it just a bruise but over time it seems like it gotten darker and growing, I don’t know if Hgh was the cause of this one but I will definitely know more in 6 days

Hey legends hope all is do well

I’m sorry I have logged on here I’ve had a lot going on but I’m still trying to make strong progress as I keep grinding through it

A little update on my progress so some may have seen in my previous log I got tested for cancer so I got the results back today and I do have some type of cancer I can’t talk much about it atm as it is still a little much to get my head around it I have more appointments with doctors and specialist to come I’ll update when I know more

I’m still running a cycle 500 test 600 eq and 300 deca and 15iu lantus everything is going well I’m running @Raptor Labs gear the results are insane

I was running 8iu daily of Hgh but I stopped Hgh 7 days ago because I my now situation

My macros I’m eating 3700 on training days and I’m actually eating about the same on rest days as while I’ll show you while from my current pic of my progress

I’ll show my lifting routine at the end of the week today is to show that I’m still working hard with my cycle and training program

Keep us updated. It used to be the case that once the C word was used that was it. That's no longer the case much of the time. Hopefully here too
Thanks mate I will 💯 keep going with my log and training and information on my condition atm I’ve only stopped Hgh I’m still running everything else until the doctors say otherwise
