Didn’t record numbers because I was sent to the supermarket to get lunch as Mrs was starving. I detoured into the gym first and got about 12 sets of biceps and 12 sets of triceps before I got the missed phone call and text where the fuck are ya! 🤣
Was a good quick pump as non stop.

Works been hectic , weekends been crazy . Every time I think I can get a session in I’m hit with road blocks.
I am feeling I am way more easily agitated at the moment.
So hopefully just having a bad couple of days or adding tren is going to make things interesting

I'm just not a fan of that steroid, but that's my opinion after using it a couple times.
 
I say go for it, man. You only live once.
But here's the thing, you do add it in, but do a low dose to start.

Most gyms now that are pretty big have the daycare thing.
 
You might want to consider investing in a home gym at some point.
Maybe you can ask for that for Christmas.
 
i would recommend holding off on tren for a bit.
whatever is bothering you, You don't want it to get in the way of your training.

If your agitated by something, just go for a jog around the neighborhood.
Work out and you'll feel better. Maybe throw some weights around.

You might want to consider investing in a home gym at some point.
Maybe you can ask for that for Christmas.
Yeah no room at home unfortunately . I need the actual gym and environment to workout out properly
Yeah, a lot of people with kids, They end up getting the home gym and that really helps because they don't have to worry about finding a babysitter.

So far ok, only 2 injections in, but do feel a bit more thermogenic from it.
