Hey guys, starting a new log here. I just came out of a cycle where I lost 20lbs and put on some nice and lean muscles… total of 13 weeks. During this cycle I mixed a bunch of compounds at different times, for about 13 weeks - Test, Deca, Winstrol, Anavar, and Primobolan….

My last shot of Test C was 4 days ago, 3 days after last shot my test levels were 2179. I was on 300mg of test week and 30mg of Anavar daily, and had stopped Deca a week before.

My goal now is to instead of doing PCT I will start on TRT at 75mg week of Test C and monitor my blood til I feel ready to start another cycle…

I will be doing full blood work (liver, cholesterol, hormones, etc) in three weeks from now and get back here for results…. I am thinking maybe 8-12 weeks till I start again.

Sounds like a good plan to me. Do as much cardio as you can to speed up your recovery.

Looking to see how you TRT and how your cardio goes.
Please start updating us and getting cardio in there.

What was the reasoning for the mixing etc?
 
interesting to know how you were able to achieve those types of results on 1 cycle for 13 weeks
because that's a hell of a transformation
 
we want to see some before and after changes
that's going to be important
 
Make sure you get your training up
what did you change during your cycle to have those types of results we all want to know that
 
I truly wish you had logged that previous cycle that was amazing
losing 20 lbs and putting on lean muscle is an amazing transformation
 
this is gonna be an exciting one to follow
I'm looking forward to seeing your changes

What was the reasoning for the mixing etc?
I stayed on test from beginning to end. First two weeks or so I did Winstrol but after a few weeks I got some joint pains, so I stopped for a while and added Deca and then Primobolan (to avoid taking AI)… last 3-4 weeks I added back Winstrol and Anavar.

definitely excited to see your blood work
did you get blood work done before you started that other cycle
First blood work I did after 2-3 weeks into the cycle….mistake on my part. Then I did a few more to monitor cholesterol, etc.
 
I'm a big fan of cutting down
but I'm curious to know why were you able to cut down effectively on a cycle but you couldn't cut down before that's something you've got to figure out it could be a motivational thing

Definitely a motivational thing, I actually mentioned that on my previous log.

I did not have the enthusiasm to get up and do stuff, after start taking the PEDs I felt I had to go to the gym and eat well.

I am sure I could’ve done without the gear, but the gear helped motivate.
 
Question. As I wait for my test levels to drop, do I wait like 3 weeks or so and do the blood work, or start on Sunday on 75mg test week for trt?
I would wait full 4 weeks if you can @brazooka

but also you need to modify food intake and training to match this TRT.

Wow, great progress man. Huge difference in the pictures. I like that you are starting at 75mg for the TRT dose. I see way too many people start too high. Better to start lower and increase if necessary. Just make sure you take the time to get the dose dialed in and then consistent for a while before doing the blast.

Anything I need to take as I wait for these 4 weeks? AI, clomid, etc….bridge? Or just stay clean for these 4 weeks?

Hey team…. Need your thoughts. Got some of my
Blood work back. I was definitely expecting high red blood cells, and mine is at 6.44… and with that also expected hematocrit and hemoglobin being high….

I am concerned with my levels of absolute monocytes at 1445… what say you?
 
Its a lot more helpful for us to help u if you show is a screenshot of the lab results in whole. This way we can see multiple things with reference ranges.
Still waiting on lipid panel and cmp results, this is the blood counts only

@brazooka this is hard to judge as you havent been updating training, diet, sleep in detail
I think your diet, training, sleep are having a direct impact on this, including supplementation
low iron concentrations with high rbc very odd, must be something off with your diet and training, I'm guessing cortisol is high too
 
a specialist can do more testing to see what is up. literally a nasal swab can tell if you are fighting off a virus
worst case its something more serious like a blood disorder or cancer but let's not jump to conclusions based on 1 bloodwork
 
whatever is wrong a doctor will take a look
make sure you update us
 
blood work gives you a snapshot in time
it's not the end-all and more testing needs to be done
 
if there's something wrong it's good that you flagged it now
this way you can get taken care of
 
it's important to always catch Things Early
if there is a problem you can get it resolved
 
I would go see a GP
and have them take a look at this blood work and he can refer you where you need to go
 
I'm sure you will be fine
maybe just something going on with a virus or something
 
it's easy to pick up a Super Bug at the gym
that could be throwing off your blood work
 
Donating blood today and getting another blood count end of week to see how it goes.
Post them up once you get them. Hopefully just some type of cold. I know everyone near me is sick right now. Back to school does that. At least you are feeling good.

Here is interesting to me… I went to donate blood today. The did the finger prick test for iron and the lady said I was very close to max allowed to donate blood…so close to the higher side….

I got turned away last week because I was way over. Dehydration is the reason for the hi iron numbers on the finger prick test. I should have known better as I've done it 4 times.

I have been cruising on 100mg Test C week....feeling good but have no done blood work in a while. I will be doing one soon, but for now feeling good, eating well, training 4-5 days weeks. PBF is 16.7%, which I think is fine as it will keep going down slowly. I am eating for maintenance now around 2700cals and the weight loss will happen slowly.... weight is on 227lbs... will post pics soon.

Planning a blast after blood work, assuming nothing out of order, for 20 weeks.... see below. what you think / suggest / critique...!!!!

PBF is 16.7%, which I think is fine as it will keep going down slowly. I suggest you jump start with the primobolan not dbol.
250mgs testosterone
200mgs primobolan
split dose mon/thur
kick start with 6 weeks winstrol 30mgs ed
but you need organ liver support like n2guard there

Breakfast - 1 cup oatmeal, 170gr avocado, 1 serving whey protein, coffee, creamer no sugar, electrolytes pouch.

Gym - 1.5 miles on treadmill, 40 min full body

Lunch - 3 slices keto bread, 6 tsb cottage cheese, 3 slices of ham, 9 sundried tomatoes

Dinner - 473gr of sweet potatoes, 250 gr steak

Snacks - 4 tsb peanut butter, 1 serving whey protein, 30gr almonds

@brazooka I would start with 16 weeks, first 4 weeks being a pyramid.
Anavar kicks tart not ending.
Also you need n2guard with anavar to control organ liver toxicity, highly suggest it.

and pics would help us understand where you are.
and updated training and diet as well
so we are not guessing here and making mistakes
please update the log more, more accountability will give you better results as well :D

Supplements

Tudca, milk thistle, NAC, fish oil, vitamin C, Psyllium, beat root capsules….
You can replace most of those vitamins and supps with n2guard easily. You can drop tudca/mt and c and multi in place of n2guard and you get a better ingredient profile. https://n2guard.com check that

@brazooka a few things. I would stop eating peanut butter, swap for walnut butter and if you can't stomach it use almond butter.
Your protein is fairly high but can go up a bit.
do you have macros for this? a bit hard to understand as we dont have your macros on some meals like lunch
 
You actually have very good macros, I would up the protein a bit but rest are balanced @brazooka
but if you want to shred and lean out, we'd need to adjust carbs
if you plan to stay recomp level, we can keep this and slowly modify as you start the new cycle
 
I think I am good staying around where I am now to have strength for big muscles…. I will want to lean out towards the end of next cycle. I am planning to start maybe Feb or March….getting the plan now, so I can get the juices and be ready.

@brazooka interesting, I started checking back, I noticed you said you're 16.7% bodyfat, but I was checking your pics, just looking roughly, you look around 20%+, how was the 16% measurement done? just want to check so we are on the same page.

when you keep increasing your dose it becomes counterproductive
my doctor even said 90 mg is good

yeah you definitely don't want to mess with preservatives
those will kill you
 
cruising is a good idea to give your organs a break
that's a smart choice get blood work though to check

make sure you check your cholesterol and your blood pressure constantly
I do…. Good cholesterol is a tiny bit low…. Bad cholesterol is good, overall good.

Blood pressure daily running around 127-65 to 131-80… roughly
 
20 weeks is pretty long.
gotta figure all is said and done you are looking at 27 weeks
I see what you mean… I thought with relatively lower doses I could run longer and have a better result at the end. The plan above will get about 750mg of gear week…. Not little but not too much either…

What is your suggestion? Thanks.
 
I would actually go with option 2 but end the cycle right after the anavar ends. Going more than that is just way too long. I would also increase the anavar dose if you can. 25mg is just too low for such a mild compound. I would get to 50mg if you can.

Need muscles… I started 6 months ago 258lbs, today 227lbs.
you look amazing @brazooka great results and great bodyfat drop man :) super wide shoulders and big arms
but you're closer to 18-20% bodyfat IMO
I think you can easily recomp, which means lean out and add muscle you can do both if we plan it
