So I’ll be posting my first log here

From the Land Down under 🇦🇺

A bit of an intro about myself..
I’ve been training for a few years now, the last year or so with a coach. Which I’ve found to help me immensely and really invaluable to be honest. Took all the guess work out for me and helped to set a routine and program for myself.

Recently I’ve just had gyno surgery. I had it from when I was a kid and my first cycle which i listened to one of the “bros” flared it up worse and after that was when i decided to look at speaking to a surgeon to get it removed. which has set me back a little bit. 6 weeks off gym all up plus the mental/financial side was a bit difficult to deal with.

However it’s past that now, I’m cleared to train and currently I’m looking to get some size and strength back that I had before.

As promised to @RhinoUGL I’ll be doing a little bit of a log using Beligas pharma.

Today is the first day I’ve pinned Beligas and can say it was smooth as silk.

Your putting enough strain on your body with th elifting/eating/drugs, why would you want more strain on your heart? I would suggest stopping this asap. Not worth the potential health risks.

I agree with @s.gentz you dont need clenbuterol but you can utilize it 2/2 with around 20mcg
you're better off with cardarine gw imo
Also you had gyno surgery, are you on tamoxifen now?

Awesome start brother!!

As one of the boys here mentioned, Clen is not the healthiest option with everything else there and definitely agree with that. Completely understand your approach at 15% BF but that's nothing really excessive lets be honest, relatively easy for you to get control of over the next few months either way. If I ever take Clen its at the end of a cycle when all other PEDs are cut out usually after running a PCT and checking bloods. Clen by itself with some cardio is all you will need to burn that unwanted fat (while also retaining muscle), so definitely hold on to that but once you burn it off with the Clen the idea then is to try and keep it off so incorporate cardio into your training even when bulking, Ronnie was the king at this, 2-3hrs Cardio per day incorporated into his training with a few changes to his diet & regimen with his new coach was when we really saw Ronnie blow up quick and take the world title. A Clen cycle should not be used more then twice a year. I think for now though go with the Test, Mast & Proviron If this is your first cycle back from a bit of a break that you mentioned as well, I would suggest you drop the GH down to 2-3iu to assess tolerence & water retention before increasing to 4. Maybe run the Clen towards the end of your cycle if you wish but not before you get bloods done, just to make sure you're not at any sort of potential risk. Best to always play it safe. Sometimes less is more.

Can't wait to see your transformation brother, really looking to seeing your progress, here to help along with the other guys where we can.

Appreciate feedback in regards to clen, this will be my last week on it. Will be dropping on Saturday.

And about the tamoxifen post gyno surgery, I’m not currently taking it. I did run bpc/tb500 after surgery but other then that I’ve just really listened to my surgeons advice, took it easy for a couple months nearly and slowly started back at around the 70% intensity mark.

I’ll take some photos for before and after as well. Mind that it is still healing and isn’t at its best yet.

I’ll chat to my coach and see what his thoughts are around dropping the gh down a tad. I think we were having it there for the recovery benefits post surgery. But I do agree with you there in “less is more”

Usually post gyno-surgery, I like to have guys use 10mgs tamoxifen ED when using aromatizing compounds like testosterone, at least 8-12 weeks post surgery. How far is yours? @trensetta
 
That’s interesting.

Mine is around 7-8 week post now. Complete gland removal.
you're far out now so no need just watch the aromatization closely bro, gyno can come back

That was sort of the reasoning I spoke with the surgeon to have the full gland removal, you know in hope that it won’t come back. I know some surgeons tend to keep a bit there.

Decent cycle, I don’t say that very often.
Clen obviously you plan to drop it but if you do want an edge to stay lean and increase overall fat loss, increase energy, mitachondria support and overall brain function improvement. Try L Carnitine (insert ad here). This can give you some good benefits in conjunction with your current cycle and will synergise with the lot.

That’s the only thing I’ll change, Carnitine is a godsend.

Warm up circuit, adductors, walking lunges, glute kickbacks, reverse hypers x 4 rounds

1/ Seated leg curl rest pause sets x 4 20sec rest between sets.

2/ Pendulum squat x 3 sets tempo was king for this. Nearly brought my pre meal up after it the entire rest of my session 😂

3/ Drop squat super set with walking lunges x 3 sets

4/ Leg press super set with leg extensions x 3 sets

And as always hit my cardio 15min stairs post training.

Yeah I’ll start to log weights here as well. Time isn’t really an issue, so could definitely split cardio pre and post.

Upper training taken a little hit this last week.

My chest flared up post surgery. (Have been massaging it a couple times a day and it’s aggravated it) so I’ve taken the week off any sort of chest/shoulder movements.

Not the best week. Just nailing what else I can at the moment.

Sorry end of year been a bit chaotic but couple updates for now.

- Chest swelling has reduced, still some tethering/scar tissue present and spoke with surgeon he just said trust the process and it will take time for it to normalise, I think roughly 3 months post atm.

- weights are increasing slowly week - week which is good. Nothing big or where I was before surgery but improvements weekly I’m happy with.

- primo also added at 200mg pw
So current stack is: 250 test e, 200 mast e, 200 primo, 25mg proviron ed.

- Calories currently sitting at 4100. Couple off plan meals this week with Christmas etc.

- Weight currently sitting at 98.5kg

Will be more consistent with updates especially after the new years and all 🤝🏽

While you're hitting over 4000 calories, that's pretty crazy.

You are an absolute Raptor when it comes to food.
 
Definitely man, keep the updates coming. After the New Year, we want to hear more about what you're doing.

A lot of guys are dealing with different injuries and problems, similar to yours.
We all support each other and help each other through the down times.
 
Current update.

Thanks for the support legends, it’s been a bit rough trying to build up what I’ve lost.

Finally starting to feel like my day to day training is somewhat normal, strength not as great on push movements but legs/back definitely back to 80% + what it was before.

PEDS UPDATE
Added in MENT at 10mg pre workout on training days

Food currently sitting at 4500 calories
Will be having 1 off plan meal weekly after checkin on Saturdays.

Weight now sitting at 101kg fasted. Over the holidays definitely put on a little bf with training not being great due to recovery and holidays in general, but still sticking to the plan. Plan is to BUILD.

Training split is now 6 days, I’m hitting an Arm day on my usual Thursday rest day. For added volume on lagging body part. Will see how recovery goes with this and assess over the next few weeks.
 
Thanks for the update, and I’m really glad to hear that you’re starting to feel like you're getting back to normal with your training. It’s awesome that legs and back are already coming back strong, even if push movements are still a bit behind – recovery is a marathon, not a sprint!

The addition of MENT sounds like a solid choice for that extra push. How are you feeling on it so far, any noticeable changes in terms of strength or recovery?

Your food intake looks solid at 4500 calories, especially with the off-plan meal once a week to keep things balanced. It's understandable that weight may fluctuate with holidays, but it sounds like you're sticking to the game plan, and that's key. You're on track for the BUILD phase!

The 6-day split and extra arm day is a good call if you're looking for more volume on lagging parts. Keep an eye on recovery as you mentioned, though, and don’t hesitate to adjust if needed. Your body will tell you what’s working and what’s not.

Thanks for the support legends, it’s been a bit rough trying to build up what I’ve lost.

Finally starting to feel like my day to day training is somewhat normal, strength not as great on push movements but legs/back definitely back to 80% + what it was before.

PEDS UPDATE
Added in MENT at 10mg pre workout on training days

Food currently sitting at 4500 calories
Will be having 1 off plan meal weekly after checkin on Saturdays.

Weight now sitting at 101kg fasted. Over the holidays definitely put on a little bf with training not being great due to recovery and holidays in general, but still sticking to the plan. Plan is to BUILD.

Training split is now 6 days, I’m hitting an Arm day on my usual Thursday rest day. For added volume on lagging body part. Will see how recovery goes with this and assess over the next few weeks.

WEIGHT 102.8kg

Training is going good, consistent, weights slowly increasing, haven’t had a major strength increase since adding MENT but weights are slowly increasing and progressing. Planning on running longer then shorter so weekly mg is quite low. No sides as of yet.

M1
250g Shredded chicken breast cooked, 100g pineapple raw, 250g cooked jasmine rice, 1 Apple - been buying pre shredded chicken from Costco comes in 1kg packs so very convenient.

M2
300g beef mince, 100g beetroot shredded, 250g cooked jasmine rice - I only add a passata for flavour and some mild seasoning. This meal has been a staple for months and still not sick of it.

M3
80g whey, 100g banana, 50g blueberries, 200g gluten free cereal - change the cereal up from time to time or might alter to COR

M4
2 organic beef burgers, 2 brioche buns - I add pickles, tomatoes, lettuce and mustard. This meal goes hard and gives me 0 cravings to go out and eat a dirty burger on weekends

M5
300g Greek yogurt, 100g Banana, 200g strawberries, 20g Lindt 90% dark choc, 100g granola, 20g honey
