I have put this shit everywhere even the calf once never had a issue either carrier peg or meg
Yeah I have sited my calves quite a bit, mostly injectable ATP and Ghk cu. I did my inner quads the most though. I will aim to bring up my calves as they are definitely lagging behind quads.
 
Try say if you do chest and tri. Inject the test suspension 0.5ml ea pec and mgf ea tri or vice versa. The carrier works off inflammation. Just do it you'll see what I mean and trust me you will be Abel train with eeze I have done this same has @Pigsy there is no pip to this suspension its pure devine

Rest day adventures!

I went for a shop before breakfast and took 2iu hgh and a coffee beforehand.

Breakfast was a cup and a half of kangaroo and veggie mix, a teaspoon of MCT and finally a slice of rye bread.

The supplement store showed me some new goods they where bringing in future, some DMAA pre-workouts and affordable shilajit.

No cardio in the PM and a complete rest day today just steps, it's my sister's birthday 🎂🎉 yesterday however 30min fasted before work and the volume is actually less than usual, I did only 3 sets of direct work for delts and triceps.

Woke up 102.8kg weight is up but I am leaner than the deload when I went above 103.5kg.

Started the day walking the dog this Sunday and then 30min stairs, pre walk we did 20mg yohimbine, a scoop of pre, 1ml l carnitine, 150mcg of glucagon over 8 shots subq with 0.85ml b vitamins complex, 2.5mg ipam and 2iu IV.

Cardio over ate breakfast at church 10:15am

Meal 1:
1.5 cups kangaroo , handful of veg and teaspoon of MCT

Okay super tough night sleep, had the runs and stomach pain, 🤕 I am super sensitive stomach always have been since a kid, I had severe acid reflux etc and a fatty liver that is almost fully reversed from young.

For context 20mg of Anavar is enough for me to have stomach pain the next day, so start of this week I used 50mg test base per side and then I tried 75mg, turns out PEG is a laxative, so I was suffering diarrhoea and random bowel movements the last two days, severe stomach pain. I am sure the inflammatory nature of peg is growing my delts and pecs but I realise with my fatty liver not 100% reversed I can't use nearly as much as say @Pigsy can, now I am lucky enough to be responding well to Popeye's hgh and l carnitine so I will run 6-8iu and 3-4ml a day and that will definitely contribute to my results irrespective of less pre-workout test base.

Once my stomach has settled I will limit myself to 80-100mg test base on my weakest body parts ONCE a week. I had to take the day off work due to the nausea and working in aged care it's not good if you shown signs of being sick.

I took 1000mg tudca just then at 9am and I will keep spamming tudca, NAC and glutathione until my ast and alt is in range. I will start with 9ml glutathione today and do a maintenance dose of 3ml on training days and 6 on off days. I am looking to get some Diisopropylamine diicholoroacetate and milk thistle for my liver also as well as the NAC I already use.

Popeye has done nothing wrong as peg is used often in medicine and the poison hotline said that 4ml every 4 hours is the toxic dose, which would be equivalent to over 2 bottles of his peg base. I will try and sort something out maybe send the unopened bottles back? As I definitely don't need the temptation.
 
Okay I talked to a friend in America and there is an even more logical way of dosing @popeye2.0 test base, microdosing daily pre-workout over a couple body parts so logically; 20mg a day 5x a week, that should be reasonably tolerable and then use Ghk cu post workout alongside either IGF or MGF and increase my organ support supplements heaps.
 
Why are using 500mcg of igf-1 per shot? Anything over 100mcg is abuse. This will destroy your gut.

I went back and re-read and u did another shot of igf-1 for a total of 1000mcg in one day. WTF?
Bro have you seen the medical doses? Increlex is dosed .04 to .12mg per kilogram I don't think you realise what actually goes on to get to the ifbb or Olympia. I am not saying everything is optimal or right but it's not necessarily abuse if you don't get side effects vs 40mg of Anavar for me is personally abuse especially if liver enzymes are already high

Honestly the IGF hasn't been a problem: only stuff giving me side effects has been the orals and test suspension and honestly those are not really the bread and butter of bodybuilding anyways

Quick update; last two days have been difficult yet uneventful, I started my first solo shifts at the old persons home and it is mentally draining, dementia, random weirdness and protocols I am not aware of, however it can be fulfilling and the pay is reasonable.

On Monday I did 30min cardio and went to work and ate a high carb cheat meal in the evening as I was stressed and today Tuesday I did no Cardio as I woke up late due to a poor sleep on Monday.

My meals at work today where:
(I didn't take photos because I was flat out)

10am
Breakfast cup and a quarter of roo, teaspoon MCT and half a veg pack

12 or 1pm
Cup and a quarter of roo, teaspoon MCT and half a veg pack

4pm
Cream of rice 60g, 50g of whey and 4 prunes

6:30 4slices.rye 2 with honey, half a tbsp EPA oil, full veg pack and cup and a half of roo + cayenne and Celtic sea salt.

Dinner? Idk yet we will see.

I started supplementing with berberine 2-3g a day and tudca 2g a day and NAC 2g a day. I have taken 3ml+ of glutathione the last 3 nights and tonight I took 3ml of vitamin C.

My cycle is 3-4ml of Popeye's l carnitine (2g) 🌿
300mg test E (sassy)
2.5mg ipam first thing AM
2.5iu Popeye's hgh 3x day
IV fasted, IV before evening walk and prebed IM

I took a bottle of Popeye's peg mgf 🌿
over the course of yesterday and my rear delts are recovering quickly from the inflammation and Training, I hope to potentially hit them on Thursday.

Plan is wake up early and grind out work tomorrow and try and get my first leg session in for this training block tomorrow evening. Popeye's been gracious and is restructuring the cycle with me to accommodate for what compounds I respond to. No doubt his test base is banging but just like deca it doesn't suit me personally.

His peptides l carnitine and HGH is all side effect free, I switched from sparky's hgh to his and honestly I hold less water. Up until that point sparky's hgh was the best I had tried.

Health Peptides have become a pet interest for me and I believe they can be game changing for health. I use 5amino1mq as often as possible however I personally was just sick of paying premiumsupps for such a small amount 1.5g

so I bought 10g of the raws and If I can grow a pair and ask Popeye for brewing knowledge maybe I can get it in a decent solution if it wants to hold lol.

Who's someone good to msg get it removed I was trying to go for a VIP but I need a few more serious loggers as I have been established for so many years I don't see why I would give away more free product I don't mind helping and sponsoring those I can help such as Connor himself I'm glad to help him where ever I can and in such short time he's become a good friend that's what I'm more all about so if I'm next to get anyone else who's serious about logging I also would more see it in helping them in there bodybuilding endeavor rather than my anabolic antics to sell more product.

I appreciate you popeye, this log has been an awesome opportunity and brought a lot of joy and purpose into my life beyond the daily grind. Its a shame popeye is under soo much scrutiny despite the quality of his products, after starting this log I have come to prefer his hgh over sparky's now changing my hgh source and allowing me to go above my previous cap of 6iu. not to mention I expiremented with using l carnitine prebed and postworkout due to the smoothness of popeyes l-carnitine, the premiumsupps l carnitine is just too thick and causes too much PIP to take before a dinner meal or prebed. Even his BCAAs where addictively tasty to the point I would dry scoop it just for the taste :LOL:.

As for the IGF... I don't really know what to say I have always tried pushing the envelope, when I was going through ICB clinic at the start of my trt journey I went above the prescribed 100mcg and I saw great results, but I also saw diminishing returns and I would say LR3 is very similar to mdma chasing that first 10-30 shots experience the next 30-100+ shots will require a steep dosage increase, I remember the pumps on 80 being ludicrous the first time I tried IGF, now I can take 7iu lantus IV and 500mcg IGF pre and post and don't get me wrong the pumps are brutal, but if you asked is this 6x the results you initially got? I would say no its probably 1.5x? 2x?? maybe even 3x? I don't know all my sessions are ludicrous pumps and I haven't trained without insulin in months.
 
As for the abuse thing... I don't get any side effects on IGF. so what am I abusing? you can say I don't know if I am causing damage, true. but I do feel the damage when I run orals high or get inflammed on cycle, those sides are real.

Yesterday was rough accumulated a lot of steps aand witnessed some pretty mental dementia episodes, I was fuelled by yohimbine and espresso all day and felt my body was gonna overheat.

I finished the day with stretching well needed, I took 4 shots of l carnitine and 10iu from Popeye, no Edema

I use a crappy android for the photos what do you want me to do? If you scroll up on the log it says kangaroo mince 1.5 cups those are measuring cups and this is cooked volume not uncooked so it's heavier, kangaroo comes in a kilogram of mince bag

Every kilo of kangaroo = 210g protein, 19.5g fat and 0 carbs. If a cooked kilo = 4.5 to 4.83333... metric cups worth of kangaroo and I am eating 3 meals of 1.5 cups at work for example I am just under 200g not to mention the veg plus EAAs will push it above 210g

Yeah man it's made from the tail, the government has a PDF actually on the nutrition compared to beef and it's better in every measurement, only thing less is fat and arachidonic acid. Very high in CLA and EPA. All kangaroos are grass fed also, by their nature

Milos style is high slin and pump training right? And what do most guys love? Heavy ass iron and high androgens low insulin. So I believe the issues are guys actually going off plan and taking a little bit of this a little of that, maybe they have some injectable superdrol they are using twice a week, and they do that for their whole offseason, let's say they switch to prep and Milos wants to front load anadrol in the cycle to suppress appetite etc well they have been secretly using superdrol 2* a week for 8 weeks for example, but who would say no to more gear right? "Yes coach" 💪🏽 and that is the issue 85% of the time

I mean at the end of the day that's your personal beliefs, objectively insulin is safe in 10iu or less per day, BUT only if you don't go hypoglycemic, so I believe the issue is most people take too much and too often.

I started with 1iu with 30g carbs my first time then 2 then 3 with 30g and now when dieting I don't risk 1iu per 10g I prefer 12g carbs or more per IU and eat less carbs when insulin isn't active.

Also most people eat bad so blood sugar looks like a rollercoaster anyways, I got my fasted blood sugar tested at work yesterday after coffee and Yohimbine, 4.4 in Aus measures or 80~ in US measurements

My fast blood sugar is about 4.5 as well I'm eating pretty clean and high carbs taking 10iu of basil and 10iu of rapid no dramas so far.
I think it's more punishing if your not dialed in.

I would want to see your fasting BG after no basal insulin for a few days because the basal insulin is skewing the readings
 
Today's diet training and cardio:

My week was very high steps due to the active cleaning job, I have dropped 3kg then stabilised at 1.8kg loss today. Today is Saturday evening.

Started the day with 30min am cardio on the stairs

Followed by:

3 sets of 8 crunches off the bench

2 sets of band woodchops 12 & 12

2 sets of leg raises on a mat 12 + 8

4 rounds of vacuums

Breakfast 1+1/4 cup kangaroo+ cayenne pepper veg and MCT teaspoon (pictured 👇🏽)

Pre workout meal: cream of rice 60g brown rice variant, 1.5 scoops of whey hydrolysed + cinnamon

Intra 60g HBCD + 20g aminos, 2g potassium + 2g Celtic salt and 10g creatine ( next time no salt)
7iu Lantus IV

Post workout meal: cream of rice 60g brown rice variant, 2 scoops of whey hydrolysed + cinnamon
10g glutamine, 10g creatine and 100g blueberries
5iu Lantus IV postprandial, blood glucose was 5.8 10min after the post workout meal

About to go for a walk and eat meal 4:
1.5cups roo, veggies 200g a teaspoon EPA and 2 large slices of wholemeal sourdough + cayenne

Meal 5 will be the last meal and identical to above and maybe one scoop aminos prebed again

change of plan, my body was shuttling carbs well from igf, I dropped the fats with meal 4 and 5, swapped meaal 5 for blueberries and high protein yohurt and had a tonne of rye and honey, end of day macros 750c 400p 33f

I disagree politely, I believe it depends on a lot more than just how much insulin you take. I also utilise a lot of insulin sensitivity ancillaries all year round. However I agree with the heart of your message, drug abuse is bad and unnecessary often.
 
I will do my best to honour Evo with this log, but please let's be civil just because we disagree with how and when is a reasonable time to deploy a Ped doesn't mean the other person is an idiot for example, worst case scenario their idea is a poor idea. Over the weekend I used 750mcg of ace-031 and 2mg of IGFlr3 split pre and post, I am running slin pre-workout also with 10iu hgh over the day and a dash of ipamorelin in the morning. Oils for now until I receive a shipment from Popeye is 1ml test E 300 and 1-2mg arimidex a say. I am running 4 ml of Popeye's l carnitine a day but I just ran out.

Fat burners, 500mcg of glucagon and 10-20mg yohimbine fasted everyday, 500mcg tesofensine for appetite suppression and gw 20-40mg and 5amino1mq 100mg a day

I definitely favour a HIIT approach especially as my calories come down 👇🏽. However this week I have been almost doing a hybrid approach as I am doing slightly higher volume on isolation exercises and less on compounds due to the CNS fatigue this new job brings
