I woke up at 12:30 today, 99.9kg. I am starting the day hydrating using ghost hydration two scoops, I am on the laptop. about to grab a coffee and try and figure out what is happening with my shares. I have some shares that are giving an error meessage on my trading platform...

The reason this comes up is in Australia gw501516 is the same schedule as cocaine I believe, versus gw-0742 is completely unscheduled so it's just a legality thing, think designer drugs

I have just rested the last two days and caught up on sleep 😴😴😴 definitely in a slight surplus but we will just reset and keep on keeping on, I definitely need to flip the mindset of instead of more than 30minutes cardio and 10k steps just the consistency of the above and try not to train more than two days in a row, with the intensity and aggression I am bringing to these sessions I will burn out doing this much volume...

I tried PEA today a CBD alternative... I like it, seems more affordable and less sedative. More of an anti-inflammatory... Going forward I look to drop down to one scoop of pre-workout not two and introduce the test suspension that Popeye sent.

Meal 3 of 4 below, cycle layout is .25ml test 300 subq on training days and 5ml mast P on training days... I will probably need an AI when I introduce the test suspension but we will solve that problem as we go! 4iu hgh as well and 10mg yohimbine precardio

I don't know man I think there must be some sort of adaptation to gw-0742, only thing I noticed is it acts as a bit like anti vitamin D a vitamin D antagonist.

Good old 30min stairs and Pilates, 2iu hgh precardio and the yohimbine as usual... Tried picamilon last night, very nice, relaxing like alcohol. overdid the restavit however and slept in till 11am.
I haven't drank in years so picamilon feels like a nice replacement, I tried phenibut and kava in the past but those didn't sit well for daily use for me. This picamilon and CBD combo or picamilon and PEA is right around my level of enjoyment.

Call me boring but I will rest again today, I am feeling shattered from the legs session still, my quad is still inflamed. I am at 7.5k steps which is nice for a change... I may do some Pilates again and sauna tonight.

Okay catching up on yesterday I woke up at 101kg and rested, I completed cardio fasted with hgh and completed 11k steps, I didn't track calories accurately as I ate an extra meal at 1am I ate 300g of carbs and protein prebed and 66g of fat however.

Below is some supplements I bought from chemist warehouse, I really rate the berberine it digested better than other brands. My dinner is pictured below 👇🏽 aka meal 5

Cream of rice 1+1/3rd scoop (reducing cream of rice) + 1.5 scoops whey ( a tad too much ) 10g glutamine and 50g creatine

Intra 40g HBCD and 20g dextrose 25g EAAs 2g potassium, I initially started with 50g carbs but needed to top up mid session as I went hypoglycemic, I am not used to training with only two meals in me and 5iu slin

Post workout
Cream of rice 1+1/3rd scoop + 2 scoops whey 10g glutamine and 50g creatine, that's more like it! 4 prunes also, digested a treat. 70c 65p 5f

Meal 4
Burnt chicken breast and 3 slices of rye and half a tbsp of fish oil and some veg 60p 50c 15f

450g blueberries 50g of creatine, 50-80g cocoa powder 2 scoops whey and 5 tablespoons Melrose MCT chocolate mix, I made some kind of weird snack here don't judge me: macros 60p 70c 15f

Veggie pack cooked, two carrots cooked, chicken breast cooked and 4 slices of rye. One generous tablespoon of oil 60p 60c 20f

You can hear the intensity in my note taxing, when I enter the gym I just have this crazy aggression, people mistake it for something personal but I just love the atmosphere I feel free I feel in control ☮️🕊️.

Last exercise I felt a gut feeling (I call it the holy spirit ✝️ telling me to go for 80kg) I did a different machine week before so I didn't have a reference, I went as heavy as 75 for sloppy 7 I believe... So I setup and guess what? The machine goes to 79.6kg because it's in lbs so I add the 400g gympin and I demolish a PR set of 8 reps @ 80

What's the purpose of taking 150 grams creatine per day? Seems extremely excessive.
Honestly it is now I am going to drop it, I was a bit backed up the last few weeks but now I feel it's gone the other direction and I am just doing it out of routine. I do feel 20g 30g had additional benefits however, I will drop to 30

Yeah ok. I think the last time I took creatine was about 30 years ago and I had massive diarrhea from too much. I think I took like 15 grams at once.

@Connorflex you're intense and looking really good, ripped and strong :) clear fact that you're making some amazing gains and getting lean

I am doing a refeed tonight with low fats, partially because it's convenient schedule wise and partially because I need to bring up my back over my legs, 🦵🏽 cheeky 10mg var pre-workout.

Post workout meal was cream of rice as normal, but I am doing almost a skip load style cheatmeal, rye rice cakes, honey and apples 8k ish steps today so we will just skip the HGH and let the blood sugar normalise overnight... My shares still haven't come in Soo money is literally 0 😂 oh well ❤️‍🩹
 
How bad do your blood sugars get?
I go hypo easily if I train early in the day, it feels like I am chasing my tail trying to keep blood sugar up... I don't test, I use berberine and empaglaflozin and retartutide it will be low.

Bros don't use activated charcoal too often

Funnily enough they only became a strong point when I started the gym, I fell in love with Tom platz leg training and they responded really well... So I have mostly maintained them recently. I am looking to bring up my calves, glutes, hams and my teardrop however to balance the leg .

We cleaned a lot today and sorted out some debts so I have a weight off my shoulders. Not much activity just walking, only took 2ml mast P today.

Lantus has a 36 hour half-life subq, over 24 hours Intramuscular and a 30min half-life IV, for starters No second peak itjust goes from 100% dose in the blood and starts degrading down 90% 80% 70%, insulin normally forms an unusual IM or subq depot which causes the dreaded second peak hypo. Secondly Insulin Glargine aka lantus has the greatest bimmding affinitity for the IGF1 reeptor, followed by Humalog, it is the most anabolic insulin per IU, however Glargine subq is a basal insulin, not appropriate for use around training. So I kill two birds with one stone.
 
What's your weekly dosages of each steroid? It seems you're doing ultra high dosing. I see you did 7ml of Masteron before a training day? Please let us know your dosages.
Yep ultra high.

mast is mostly all of it it at the moment, this week by memory I took 10mg Anavar on one training day, only oral in a few weeks.

7ml mast today 5 yesterday and on most rest days 0ml of mast, so it's been usually 4-5ml mast P 4-5x a week I recently started doing 7ml when I can handle the shots. This is very cheap for me to source I get a good deal on mast P 100mg/ml

As for test initially it was actually .3ml subq 5x a week however I got a gyno flare up and I have cut back to .25ml 3 X a week of test 300 E

And for the primo I ran out at the same time I started this log. And since I cut it out my estrogen control has been bad. I definitely am looking into using arimidex soon,

Ideally if I stay healthy I will find some more money to either buy an aromitase inhibitor or @popeye2.0 may choose to donate some for the log, it's up to him. If I end up not being able to source any for the time being I will switch to test suspension 80-100mg pre-workout when it arrives as my weekly test dose, so 400mg a week and I will have to be diligent not to skip the mast dose and do 5ml everyday.

If I do end up getting arimidex in time I would like to run 100mg test suspension pre-workout layered with an additional 300-500mg testosterone so weekly 800-1000mg

Peak AAS dose in a perfect world: 1000 test 3500mast (5ml x7) so 4.5g weekly

Right now it looks like: 2500mg mast P 250mg test E and sensitive nips from ipamorelin plus the occasional bi-monthly 10-20mg Anavar

Slept poorly I am starting a new job in a fortnight and my dad is pissed I am staying rent free , got into a fight with him last night, I threw a pillow but no punches. I am going to put this log on hold until Popeye's package comes, my head hurts and my hand is swollen I am sleep deprived and emotionally worn out, the middle finger is a tad bruised this morning.

I am looking into the crisis payment on Centrelink but it asks for an address and yeah... I don't want them checking my mail.

I will update the log later the last two nights sleep where poor only this morning 3:30am-10:30 a somewhat normal sleep. My body is not hurting Soo much... Hand is still tender but we had a good push session, I maxed out a machine almost maxxing a few machines...

If anyone has any advice for income support payments or services for those in need please message me, I need to find accommodation soon.
Hopefully my NDIS application clears and I can start my job locally and sign the contract... It's been a month no change.

My final meals tonight, shooting for a slight deficit 400cals probably 400c 400p and 55f by the end of the night, meal 5 is the one with kale I am only having 5 tonight l, haven't eaten it yet... Weight is 103kg appetite is high due to stress bug that is okay we will get out life 🧬 together with God's help

My final meals tonight, shooting for a slight deficit 400cals probably 400c 400p and 55f by the end of the night, meal 5 is the one with kale I am only having 5 tonight l, haven't eaten it yet... Weight is 103kg appetite is high due to stress bug that is okay we will get out life 🧬 together with God's help

In regards to popeye I'm still giving him a chance I see potential in his ideas for this log, he explained how he brews his test suspension and I see it's very unique... His hgh cartridges as well I was excited to try.

Most logs people get a couple bottles of gear so to me a bottle of mast is just half a week's worth so for me novel stuff like test suspension, HGH and mgf IGF is what is exciting.

If it ends up not working out at least members can see a decent training log and potential sponsors see a diligent logger willing to give his all.

Yes sorry I forgot to mention NDIS and stuff like that and income support payments that's all Aussie info not relevant to US, NDIS is an insurance type thing for covering companies and individuals when working with people with disabilities.

For me it's desirable because it strengthens my résume and it complements my personal training certification. I had some local work lined up that had big potential for upwards growth in a fancy private aged care centre. Hopefully maybe I can pay off my debt to my parents, heal the relationship and begin working locally. If not I would like to stay close to my gym, it has a lot of Watson, prime, Cybex and Atlantis pieces in addition to the normal hammer strength and life fitness equipment.
