5 meals deep so far this Monday a work and rest day.
Three identical meals at work:
A cup and a half of kangaroo, one teaspoon MCT oil, 100g veg, 500mg tudca and cayenne pepper.
At home, 62g carbs from brown cream of rice, a teaspoon of cinnamon and Stevia, a punnet of blueberries and two scoops of whey as a dessert bowl.
Meal 5 seconds last meal, a cup and a half of roo, a teaspoon EPA oil, 3 slices of miche sourdough bread, 300g veg mix stir fried, seasoned with salt, pepper, cinnamon and cayenne.
Final meal... I dunno yet tbh
