Will that even be possible with anadrol starting in 3 weeks? Could adding in 200mg Masteron help with any excessive water retention or should I just see how it goes?
@RoidRage69 its still possible, anadrol is more of a "bloat" issue rather than bodyfat gain issue. I would not stack tren and anadrol if you're not show prepping, but I read back in the other log you plan to compete so might be a good option too.
On the masteron, I found through trial and error, most clients arent getting much more than a light hardening from masteron, that includes myself. It would definitely help you on a cut, I would use it at 200mgs, just try to split the dose 100/100 if have the shot schedule.

You are truly dedicated, so I think any sides you get we can mitigate in the short term. And very smart to cut the tren when you start the oxymetholone, it's an intelligent move long term. @RoidRage69

Didnt quite go light today like planned. LOL. Had a good solid session. Not bad considering I got about 2 hours sleep last night. Damn cpap sucks when I don't shave. Air just blows all around the seal. Will shave today so I can get good sleep. Just kept waking up and decided to have a protein shake and protein bar each time. Did this twice. BW is at a low of 252 today. Go figure? Ok everyone close out this week with some incredible gym sessions!!! Wont be hitting the weights again until Monday. Everyone have a good weekend!!!

you cant go light you're too much of a beast-mode @RoidRage69 :) but you should try to lower the weights a bit as you drop more into the 24x range just to avoid injuries, if you can

It's not too bad. The one thing that makes it really good is Braggs Liquid Aminos. It's 1000X better than soy sauce. It has a nice light Smokey flavor to it. I can't live without it.

It's actually easier to eat clean than I thought. Every other day I make a pot of rice and fry up 3-4.5 lbs of turkey or ground beef. Pretty damn easy.
Once u find the groove and you do it for a few days it's easy, then u feel shitty when u eat shitty lol

sure I did it myself, tried anavar and winstrol and anavar and anadrol, as long as you have organ liver support you can push thru @RoidRage69
2 clients I have running 2 orals but not back to back right now, kick and closer
 
Think I would just choose one based on what it’s needed for. Not sure there is really a synergy between them. Seems anadrol would overpower?
I don't see how it would overpower. Stacking works very well if you use low dosages of multiple compounds. I am only going to try 25mg anadrol at first to see how my body reacts. If all is good I bump it to 50mg. If I start feeling sick I would then take it back down to 25mg. That would be a time to think about maybe adding 25mg anavar to the mix imo. Looking for strength and muscle preservation while dropping fat.

I heard that putting in the zero calorie chocolate syrop in egg whites and just drinking them isn’t all that bad 😂 haven’t had the balls to try it yet myself though lol

Oh yes I am keeping protein in the 275-300 range. I love my protein shakes, protein bars, and Fairlife. Sure goes down easier than gagging in cans of tuna and water. 😂

The one thing I am most concentrating on this cycle is my nutrition. Very similar to @s.gentz diet. I am actually eating much less carbs. Only about 100 on non lifting and 125-150 on lifting days. I eat 125 grams rice per meal 2-3 times day.

protein shakes > tuna always for me, and I never had a client 'love' any tuna always protein shake love, especially cookies and cream ;)
less carbs is perfect and high protein with your training thats deep cuts

I've never done box squats. What are the pros and cons of them?
it really forces you to engage glutes and prevents cheating
thats why people can do way less with them

Thankfully I don't like sweet stuff that much, my coach gets on my case because he will give me a cheat day now and then, and he literally has to force me to buy sugary junk food because my mind is so fucked I'm paranoid if I eat it even once and spill over I'm gonna look like shit 😂😂

It took him a few weeks to convince to do the cheat day lol.

Ok I am trying to figure out how best to transition from the tren to the anadrol. I have about 1 week left of Tren Ace. Should I wait about 3-4 days after my last Tren shot before going on drol?
@RoidRage69 I would take a week off after trenbolone and pump in anadrol, you have time to use oxymetholone 1 week off to clean tren esters is a perfect time :)

Food is still the same this entire cycle. Rice and lean ground beef and ground turkey 2-3 times per day. Catalina Crunch and Fairlife protein drink, Fit Crunch Protein bars, homemade hi protein low carb ice cream, veggies, lactose free milk, Gatorade 50 grams during workouts. Keeping cals 1750-2250. Protein 250-275, carbs less than 200, and fat around 50. Cycle is:

50mg TNE daily
40mg Tren Ace daily
200mg NPP weekly
125mg Test E weekly

20mg Cardarine daily
20mg Cialis daily
10mg Aromasin 5 days week, 20mg 2 days week
50mg Proviron daily
1mg Semaglutide weekly.

I have about 3 days left of Tren and then will transition to Anadrol for the remainder of the cycle. Everything stays the same except for the switch from Tren to anadrol.
