Hi Everyone.

I hope everyone is doing well. Thank you @gearhead for the warm welcome message and for providing me with the details on how to write a cycle log.

About me:

I am from India and I am currently living in Australia. I have been training on and off for 10 years. I have been very consistent in the last 4 years. I started with PEDs in 2022. I did a dirty bulk last summer, in which I got up to 96 Kilos (25% BF). I later reduced it to 78 Kilos (below 15% body fat).

I was cruising on low doses in India till the end of May 2024, before I had to move to Australia. I have been off PEDs for 3 months and decided to start back again.

Current Cycle:

Monday- 0.5 ml Test E 125 mg + 0.5 ml Mast E 100 mg
Thursday - 0.5 ml Test E 125 mg + 0.5 ml Mast E 100 mg

1 iu HGH in the morning after waking up
1 iu HGH at night before bed (3 hours after last meal)

All PEDs are purchased from @Raptor Labs

Ancillaries:

L Carnitine - 1500 mg morning and night after food
Vitamin D - 1000 IU morning and night after meal
Bio Magnesium tablets - 450 mg morning and night
Omega 3 - 2000 mg morning and night
Multiviamin - Morning

Diet

Meal 1: 4 whole eggs 1 scoop of whey
Meal 2: 100 grams of rice and 200 grams of chicken breast with some veggies
Meal 3 100 grams of rice and 200 grams of chicken breast with some veggies
Meal 4 100 grams of rice and 200 grams of chicken breast with some veggies
Meal 5: 100 grams of mixed frozen berries, 100 grams of yogurt, 150 ml of milk, and 1 scoop of Whey.

Workout:

Day 1

Incline bench - 80 kg 4 x 10
Machine Fly - 60 kg 4x10
Overhead press - 50 kg 3x10 super set with
Barbell rows - 60 kg 3x10
Lateral Raises - 10 kg 3x12

Day 2

Squat - 140 kg 4x8
Split Squat - 60 kg 3x10
Leg extension - 60 kg 3x12
Calf raises - 40 kg 3x12

Day 3 - GPP

BB Skull crushers - 35 kg 4x12
BB Preacher curls - 25 kg 4x12
DB Single arm over tricep extension - 15 kgs 3x12
DB Hammer curls 15 kgs 3x12
Cable crunches 60 kg 3x12

Day 4 - Rest

Day 5

Pull-ups AMRAP
Wide-grip lat pulldown - 60 kg 4x12
Seated cable rows - 60 kg 4x12
Flat DB benchpress - 40 kgs 3x12 Super set with
Seated DB reverse flies - 6 kg 3x12

how about organ liver support like n2guard/

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good, the foods you have now are too generic and you're going to need to change them up, will be difficult meal in and out but possible,
you doing meal prep?
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Thanks bro. Yes, I really agree with it, Raptor is a great person and he really helped me with this order.

Thanks for the help @Abolone, I would really love to take advice from people more experienced than me and ready share their knowledge and insights.

In India, we have plenty of gear but the quality is not that great always. We can get Test E from pharmacy without a prescription pretty much everywhere. Pharma Test is amazing! UGL gear in India is a hit or miss. Mostly all labs use ethyl oleate. No HPLC third party testing and a lot of counterfeits.

I dont use Aromasin anymore but like to control my E2 using a secondary compoud like Masteron, Primo or Boldenone. It gives more anabolism and I learned is a safer alternative to aromasin. I saw it in Vigrous Steve's video, where he describes why not to use an AI unless absolutely necessary. I would run some blood tests next month to see where my blood markers are in 3 weeks. Then decide to add in AI or probably more Masteron in case estrogen is high.

I do have a little Gyno, but that is not from the steroid use. I was a very fat kid till high school and even after getting lean in college I had Gyno.

The below picturr is after first weight loss in high school mostly from home workouts, pushups, pullups, crunches, a lot of stretching and running. Around 75 kilos here.

I will post videos of my most intense sets, pictures of my diet and progress with pictures consistently here.

I will start logging my diet, i used to do that but I have been not getting time because of work. I also log my weights and RPE to see where my strength is at. My PR lifts are

190 kg Squat
120 Kg bench
220 kg dead

This was last year during my bulk and numbers would be - 10kg each lift now.

@Shrine The Masteron is doing its job, 2 weeks in and I feel great and definitely the gear is working.

@zedhed I hope the same, I dont know what to expect in result, if I keep using 2 IUs for probably 6 months daily.

@caligirl85 So far so good, I will definitely tell you in a few months.

@Npcclassicphysique champ Sure, I will capture them tonight and share. I will also share some meal pics I have clicked yesterday and today. I did capture the omega, magnesium, vit d, and multivitamin this morning with my breakfast.
 
Breakfast - 50 grams oats, 50 grams berries, 4 whole eggs 1 scoop whey, that glass of water has l carnitine and 3 grams of creatine

Chicken breast 250 grams plus uncooked (got slightly burnt as I got busy working)

100 grams of mixed microwaved frozen vegies

Dinner meal 2 - (meal 5 top left side, I have it 1 hour after dinner)
150 ml yogurt
200 ml milk
50 gram berries
1 scoop whey

I use Professional Whey - WPC vanila flavour. I feel its a good protein and locally made. I dont fancy buying ON or other famous brands, if the protein quality is good, its G2G.

I did use Emrald labs and I really didnt like it.

avocado nuts and fish oil you can slowly add a bit
 
I am having 2grams of fish oil in the morning and 2 grams at night after dinner. But, I will try to add more fats, I will add avocados & nuts.
2 grams isnt much at all, 1 tbps is around 14 grams of fish oil for reference @Brotien

Glad to see your prioritize your workouts around Squat, Bench, and deadlift. You will grow really fast keeping that program.
Thank you, I did remove that for like 6 months and actually lost my strength and considerable size as well. I realized SBD is my way to go.

Okay, so like 7 capsules of fish oil ik the morning and 7 at night? As each capsule has 1 gram of fish oil
@Brotien 7caps thats fine but i would split 5 am 5 noon 5night to balance :)
 
Update:

4 weeks are over and I am into my 5th week. I have gained some weight, seems most of it is water and some maybe muscle. I look fuller, and my lifts are improving in the same rep ranges. Definitely the PEDs are doing its job. I am holding some water, no edema, but my cheeks and face looks a little swollen. I am not sure if its the 2 IU HGH (its my first time) or the amount of carbs I have suddenly started ingesting, or both.

The pump is insane and I have to take longer rest time to hit my next set, especially the lower back pumps during deadlift.

Current weight: 88 KG

@Brotien the swelling you're talking about is likely HGH related but normal
you look MUCH better leaner and BIGGER wow impressive gains :)

how about your training and diet? can you share some training with us
 
Looking good man. The water retention is going to be a combination of all those things. The HGH is probably less of a factor now as it usually only takes a few weeks to work through that.
 
I like to use coconut yogurt
