I have the pleasure to log for [🇦🇺 🔱

He has a very cool range of oils and peptides and I am excited to say the least, this will be my second log after my very short one for @Azlola aka Straum Pharma.
Thanks for the opportunity to try your Mast P.

The context of this log is a continuation of my cutting cycle and the goal is to progress my physique into the summer and enjoy summer 2024 to the fullest. God willing a sunny and laidback time 🌅😎, last summer I bulked heavily through the summer and I didn't take the time to enjoy the weather, this time I won't make that mistake, I will spend time with family and friends. Listening to my body has been the theme of the year in a sense, I have found breakthroughs in regards to old injuries and my joints from a more laidback approach to life, meanwhile my strength has been shooting up as I take a HIIT style approach to every set, bringing intensity, focus and progressive overload to the focus of my training style. 🏋️‍♂️🐯I have been cutting my sets back but really focusing on the intent of each set and that has helped me to grow my strength even as I get leaner...

Diet wise I have been revising the less is more approach, in the past I have gone as high as 600g+ of protein and very aggresive insulin + carbs protocols, I realise now if I don't treat my digestion with respect then my body will not grow at its best, health is the foundation of results, I am closer to 330g-400g protein and 250-400g carbs and 55g of fats for the majority of the week... I am looking to find an appropriate deficit and restart my diet... this time being more conservative with volume of sets and excessive late nights. As I prioritise sleep my body will grow easily and well 💤😴💪. I am using DSIP, HGH and CBD 🌿 to assist my sleep quality on this diet and I can say all three are truly game changers!

Given this is my second log please give feedback on how I express the information and If you want extra details or photos please ask! I will be taking detailed photos and leaving a detailed review for every product 📸 and once again thanks to EVO and the soures for providing a quality product that is world renowned, as many people overseas have said we are spoiled for choices with Australian UGL brands 🔝

In a previous thread @LevButlerov mentioned to @KMT these following questions for his log, I liked the layout so I reposted it here.
I will fill this out tomorow morning after cardio and try and keep the information easy to read and digest. I don't have recent bloodwork but I have stuff from the start of the year... I am happy to get extra testing done e.g. Testosterone and estrogen serum tests to measure the potency of the products or IGF serum tests if we end up running HGH on this log. I have many previous tests to compare to.

Heading to train now I will update the thread with a pretty hefty lot of info tonight, got legs on the menu; heading to world gym I can almost smell the cybex hack squat, injected 100mcg of ace-031, 1mg ss-31, .5ml b vitamins blend, 2mg IPAm and .5mg CJC DAC pre-workout in each quad.

I have my intra and insulin gtg.

Diet:
I follow a high protein organic and grass fed diet, I don't cook anything in oils and I am very strict about avoiding certain food groups entirely:
- no dairy except whey isolate or hydrolysate
- no added fats except: MCT, extra virgin olive oil, and EPA/DHA
- only meats are chicken breast or kangaroo mince
- only fish is sashimi but I end up rarely eating
- sugars are cautiously added: Cluster dextrin 40-50g INTRA, honey for immunity + lemon/ginger juice, coconut water for electrolytes
- magnesium added to certain meals, I add 2g+ of magnesium to postworkout or prebed meals or 1g each meal on rest days
- potassium is added to my intra for better carb uptake 2g of potassium chloride or coconut water instead...
- salt is added throughout the day as celtic salt in my water lemon juice sometimes also
- my vegetables are all cooked heavily and I eat kale, carrot, cabbage, red cabbage and occasional sauerkraut variants
- my carb intake is cream of rice, rye sourdough or fruit
- spices: cinnamon or cocoa powder on sweet meals, cayenne pepper and salt on savoury
- I consume digestive enzymes befor every meal
- I eat immediatley postworkout and sip intra throughout
- I train fasted in the am
- preworkout meal is intentionally less heavy and so is postwotkout with exception of large amounts of creatine 50-100g and 60g+ protein post

TRAINING
I Train a mix of HIIT and moderate to low volume, I usually have a few sets that are really crucial for that day and will go beyond failure and attempt to beat the logbook, other sets are to failure focusing on rep progression, I believe in feeder sets not past failure but more often than not I prefer to save my strength for 1-2 all out sets, these sets involve shouting occasionally, a seatbelt if on a leg extension or curl, quite possibly bailing the last rep if on a hack pendulum or leg press. I train moderate frequency 4-5 days Push, pull, legs or push, pull, legs, calves and forearms. I rest as needed however I attempt to maintain steps and cardio on rest days. I don't believe in much dropsets or rest pause if in a deficit I believe straight sets if executed perfectly can be brutal.

Cardio:
30min fasted stairs minimum a day overshoot by 20% okay ( level 12 plus).
10k steps daily tracking with watch
yohimbine l carnitine and hgh or cjc + ipam precardio

supplements

I use herbs of gold liver care 2x tablets a day
I use Nac 1g a day
I use methionine injection 200-400mg a day
I use vitamin c injection 500mg+ a day
b vitamin blend 1-2ml
glutathione 3ml + l carnitine 1-2 g inject
I am looking to add tudca back in and injectable choline and other aminos
I also use a plethora of health peptides more on that later


this is just the tip of the iceberg ^^^

how about probiotics? psyllium husk?

probiotics... I use coconut kefir also sauerkraut somtimes
no fibre supplements atm
I plan to add akkermansia municipilis probiotic soon!
I use trybutyrate a probiotic however and oral BCP-157, KPV and GHK CU

Yeah it's hard to jog the dumbbells gets very busy midweek so I can only do circuits on the weekend, my shoulder was just feeling tender so I tried something different! I am incorporating more collagen and vitamin C for joint health. I am trying to avoid more than 50g whey at one time

Will do, I am incorporating more collagen and injectable vitamins C, I reckon it's the myostatin inhibitor! I heard warnings about them ⚠️🚨
 
Today's update sunday rest day;

Started off with a late start, weighed in at 95.8kg I had a cheeky whey, fruit and cocoa snack last night, but weight still dropped regardless! 😭

Metabolism is cranking. Felt rundown however I opted for 25min of stairs this morning 🌅 20mg yohimbine precardio + coffee and 20mg of gw-0742

I went for two walks today totalling only 6k/10k steps but I am content I will just adjust my macros, sometimes when you feel fatigued less is more, no Pilates or sauna today just chilling

Over the day I had 200mg of 5amino1mq in my water, 1.5g injectable l carnitine and 500mg mast P split over a couple different sites. I also took 8mg of ipamorelin and 1.5 mg CJC over 3 shots, precardio, before walk #1 and before walk #2

I injected 1g vitamin C + 5mg bcp-157 and 50mg copper peptide into my recently trained quads and triceps, I did the hamstrings earlier this week.

For breakfast I ate;

A cup + 1/4 cup of kangaroo mince + half a tbsp MCT oil, cayenne pepper and veg mix, after all that yohimbine I believe that extra quarter cup was pushing it, I really struggled to chew this 😭

Snack #1;
- Scoop of aminos
- Celery juice 1L

For lunch I ate;

-A cup of kangaroo mince + half a tbsp MCT oil + cayenne and middle eastern spice mix + veg mix

-Immune juice
the juice of two lemons + 2 TBSP raw honey 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper and a lot of ginger juice

For the two evening meals I ate the same meal split 9pm and 11pm;

[ Evening meal X 2
- half a frozen watermelon 🍉 @ 9pm and 11pm

- Rice Farina 60g, 1.5 scoops of whey, one serves of collagen from ATP science, 1 heaped tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and 10g glutamine ]

A fairly restful day besides family arguments lol, I love them though 😁

I plan to take 4iu prebed with 1-2mg of dsip

I injected 1g vitamin C + 5mg bcp-157 and 50mg copper peptide into my recently trained quads and triceps, I did the hamstrings earlier this week.

For breakfast I ate;

A cup + 1/4 cup of kangaroo mince + half a tbsp MCT oil, cayenne pepper and veg mix, after all that yohimbine I believe that extra quarter cup was pushing it, I really struggled to chew this 😭

Snack #1;
- Scoop of aminos
- Celery juice 1L

For lunch I ate;

-A cup of kangaroo mince + half a tbsp MCT oil + cayenne and middle eastern spice mix + veg mix

-Immune juice
the juice of two lemons + 2 TBSP raw honey 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper and a lot of ginger juice

For the two evening meals I ate the same meal split 9pm and 11pm;

[ Evening meal X 2
- half a frozen watermelon 🍉 @ 9pm and 11pm

- Rice Farina 60g, 1.5 scoops of whey, one serves of collagen from ATP science, 1 heaped tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and 10g glutamine ]

A fairly restful day besides family arguments lol, I love them though 😁

I plan to take 4iu prebed with 1-2mg of dsip

Today's update sunday rest day;

Started off with a late start, weighed in at 95.8kg I had a cheeky whey, fruit and cocoa snack last night, but weight still dropped regardless! 😭

Metabolism is cranking. Felt rundown however I opted for 25min of stairs this morning 🌅 20mg yohimbine precardio + coffee and 20mg of gw-0742

I went for two walks today totalling only 6k/10k steps but I am content I will just adjust my macros, sometimes when you feel fatigued less is more, no Pilates or sauna today just chilling

Over the day I had 200mg of 5amino1mq in my water, 1.5g injectable l carnitine and 500mg mast P split over a couple different sites. I also took 8mg of ipamorelin and 1.5 mg CJC over 3 shots, precardio, before walk #1 and before walk #2

btw why do you inject vitamin C? I'm looking back not clear. You can get all the vitamin C oral just take higher dose.
 
if you take it oral no need to inject it, seems overkill imo
I was doing 1g with every meal and injectable blew it out of the water, it allows me to have more room for other capsules like shilajit etc

Yes I've used injectable Aminos, total waste, I found injecting for me and for my clients just created more lumps and PIP issues/soreness for no reason, they work just as well orally @Connorflex

Ah that's disappointing, I guess I will just stick with what I know for this run test suspension and injectable carnitine, pretty hanging combo hopefully
 
Tuesday update!
100.5kg this AM, had a good sleep, I ran out of melatonin, I think it has been counterproductive.

Did 50min fasted cardio @ level 12 and trained abs in the AM

- 3 rounds of 20 reps crunches 8 full reps off the bench, rest 5 seconds, another 4 full reps, then 8 partials in the top range.

-2 rounds 20 of leg raises same principle off the bench, however the 8 partials where in the lengthened Range.

Then I booted my pre-workout lol, breakfast shortly after

Assited pull-up Hammerstrength:

Two warmup sets
40kg assist *9 to failure pronated wide grip
40kg assist *9 to failure pronated wide grip

Tempo 2/1/1/1, emphasising the teres major, wide Elbow and a tucked pelvis and flared ribcage.
With the purpose of maximising shoulder abduction in the stretch.

Underhand single arm row Hammerstrength:

Line Up the body with a slight lean "Sam style" as seen on his IG and control the weight while allowing the elbow to track down then out forward in the eccentric, followed by "dragging" the elbows down and towards the spine at the end range.

Really grinding through the last reps. Rest pause set extension is in use here 10seconds rest, then go again.

Full range preacher curls with a slight elbow flare of maybe 5°. Last set I come shy of full range the last two reps. We are employing a 10 second rest pause here. Form is improving with full range so no personal records here.

Last two reps a Pr this is a very niche movement and involves almost rotating into the machine using your legs to get the correct seat angle, I Focus on tempo here with a 2/1/2/1 tempo and control of the weight.

I know it looks like I only did 7700 steps today but I took the watch off in the gym 🫡

180mcg ace-031 2mg of ipamorelin and 1mg CJC pre-workout, I used CJC and ipamorelin twice before today, I caught up on some missed shots and shot the last of my primo 300mg of E, 500mg of mast P and 80mg of test E. I used 4iu of Lantus IV before my first working set of pull-ups.

Just woke up at 1pm sleep was rough, I will lower my caffeine intake in the PM from two scoops to one scoop of pre and drop tesofensine entirely.

40mg GW-0742, 10mg yohimbine , 4 shots espresso and 100mg empaglaflozin

-1 scoop of ghost electrolytes intra cardio and precardio, 50mg of 5amino1mq in my water.

-I completed 30min of stairs at level 12

-Prepare some food then head to the needle bin

Good notes on focusing on getting a good contraction
Every rep and contraction is an opportunity, maybe one-day I will carve a path for my family in bodybuilding and fitness, so every rep is more than muscle it's financial. I can't go into it in depth on Evo but there is a desperation I feel to get out of this situation, family always renting, always living well by week.

Today I photographed the following meals, post workout and dinner #1

Post workout:
60g creatine, 1.5 scoops chocolate cream of rice and 2 scoops honeycomb whey, 10g glutamine, 2g magnesium, a tbsp cocoa powder and cinnamon, topped with 6 prunes

Dinner #1:
leftover chicken breast, 150g coleslaw and kale, a cup of kangaroo mince and two slices of miche sourdough, with cinnamon and a tsp EPA oil

I have yet to record all the meals tonight but the total will be 3800cal and 400g Protein, 400g Carbs and 55g Fat

My intra was 1 scoop EAAs, 10g creatine and 40g carbs. I used 4iu Lantus IV pre-workout and 2iu hgh pre-workout and precardio. Normal peptides ace-031, BCP, KPV, ss-31, ipamorelin and cjc-1295 in play 💪🏾🥇 🍎

I am looking into incorporating activated charcoal for detox purposes as well! I use shilajit from switch which may help with detox but who knows the potency or what is "good" shilajit.

I am researching akkermansia municipals strain of probiotics, it looks promising, L-reuteri as well has some heart benefits. Definitely long-term I want a bulletproofed gut for perfect vacuums.

I have seen some stuff on probiotics for mental health as well, potentially treating GABA deficiency, which may help offset the sleep issues that come with high dose steroids 🙌🏾 , I guess the answer is just do what I can when money is tight 🥇✊🏾

I just used a full vial of Copper peptide 50mg, KPV 5mg and bcp-157 10mg in my right quad, suffice to say it's very sore, I used 1.5g of vitamin C water to reconstitute and 100mg of glutathione.

As I type I have a frozen bag of peas sitting on my sore quad, the pendulum pr was very rough, I barely got the rerack and the set was very harsh on my knees... But worth it! 2.5kg and 3 reps extra! 😳

Cheers brother, hopefully soon when I get some more work the variety of food and quality of the log will improve. Kind of strugling ATM but that is alright 🔱 🤝 🔝
