Approved Log Testosterone suspension, IGF-MGF and oils cycle Log

5 meals deep so far this Monday a work and rest day.

Three identical meals at work:
A cup and a half of kangaroo, one teaspoon MCT oil, 100g veg, 500mg tudca and cayenne pepper.

At home, 62g carbs from brown cream of rice, a teaspoon of cinnamon and Stevia, a punnet of blueberries and two scoops of whey as a dessert bowl.

Meal 5 seconds last meal, a cup and a half of roo, a teaspoon EPA oil, 3 slices of miche sourdough bread, 300g veg mix stir fried, seasoned with salt, pepper, cinnamon and cayenne.

Final meal... I dunno yet tbh

I come bearing gifts, my hematocrit is tanked, my CRP is down from 9 in March and 6 in June to 3 now. Ast and alt is elevated but at the time I was running orals and my alt and ast was 113 + 111 when I started this cycle so a 30-40 point jump.

Thanks for posting the blood work. It is a good reminder of why we need to get them. You might feel great on cycle but need to know what is actually going on inside.
 
I cant see how you can even get any sleep on 6 grams of steroids per week on top of 1mg IGF-1 LR3, and 10IU HGH every day not to mention the other stuff you take. Your taking much more than the late Monstro took and you look like an average gym rat.
He looks better than the average gym rat, maybe you don't agree with what he's doing. Sometimes we all need to look in the mirror. Most of us ain't as good as we think

A gym rat is a lot bigger and better than the average gym goer. I guess that must be something you aussies lose in translation. The whole point is he is using more than anyone on here and he is average at best to the steroid users. I wouldn't be surprised if he was dead in a year or less at the rate he is abusing.
 
Here in Australia a gym rat. Is one that comes to the gym and looks like they never train. So maybe in the US your standards are lower
Actually the standards are higher.
A gym rat in the US is someone who spends all their time in the gym and goes 7 days per week. They are addicted to the gym. So I guess it's completely opposite in your country.

Well it shows me a couple things, this whole methylene blue hype train is overrated if you are susceptible to anaemia, my CRP can improve on high dose cycles given I do my cardio stay lean and employ ancillaries. And finally the liver is still a recurring issue and I cannot ignore it

For starters because I am not taking 6g... I am taking 2100 test 140mg var a week

I appreciate your personal input thankyou, maybe you didn't see me as a kid obese so you don't have context so I forgive you and overlook that. I have a scar up my left nut to the tip of my 🐔 I don't have any natty test to make... So the question is given I am on trt as an adult what's abuse? And for you it seems to be an arbitrary number, that's fine

I have been out for over a month I can send screen shots, I said I aim to titrate up to a 5g cycle, I was on 2-2.5g mast P and 500mg test E that was my cycle

I just posted saying my bloodwork improved on cycle and instead of celebrating he doubts that I am actually healthy, I have had organ imaging done on my kidneys and liver and they are fine, as for my heart it is slightly enlarged but after fixing my sleep apnea and losing weight I now have a good score on my heart's capacity and ability to pump blood.

I have more organ imaging booked, regardless I don't ignore the results that are saying I am objectively healthy, that bloodwork is from a 2.8-3g cycle mast and 500 test. So I am objectively doing just fine.

Just be careful at the doses you are running brother, I would definitely suggest running bloods way mote offen than a person typically would with the higher amount of compound usage.

Be safe not sorry in the end alot of precautions must be taken with higher mg cycles, do you ever pct or take a break in between even just low dose trt give the body a rest ?

Some of the guys are correct we had a pro bodybuilder on here named monstro he never came off never let his body recover always pushed his cycles into 5 grams or higher for many years and he unfortunately passed away due to his abuse. I and all of us just want you to be safe and healthy at the end of the day.

Don't get me wrong I would love to get bloodwork and organ imaging more often and for 80% of this year I have been at the ~2g a week mark with half of the year no hgh or insulin. However hgh costs money, Doctors appointments and private blood tests also. Life has unexpected expenses and recently a lot more than I would have expected 😂 so we just gotta roll with the punches and do our best. That blood test cost me $99+ because it's not covered by insurance or Medicare. Not to mention $30-50 of ancillary medicine weekly

Let me be clear though my whole lifestyle and routine is about gym and church that's it, so I have not that many stressors even though emotions can feel one way or the other, I don't have any relationships or friendships at the moment. My parents look after the family dog and I live rent-free. Someone in my position can be healthier than a lot of people by virtue of the above and that is not because of my hard work but I believe God's grace or undeserved favour.

99+ isn't bad I think to run everything i would need is 200 dollars so could be worse always lol, yeah unexpected situations do happen more than most of us would like i agree with that, it's good you have less stress, we just worry about people in the community brother rather say it and let ya know we care than say nothing at all.

We all have a different mentality and approach and even when it comes to coaching the best coaches tailor their style to the individual and adapt their approach based on their strengths and the clients requirements.

Skipping cardio and the stressful work has raised my blood pressure, I am looking to de-stress and reassess my health strategies, added Cialis in to manage today, I have been testing my blood sugar also and incorporating more post meal walking and pre meal stretching and mindfulness, especially post workout instead of just slamming food immediately

And mirabegron the beta 3 agonist that helps you piss less at night, I am using this instead of a eca or albuterol setup.

3 berberine caps 6 cortisol blocker caps, 2 bitter melon caps (7iu Lantus IV)

Meal 4 1 and a third cups roo, 500g sweet potato, teaspoon MCT oil, 200g veg, tablespoon salsa, cinnamon and paprika, Celtic sea salt
6 cortisol blocker caps, 1 berberine and 1 bitter melon cap
250mcg IGFlr3 with this meal

More need to work on that waist control with vacuums
I do 4-8 rounds of vacuums every morning before breakfast, wether at work or at home. I also do it sometimes prior to a meal when my stomach is empty.
 
Today is a rest day as my muscles are sore and CNS is very fatigued,

I completed 30min stairs fasted
Followed by a superset of:
(Lying crunches 2 x 15
Lying leg raises 2 x 15)
Side crunches on the mat 2 x 10 +5

8 rounds of vacuums
2 standing
2 hanging
2 standing
2 hanging

Breakfast is in the Tupperware and lunch on the plate, both identical 200g veg 60g protein from kangaroo and a teaspoon of MCT oil

Skipping cardio and the stressful work has raised my blood pressure, I am looking to de-stress and reassess my health strategies, added Cialis in to manage today, I have been testing my blood sugar also and incorporating more post meal walking and pre meal stretching and mindfulness, especially post workout instead of just slamming food immediately

Yesterday I noticed a trend of high blood sugar as I got a lot of testing strips for my meter I was testing more often, as evidenced by not going hypo until the 3rd shot of insulin during my workout, I was checking throughout... however that third shot was enough to go hypo and my performance was lagging near the end, I will attempt t refine my workouts to be an optimal volume, this session I was lethargic after my preworkout of 320mg caffeine and 4iu hgh, I will move hgh prebed, cut the caffeine in half and add a pump preworkout to the mix.

I am also looking to reduce my excessive honey and glucagon intake, that alone should help blood sugar immensley

The biggest contributer is actually the glucagon and HGH at such high doses, so this morning I cut the glucagon completely and I am moving all my hgh prebed
 
Yesterday sunday was a complete rest day nothing exciting, this morning did 25min fasted stairs with 2.5mg ipam, 10mg yohimbine and a scoop of pre in my system.

I showered and took 1ml test E and 1 ml mast E, neither from Popeye, soon to try his test E. I have ran out of l carnitine but my slu-pp-332 came, I took 1mg of that, 20mg GW and 200mg 5amino1mq.

Walking a lot at work but one room was a nightmare, lots of blood and feaces, my back is somewhat sore so I will stretch it now and it WILL GET BETTER. I command you to get better 💪🏽.
Breakfast below 👇🏽 will hit back later today so I packed some cream of rice, I will go home and shower and train at 6pm. Probably no caffeine just a pump product, some Anavar and peptides.

Dropping the intra to 40g carbs and 15g EAAs, 5g glutamine, 2g potassium chloride and 10g creatine
