Appreciate that bro!! Starting next week I’m switching gyms to train with IFBB coach and a few of his clients to get a gauge on what I need to improve on before hitting the stage :) fun times

Honestly brother from my experience my coach backed my volume way down and now he gets upset at me, because him backing my volume down has made me really strong 😂 I hit a 315lb single on decline bench, he said that is great, don't do that again you risk injury 😂

Most people don't count it because it's decline 😂 weird thing is haven't really trained to hit 315, I just walked in one day and everything kept going up for reps, so I said I have 2 lol, only took till 36 years old but I will take it lol. I appreciate the kind words brother 🙏

Thanks broski! Finally getting where I want to be at it’s quite motivating! I’ve been questioning whether to commit to a final bulk or try to maingain what I have until a contest prep, any thoughts ?

It would look very good if you did a lean bulk with the cycle you said in your first post, 600 mg test and 400 mg tren. I think you should continue to get the rest of the mass for your contest. You look incredible now, it's all up to want you want for yourself.

You make a fair point brother! Once I finish this mini cut I’ll see where my markers are at and if I can afford “health wise” to jump straight into a bulk :)

If you do, I would like to see the results of you trying 1-Testosterone Cypionate (DHB). It is for sale at PSL and I would like to try it in my upcoming bulk.

I”m always open to opinions on cycles and training / diet regiments, the beauty of bodybuilding is you can always learn something new no matter how long you have been doing it.

IGF LR3 with HGH is where I’m really leaning into. Insulin has also crossed my mind but not sure about that one yet.

You could try that, start with 3-4 iu a day. It would be cool to see DHB used here, because I rarely hear of anybody using it, but from what I have, it's great.

I would NOT bulk, you're big enough already iron brother @Losiol :D
I would light recomp and start cutting now but in a recomp way slowly as you get into the show cut

That’s mostly where my head is at right now as well
 
I think so, as it will speed up recovery since you'll be deficiting, it'll boost metabolism, and also help build some muscle mass so id say so
I would save gh for a bulk with insulin and igf-1 if I were you.
Thanks for the input fellas, if I don’t bulk now than it’ll be a ways away so I have some time to save up enough cash for a proper cycle than 😅

You can use hgh on a recomp but the water retention maybe not the best way.

I’ll be competing in classic, also the coach I’ve been talking with also thinks it’ll be the right move.

Burning fat at an incredible speed, haven’t been this dialed in for a while. Energy still decently high lower volume training really is doing great for my goals at the moment. Probably in about 7lbs I’ll be close to single digit body fat starting to see prominent striations in glutes and upper body, midsection still needs quite a bit of work but at this pace shouldn’t be an issue.

Yeah I’m trying to pace myself with the cardio when things stall out I’ll start adding more time, for now mostly everything is controlled through strict diet.

Honestly when I do cardio regularly I feel a thousand times better!
@Losiol everyone bulking or cutting or recomp should be doing cardio IMO its a must :D so you feeling proper
